I am complaining on services received by the Manager/Owner of Dairy King in Xenia, Ohio. On May 6th My Fiancee and i went for ice cream. I ordered a banana split tornado. It was liquid. I complained to the owner in hopes he would replace with a different type. I expected ice cream not liquid. The owner was very rude and out right refused to replace a $2.39 item. We have been going there for years and I am in shock over the way the Owner would handle a customer complaint, Why not replace to keep customer happy. No where is there a sign stating no refunds or replacements. It is not the loss of money , It's the fact that he would treat a customer that way and how someone like that can stay in business, I just would like his business practices to be known so he does not rip other customers off.
I've worked there. We managed health code perfectly, thank you. You're pissed because of the way the manager acted? You are making the wrong image of him, because know where you parked is right in front of the dining area door, stupid. Obviously you shouldn't park in front of a door. And as for being an adult, obviously you aren't for complaining on the damn internet you coward. Haters are going to hate, but it's shut down so your best bet is to just shut the hell up. And it wasn't shut down because of health code, it was shut down because the owner didn't go broke, he almost died. Bet you feel like a real class A ###. Who's the ### now?
I don't live in Xenia you putz...I used to live in Columbus and would pass through on my way to Dayton...and on occasion I had the misfortune of staying in Xenia overnight for some ungodly reason. Look, 90% of American towns are ### holes filled with people who f*ck their pets and abuse their kids, so don't take it personally. Bottom line is that the manager of the Dairy King sounds like a class-A ### with little to no education nor skills.
I can't imagine the gentleman running Dairy King Deights being anything but nice and helpful! I have been going there ever since I was a kid when it was several other names. I have had no problems with food and I would be the one who can really tell the difference. I have had several stomach surgeries and have delveloped sensitivities to almost everything. They are the only ones that I can go and enjoy food and not run the scare of getting sick. I love their footlong chili dogs and I can't eat just any hotdog out there but theirs doesn't upset my stomach at all. If I call in an advance order for pick up I have never had an order come back wrong. They are great with special orders which all mine are, and they are always prepared the exact way I asked. They go over and beyond what they really have to in our orders. I just wish they could stay open year round. Every spring I start getting jumpy watching the signs of when they are going to open so I can get my footlong chilidog with onions, pickles and cheese!
And furthermore the idiot who thinks everyone in Xenia is white trash why don't you go to wherever you think it is better and stay there and stay away from our town. We are Xenia City of Hospitality but the hospitality is only going to go so far with someone like you carrying on like that. Maybe you should look at your self and ask Maybe your the white trash not everyone else who lives in this great town! People like you are what is wrong with society, if you don't bend over backward and jump right when you want something to jump. Your not happy! No our city may not be the best or the greatest but Myhusbuand have been all over the world and we wouldn't live anywhere but here! Don't like this get out you won't be missed!
What do you expect, you live in white trash Xenia OH...so of course the "manager/owner" is going to be a white trash ###...that place sounds like a health code nightmare btw, no way their food is clean.

Went to business, parked in front, right by the door, went in ordered two quarts soft serve. took my money, then advised me next time don't park there, bosses orders, I said ok, and advised that they need to put up a no parking sign, if they wish no one to park there, all the sudden the owner comes out of the back room and advises me that he dosen't like fat $#@%^ like me and to move my vehicle right now, I told him to give me my money back and I'll leave, he continued to call me names while he held my money, All I said to him was to give me my money, he then told me better yet that my #$@ was bared from his business and not to come back, I then again asked for my money, he then stated what are you doing, threaten me, what are you going to do, I asked if I had to call the law, he then threw the money at me, And I left, this guy then went to the side door and continued to rant and rave, calling names and such, then went aroud the side and continued to rant until I left the lot. This man is not rude, this guy is crazy, he has really got some sand stuck somewhere causing problems, I said nothing to provoke, I was not rude, only thing I said was they needed to put up a no parking sign. He dosen't have to worry about throwing me off his property, I'll never go back, nor will I advise any one to go there. And I agree, the place is a dump, the owner is a basket case, and the comment above about the owner must have been attacked to warrant a rude response, If I had purchased something and it was crap and the owner did not make it right, he deserved the attack, I did not attack him and he blew, he's not a businessman he's a idiot. He's a rude, childish, name caller, and I hope he goes broke, for in my younger days if he had made the comments that he did, I would be sitting in the county jail.

nasty inside and out the food was horrible the last time my wife and i stopped in and picked up some sandwich, s on our way to ceasars creek lake.
lettuce and tomatoes on sandwich, s looked and smelled rotten could, nt eat them threw it all away wasted $15.00 dollars they need a new manager or something. We wont go back. AUG. 14 2010
They have some of the best Cheeseburgers and other food in town. The owner has always been very pleasant to myself and our other co-workers and I can't see him not taking care of any customer that had a legitimate complaint. Since I wasn't there to see the transaction I can't comment on this complaint but if he really was rude it may have to do with how the complaint was presented to the owner. If the complaint was attacking then I can see him treating the customer rudely as a response.
