DailySale.com motorola razr v3 2g phone with camera and video player. color green

I have try to call and e-mail for weeks now with no response. the problem I'm having with the phone is when I put sim- card in no response from the phone. I know my sim-card is good. And also the back cover was broke could not close it. I need return it for another one or a refund. Thank you so much for your time. why do you have a phone # to reach you but can't get no one to answer it.

Motorola RAZR V3 2G Phone with camera and video player (9378-Green) do not work. Back cover wont close. Received Nov. 2 order #[protected] Need to return and replace it. My phone # is [protected] Put my sim-card in pone it do not work. My sim-card is good that is not the problem. The phone do not work. Also the back cover will not close, I would like return this phone and have it replace or if not a refund.

DailySale.com website has been great to me

I have not had any issues with dailysale.com. I have bought a lot, and I mean a lot of Portishead through the website and everything has been pretty much exactly as described in the site. I have not had any billing issues acf the one time I had to return a phone, it was handled. The delivery is speedy. I'm a fan, but you do get what you pay for in most respects.

DailySale.com valencia canvas shoulder bag

In August I received my order of the Valencia Canvas Shoulder Bag and was quite pleased. It seemed sturdy, well made, & roomy. However, the first time I used it, the long inside zipper broke, along with the zipper pull. Nothing was in the bag, there was no stress on the zipper.

I would like 1) the bag replaced, or 2) money refunded. Please advise me of my options in this matter.

DailySale.com mac book pro

Order # [protected]; I purchased a Mac book pro from Daily sale, on August 22 2018, It arrived not working, so I brought it too Apple which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from my house. After spending all day just to get this fixed by Apple, they got it working, however found that the Battery needed to be replaced. I e-mailed Daily sale, and sent the letter from Apple stating the battery problem. They offered a refund only, which I did not want, I only wanted the battery replaced as we spent a whole day just getting this computer to work. After multiple e-mails they finally told me they could not satisfy me. When I purchased this I bought from you a 3 year extended warrantee, for 49.99. I contacted this Co. 3 times with no response. If your selling an extended warrantee to fix an item, you should stand behind that. If not Just give me my $49.99 back. Please reply

Would like to return this item, and I don't know if I need a return shipping label.
Been calling/emailing and trying to get the right connection, finally I found the shipping label with information for daily sale and your address at pompano beach, florida 33064. I will be placing a complaint with my credit card department, to return funds back to my account; since I can't get no one from your org to call me back with a solution. thank you, for a "no service policy" from you organization.

I purchased a Apple Watch and need to return it. I have called and emailed several times with no response. I only have 30 days to return the item and can't return without a RMA. Please help! I don't know what other options I have except contacting an attorney. They are usually very good, but they are very lax this time! Don't know what else I can say about this company!

My order was provided at August 1.But during procedure my address was printed incorrect. The post office sent pakage back to Daily Sale.I am coll to Daily Sale

DailySale.com 11.6" dell chromebook with 2 year product replacement

I am really upset with the support I have received. There was one day that I had tried to call at 3:05 p.m. and it said that you were closed. Both Jerwin and Chase have been very nice and helpful but it still is not working. I have actually taken it out to Best Buy and this is their repair comments: "Restored the chromebook via usb drive and chromebook image. However, this a a managed device with developer mode disabled. We are unable to remove the managed feature at the store level as that is a security feature for the previous owner." Can someone PLEASE send me the address label so that I can return this. Jerwin had given me an address but if I understand it right, I have to have the actual LABEL in order for you to pay for shipping.

DailySale.com galaxy s7 order

I have tried the order this cell phone (5) times and every time my order is canceled for no valid reason. My credit card has been accepted for many many online purchases before and after this order by "reputable" companies. I have contacted the company each time the order was canceled, only available by text or email by the way and was told to try and reorder the item.
This company is ether just a scam to get you email address or is simply incompetent at a level i have never experienced before.

DailySale.com shipped to wrong address

Hi Daily Sales,
I placed an order ([protected]) for my daughter and granddaughter on Nov 28, 2017.
I was assured it would be shipped to Rebecca Richardson in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
It was shipped to my house, 28985 Rocky Point Road, Polson, which is my address.
I have tried to get someone to figure out how Daily Sales is going to get the items to my daughter & granddaughter before Christmas.

DailySale.com dual head shower with rainfall and massager

I bought a dual head shower with rainfall and massage after reading reviews on the item on the website, how good they are. They must be bogus reviews. However they must have incorrectly made it because upon installation in my shower, which is a large shower, there was no room for a person to get under it, it was so close to the wall. I am requesting a full refund on my credit card. There have been emails telling me to accept a small refund and to keep the device. I don't want to keep it. It doesn't work. Invoice #[protected] for $39.00 I didn't realize this company is just a scam on the web. Any reputable company would stand behind their products they sell.

1. No clamp to hold lens to Smartphone was included.
2. The "10 pc set": 2 sheltered lens and a container bag = 5 pcs

DailySale.com purchase of new chromebook but came in as extremely used one

I would like a call back regarding my order of a NEW Chrome Book for my sons birthday. I received a Chromebook that was refurbished and badly used. There are scratches, dings, and dents all over this computer. There are even finger prints on the keyboard and screen as if someone used it and didnt clean it. I would like a refund of my funds and a call from the company. This is my third attempt to reach you.

This must be a common practice. I have the same issue that I am currently dealing with. The unit shipped is disgusting. They said I would receive a return label via email, which I have yet to receive.

I tried ordering the purses from you but you did not accept my credit card so I ordered them from amazon. You have charged them to me. I would like for you to cancel the order and refund my money. If I receive the bags I will have two of each because I have already received the bags from amazon. It was your fault because you didn't let me finish when you declined my credit card. DailySale.com diamond cross necklace

I ordered a cross necklace September 5, thinking that would be plenty of time for my order to arrive before Sunday the 24th. I have emailed them without getting a response, I have tried getting a hold of them via phone, and still nothing. I am irate about not being able to speak to a representative and that I have not been given a link to track my order. The worst part of everything was when I finally found a phone number, I was given no extension numbers, and was even told if it was urgent to email them - not call them directly. No extention there either. I will be contacting the BBB and the FTC. Thank you for swindling me out of both my money and my girlfriend, DailySale.com, I will never be using your site again.

DailySale.com retractable 75 ft garden hose

Possession of item: 40 days
Multiple holes appeared: 39 days

After using the hose several times a week during a 39 day time frame, I noticed water leaking about a third of the way down from the nozzle. By the time I finished watering and turned the spigot off, a very large leak was now visible, and wasted water all over.

We immediately contacted Daily Sale, and a CSR responded saying sorry, but we cannot honor a refund because it is past the 30 day refund policy time frame.

We have subsequently tried calling, chatting and emailing five times, to be met with the same standard response.

I have demanded a refund. Although $20.00 may not seem like an amount to bicker about, it is to us. As a matter of fact, that is probably part of their 'business' strategy.
