I ordered a Canon Powershot s95 for $419 on Nov 1st, 2010. John guaranteed it by the 13th. On Nov 8th, I phoned to get an update on the shipping. They guaranteed it would be here by the 13th.
On nov 15th, I phoned and asked where the camera was. They said they would ship it. For an extra charge, they would ship it faster.
On Nov 16th I called for a tracking number. They said UPS doesn't give them tracking numbers.
On Nov 17 and 18th I phoned for an update on the camera. They said it would be here the 19th.
on Nov 19th, the camera came while I was at work. Since DailyDealDigital required a signature ( a fact they didn't tell me) I had to go to Muskegon (an hour away) to pick up the camera.

At UPS, Zack told me that UPS always provides a tracking number and that the camera had not been shipped until the 18th. He showed me the record.

DailyDealDigital lied to me repeatedly. I will NEVER do business with them again.
