DaiBo me envían un producto que no he solicitado

Hice un pedido de zapatillas deportivas a la pagina www.andypanko.es, y en lugar de recibir las zapatillas, lo que recibi fueron unas gafas de imitación
Ray-Ban de color rosa, que representa que me han costado 71 €. y que por supuesto no había pedido.

He escrito varias veces a esta pagina web. y nunca contestan.

Así que espero que se haga algo al respecto.

I never received my order, and I received other shoes instead 3 weeks later. I never ordered these shoes and I do not want them.
I sent several mails and I never had an answer.

DaiBo payment not received

I have ordered 2 canada goose jackets online in November. Payment of GBP 297.59 was made on 24 November 2017. First of all, I contacted the seller [protected]@ycsale.com immediately after ordering because I could not log back onto the website. I asked the order to be tracked and they responded saying the product will be sent to me but refused to fix the problem so I could not log on.

After two weeks they sent said they sent the product but it wasn't coming. I waited and waited and they kept saying it's at Chinese customs. They first insisted that it's in London but clearly it was not.

The order should have arrived early December but did not come. I asked for refund and they said they will refund the money. I asked for their contact number so that I can speak to them as they seem to have problems communicating in English but they are refusing to give me their contact details and they told me to for my refunds and have promised the payment will come through within 28 days. It has now well over 28 days and I have contacted them but they are ignoring.

It seems the website has disappeared now. It was called "officialcanadagoose.uk" but it seems they have now changed to http://www.canadagoose-jacketsuk.org.uk. Can someone help me? They are ignoring my emails and I have no other way of contacting them to get my money back.

I ordered two ladies Canada goose jackets from officialgooseuk.com. I purchased on 24 November 2017. I have a record of this because of my bank statement and also an email which I sent immediately after the purchase to clothesservice@ycsale.com because I could not log back onto my account to re-confirm my purchase has been made. When I contacted them they said they will look into it but nothing was happening and I still could not check whether my order was bring processed.

They then later on 28 November said they will send the package that day. (still my issue with logging on wasn't resolved). They then said on 30 November that they have finally sent the package. I tracked the package and on 8 December it was still sitting in China Guangzhou. They told me it should be in the UK and that I need to check with UK post which I did a few times and only then they told me the package is still in China. They then said they will send me two glasses (free of charge) because of the delay. The seller then said the Chinese customs are "checking" and did not provide me with any further details about what exactly is going on.

On several occasions I asked for their contact phone number so that I can speak to them but they have ignored my request. I have asked them to fix the log-in issue and they have ignored my request. Now the package was not being delivered and they were lying about the status of the package.

I asked for a refund. They told me that it will take 28 days to refund the amount back to me. The total amount I paid was GBP 297.59 but they are saying they received GBP 271 and they said it will take maximum 28 days and this was back in mid december. It's well over 28 days now and I have tried emailing them (which is the only possible option) and they are ignoring all my emails. Their website officialgooseuk.com is now gone.

It looks like they have opened a new website http://www.canadagoose-jacketsuk.org.uk

I want my money back now. I have all the email correspondence I have received to date.

I ordered a lawn mower and then they sent an email requesting my address and let me know they were delayed and I will get a tracking number later. This was from email global@ycsales.com.

After a week I got a tracking number from email clothesservice@ycsales.com for USPS and the number said it delivered 3 small packages, but there was not any address on the tracking to where it was delivered. I could not get them to response since then.

I have received a pair of eye-glasses, a watch and same small tools.
I will contact a lawyer in the city and try to recover the money.

Hi guys and girls I ordered a jacket of this people and never got the product then I went to Canada goose official website got contact for fake merchandise given them exact details that you all have response was quick I was told not to contact them and also as you paid by card there is a number on the back of debit/credit card call that number tell them you have a dispute of a payment made to a fake retailer they will send you a form fill it up along with the email you will get from guys at fraud department you will get refund in 3 to 5 days these fake people mess me around for 3months and I got my money back in 5days from my bank.

DaiBo inferior product supplied, not as advertised online

On 22 Dec I ordered the following shoes from TrailTikes.co.nz.
1 pair Mens Salomon X Ultra 2 GTX sports shoes, size UK9.
1 pair Mens Salomon XaPro 3D Running Shoes, size UK9
Total cost around $200.
I received a parcel from China containing 2 pairs of identical shoes called "The North Face" - do not look like Salomon, are definitely NOT the Salomon shoes I ordered. Furthermore, while 1 pair was the correct Size UK9, the other pair was size UK7, so did not fit at all. I had done some background checks (See Scamadviser) on the website and while there was a risk, it appeared acceptable. I digitally recorded all the ordering details, as well as have photos of the items received. There has been no reply to their online "contact" link. A complaint has been lodged with the NZ Commerce Commission under Consumer Guarantees Act - being a NZ Domain, it may be possible to close it down since it is clearly a scam site. Not a biggie, but very annoying dishonesty, and not the only kiwi to be ripped off by this Chinese outfit.

DaiBo shoes

I ordered Windsor Smith sandals on the 28th of December from a website called http://www.penrosewatergardens.co.uk and got something that didn't even resemble the shoes I ordered. I have attached images of what I ordered vs what I received. It is a crime to falsely advertise a product. I have also contacted them via the website but have had no response. As you can see i'm very upset about this.

The shoes were shipped from China, not the uk like the website suggested. Details on the packaging state the phone number as [protected] and address as No.3 YUNXIAO Road GuangZhouShi GUANGDONG BaiYunQu China.

I don't earn that much money and was really looking forward to receiving the shoes I should have. I paid nearly $100 AUD and got these ugly cheap looking shoes that don't look anything like the ones I ordered. I am requesting a refund! Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you. I had similar experience to the documented examples. I'm now stuck with some crap sandals that I didn't order. No response from the company to my emails. Placed my order on a Canadian sounding website called "Kootenay Spirit Festival". I checked the website before my purchase and found no company address. I even read the exchange policy, and it did not fill me with confidence. I also googled the company for scam alerts before purchase, and got no hits. I should have trusted my instincts. A learning lesson for me. The company probably changes it's name when the bad publicity starts catching up with it. Company is Daibo, 3 YUN XIAO Road, BaiYunQu, GuangZhouShi, Guangdong 510410, China.

I have notified Canadian BBB to help get the word out. Safe shopping.

DaiBo base london mens brown suede blake lace up shoe

I ordered the above shoe for my son's birthday. The website and link as below

The total cost of the order was £57.68 plus £8.00 shipping costs. When I tried to pay it would not accept my debit card but did take my credit card. A package arrived 10 days later from China. The product was not boxed just wrapped in a polythene bag and the shoes were certainly NOT the shoes I had ordered - they were just a very cheap, material: synthetic shoe, made in China with a value of 10 US Dollars marked on the packaging. There was no invoice/receipt or returns documentation enclosed and there was not a mention of the Catholicalcester website that I ordered these shoes from. The name on the packaging was DaiBo and the address was No.3 Yunxiao Road, GuangZhouShi, Guangdong 510410, China. When I went to the website to check their returns policy, although they mentioned that returns and refunds were possible there were no contact details to be found. 3 days later when I googled this website it no longer existed. I can see from your website that this Company in China have operated a fraudulent business under the guise of many different websites and that there have been many customers before me that have been caught up in their deception.

I tried to order a top couple of times from this websites, it asked for the credit, i entered the necessary infos and then after the enter button it said the card was not accepted!
The day after i found the money took it from my bank account twice!

What am I supposed to di since there is no contact service on the website?

DaiBo dr martens mens boots

I ordered a pair of mens boots, my account has been debited 3 times for 1 pair of boots, two of the debits were more than the cost of the boots.
After repeated emails to this company, I have not received a response.
The boots sent were also the wrong style. Very very upset with this company, and still waiting for a response, a very expensive pair of incorrect boots.

DaiBo keen trail running shoes

Wish I had found this page earlier. The website I ordered from was www.warhogprod.com. A very good, professional looking website. I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes I have been wanting for a while. A parcel arrived quickly but not what I had ordered, not even close. Wrong brand, style, colour, and size. Clearly they just got it mixed up with another order. I emailed them to query it, no reply, repeated this for about seven days in a row. Found the courier bag the shoes came in and tried to ring but the number was disconnected. Eventually googled the address the parcel was sent from and found this complaints board. Sounds like plenty of people have the same problem. What I don't get is why send anything at all? If you are going to scam peoples money why even bother to send some product. Anyhow claiming fraud through my credit card company and hopefully will get my money back. A shame as the shoes took me a couple of years to find.

DaiBo unauthorized credit card charge, wrong and fake products

i ordered a pair of converse counter climate shoes last December 12 2017 and they have charged my credit card. they said it will only take 5-8 days to receive the package that I ordered but it took 3 weeks to arrive. when I opened the package, I saw that the sent me a fake shoes, and not even the same one that I ordered. I'm very disappointed with it.

I received on december 21th a very different bag than the one ordered.

DaiBo wrong item received no contact number

I ordered and paid for Humphrey's eyeglasses. I received fake and very inferior Raybans instead from rossiitsolutions.com.au whose company is DaiBo {SGJ-YD} No. 3 Yunxiao Road Guangzhoushi Guangdong 510410! They have no contact phone number only an email which they don't answer so I am unable to get a refund. I searched online reviews for this company and found that many other people have had the exact same problem with this DaiBo company in China and were also unable to obtain a refund because no contact could be made since they have no phone and they don't answer their emails.

DaiBo marc fisher ltd boots

I ordered Marc Fisher Ltd. boots from a website that said it was in the UK. Lots of shoes were on the website. It looked legitimate. Prices were reduced, but not beyond normal on sale prices. I paid $98. Soon after I received a plastic, cheap pair of black boots. I didn't know where they came from, as they were nothing like the ones I ordered, and came from this address, no. 3 Yunxiao rd GuangZhouShi Guangdong 510410 China, not UK. When I didn't receive my nice boots, and my credit card bill showed a charge to Daibo, I finally put the two together, and realized I'd been ripped off. My credit card co said I have to get another retailer to look at the boots and write a letter stating they aren't the boots I ordered and paid for. That's ridiculous! I might tell Alaska airlines Visa to look at the complaints online about this company, or person. Looks like a lot of us have been scammed.

DaiBo ugg boots

On cyber Monday I logged on to purchased UGG bots from website that said Official Ugg Website and to my surprise it was fraud. I got fake ugg boots that had threads sticking out of label on heel but more alarming was upon pulling them out of box and plastic bag they smelled of strong chemicals and black dust on them. It was all over my hands & white bedding comforter. The cheap sequence also started falling off. Clearly not what I had ordered. It came with no receipt or paperwork. How can i call them? This is only one of several pairs i had ordered. i ten started googling label information and seen all the fraud activity for DAIBO listed on my packaging label. I immediately called Wells Fargo to file a fraud complaint. I asked them t look up order for around$345.00 to my surprise there is no charge from UGG official website but Vougueshoes for charges in the amount of $457.86. The day i placed order i took picture of screen that gave me confirmation order number# [protected] with info> You will receive an order confirmation email of your order details & link to track its progress. I have never received that email. Yesterday - Dec 19, 2017 While cleaning my email junkI I came across this email of a refund I copied and pasted for you to review.

I ordered a pair of timberland splitrock boots and they have sent me sports shoes cheap and nasty nothing like the boots I ordered. I would like to return them and get my money back .I have read other complaints about this company and I am worried my complaint will not be resolved I bought these boots in good faith for my husband for a Christmas present and I am very upset they are not the boots I ordered my husband will not wear these boots as he does not like them I know they were not very expensive but that is not the point they were not the boots that were advertised on there web site

I purchased football boots for my son $148 AU as they were registered as an Australian company online called executive tuition.com yesterday we received nothing like we ordered fake plastic rubbish and they won't respond when we email them. DaiBo moncler jackets

I saw an add on Facebook with a link where you can buy Moncler jackets for a very cheap price. It was stupid to believe that I can get 2 jackets for 57€!
What I reseived today was a red Rayban sunglasses fake! After checking my cc account I realised that 75€ were taken! I am so angry (especially about my mistake to order there!) but helpless. Does anybody have experiences with this company and knows maybe how to get the money back? I really would be grateful for any comments!

The Oroton brand tote I ordered has never arrived. I have paid $70 AUD. Instead they sent a tiny little card holder (supposedly
Louis Vuitton brand) that I will return to sender.

I ordered Rolex watch from the company along with the fact that they charged more than the advertised price I was assured that it was a Kinetic automatic watch, the watch is cheap rubbish it loses 15 minutes every day and unless you wear it all the time it will run down in less than an hour.

DaiBo g-star raw dress via now inactive online shop

Ordered a G-STAR RAW dress for AUS $144.00 from a UK based online shop. Did not get a confirmation email and the website became immediately inactive. Received a parcel 16 days later with a '5 dollar dress' which does not even slightly resemble what has been ordered and it is labeled 'Abercrombie & Fitch'. The sender is as above 'Daibo' from China.

The bank luckily refunded the amount. Judging by other complaints about the same company they appear to use several different online shops and seem hard to be identified before the purchase. I am not sure whether there is a way to address this with the Chinese authorities?
