I have bought an item from d3face.com webpage and they really tried to win my favor until they got the money. The order was not sent and I even think that they haven’t got it on the first place. Avoid buying from them!

Hi, I have ordered from this site many times, so I went through the BS of their verification process, I have spent in excess on $1000.00 on gold. So I ordered more gold yesterday Feb 08, 2013. They said that they had no stock, which is what they said the last time prior to this as well. They told me to come back later that night, well I forgot to do so, anyway I asked for my gold the next day and they wanted me to do this verification process all over again, the last time they wanted a copy of my credit card which made no sense to as I paid with PayPal, so I'm thinking that these guys are hackers asking me for personal information. I refused, in the end they made me send them a copy of my PayPal receipt, and a credit card with my name on but I hid the numbers. This time they send me an email asking for my driver’s license or my Pass Port ? Really ? So now I'm thinking these guys are really trying to get my personal info for hacking or identity theft or something else no good. They were becoming rude with me, and I must admit I was very straight forward with them. I asked for a refund, they said it would take 3-5 days, which I know is BS as refunds are instant with PayPal. So anyway I sent them the info they requested and then asked for my gold and they told me to come back tomorrow. I said really ? No matter what I said they would not give me the gold that they had already received payment for. I told them I was going to review their site and let others know what happened, they didn’t care. I cannot believe that they treated a very good customer this way. I was a piece of garbage to them. Anyway in the end they did refund my money and I got it right away not the 3-5 days that they said it would take. Never again !

I bought diablo 3 gold from them that was never delivered, paypal does not guarantee virtual things so i lost my money, beware! They are scammers, they ask for your email account and a scan of your id card, that's all they need to steal your game account, even if you get it back within one hour they only need one minute to wipe out everything. Very dangerous site.

They ask for documents in order to steal your account, they don't care if you complain because they know paypal will do nothing.
