D2Hshop.com — Canceled order - no refund
I purchased a shoe from D2H shop on 20th Jan. with order no. [protected]. Seeing no progress till 28th Jan, I cancelled it and purchased shoes from other website. I called them 6 times to confirm that they cancel and refund. I even spoke to their Supervisor, Mr. Dharmendra Singh and he agreed that it will be cancelled and my money will be refunded in two working days.i.e. by 4th Feb or before.
Now, today, 5th Feb, I receive a message that it has been dispatched whereas I don;t want it any more. They are saying you don;t accept the product and we will refund after we receive it back. i.e. 10 days more.
I this an accepted practice. I dont mind spending any amount of money, but want to ban such malpractices. Please help
