I cancelled an order over two weeks ago (due to the slow processing time) prior to shipment and still have not received a refund on my credit card (which was charged prior to shipping). I've tried e-mailing and calling the company, but I get no response. This is my first time dealing with this company and it will probably be the last.

Stay away...customer service should not be this difficult!
