Customer called in through an AT&T operator, stating that he was deaf. Placed a $2177.79 order with a Master Card that did not match up to the address. I called MC services and reported it. I talked to them serveral times and they would not do a fraud report. I did not place the order but I spoke with a Derick Robert by AT&T and requested a certified check. I have not heard from him again. He is stating that his address is 60 Francis Ave. Harford, CT 06106. His email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
