D-store / Bad service

I was searching for an older style of Smart Media card and found them in limited quantity on the d-store website. I crossed my finger and order three, but the following morning got an e-mail saying the cards were now out of stock. I figured at least the d-store had been honest about having a limited quantity before I ordered.

Two days later a personal e-mail from Pete at the d-store came letting me know that someone had returned three of the same cards and asked if I still wanted them. These particular cards are hard to find so I said yes.

My order arrived quickly, the cards were still factory wrapped and they worked great. Thank you, Pete, for such great service and caring about the needs of your customers. You’ve earned my business.
