i AM AN AGENT WHO DEALS WITH ENTERTAINMENT, I TOOK ONE OF MY GROUPS TO SPAIN LAST WEEK, FIRSTLY WE WERE NOT CHARGED FOR EXTRA BAGGING ALLOWANCE AS WE TOOK A PA SYSTEM WITH US, I ALSO PAID FOR SPEADY BOARDING WHEN WE TRYED TO GET ON AT THAT TIME WE WERE REFUSED BOTH GOING TO SPAIN AND RETURNING, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT ALICANTE WITH THE SAME ALLOWANCE AS GOING OUT I WAS CHARGES 288EUROS EXTRA, OUR FLIGHT WAS THEN DELAYED FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS MAKING US LATE BACK TO THE UK, MY GROUP HAD A GIG THAT NIGHT IN KENT, WHICH WE HAD TO CANCELL DUE TO THE TIME, THE GROUP WOULD HAVE EARNT £250 SO IM REALLY NOT HAPPY AND WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION, I HAVE DOCUMENTS OF PROFF
SO IN TOTAL TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT POUNDS LUGGAGE, EASY BOARDING £80, LOSS OF EARNINGS £250, OUR FLIGHT NO3168 17TH DEC,
