Cylapril So you wanna REALLY know how to get ahold of these guys?

I worked for them briefly. I notice alot of people saying they were scammed in the Lewiston Maine area. That also happens to be where one of their main places of operations are. The company is called Nutramedics, but they advertise in the help wanted under the guise of "CTA COMMUNICATIONS". You can find their main call center @ 250 Goddard rd in Lewiston Maine. They are located in the rear of the building. Across from the Wal-Mart distribution center. Although Cylapril is their most popular product. They also sell male enhancement products like Vasutra, Vazopren, Aspire36 plus, and Paravol.

At this building you will find their vice president Aaron Rand, and director of sales Stephen Ham. If it makes any of you feel any better, their vice president was hit by a car crossing the street the other day.

http://dailyme.com/story/2010011400001936/brief-man-hit-crossing-lincoln-street.html

Like another person who worked at the Florida call center mentioned, the training process involves a heavy load of deceptive tactics. We are trained to ask everyone calling in a series of questions to identify the insecurities they have to make them want the product. Then if they object towards anything when asked for money, we are trained to go after those insecurities as part of our rebuttal process. Contrary to what people on here have said, they SHOULD have been notified that extra charges would be applied to their cards after the sale. It's a tricky process you have to be paying attention to. An example of this is as follows:

The sales rep informs you that you will be getting 2 free fitness dvds with your free trial order. All you pay is the $9.99 shipping for the one month of Cylapril. You are informed after that every 30 days you will be sent another 2 dvds that cost $14.99 each + $7.99 S&H. This obviously makes you object. The rep then says "no problem, just call customer service once you get the products in the mail to opt out of further shipments, and enjoy your free dvds as our way of saying thanks OK?"
By you simply replying "OK", you have just authorized them to recharge your card every month. Good luck getting through to customer service by the way.

The customer service operations are in the Philippines. They are also trained to attempt to upsell everybody who calls in. No need to fly to the Philippines to let loose on the people behind this scam. If you live in Lewiston Maine like alot of people who have complained on here, they are right down the road from you.

So why did I put this here? I can't say I honestly feel bad for the people who bought products off of me. People should be smart enough to know that nothing is REALLY free. Just because something is on TV does not make it legitimate. I just feel that if people are smart enough to do their research about things before they make a decision to call and find what i've written here, they will know better. As for the rest of you...

At least the guys willing to be on here and say what happened. I think sometimes people end up in jobs like that till they find something better and get out, wish me luck getting it off my card too, but i didn't take the dvd thing, just kept saying no. really do need something to help, insurance doesn't cover that, but learned our lesson here. glad to be able to read we're not alone in this.

You feel bad for the folks who bought from you but you take so much pleasure form a man being hit by a car you posted the link so everyone can see it? Are you aware of how much sense that makes? I'm pretty sure I’d rather know a scammer than the likes of you. It’s one thing to make your thoughts known but karma has a way of biting you back. I’m afraid your statements warrant just that. Be sure to look both ways before you cross the street...for the rest of your life.

Cylapril Fraud advertising and not refunding the money back

I saw an ad on Tv about Cylapril and thought it would help me. i went on their website and selected the promotion of buy 2 get 2 free at $29.99 per bottle and $9.95 S&H. So, my total should have been $70.00. But the charged my checking account $129.98 taken out that night. I emailed them right away to cancell y order because the total was wrong; I even called the next morning. i spoke to a woman who told me I had to wait 48 hrs for them to get my account. I told them not to ship anything out. So, i waited the 48hrs and called back. I explained what happened and the woman told me my order was cancelled and my money was put back into my checking account. While I had her on the phone I checked my account and she was right; the money was put back into my account. i just then told her my concerns of the misleading advertising and she told me they were going to fix it. I then went and checked my checking account the next day and the money was taken out again without my permission. I called up spoke to another woman and she told me it was my fault because I was the one that ordered over the internet. i told her that they are taking advantage of people with their fraud advertising. So, the bottom line I have to wait until I receive my shippment then with my own money i have to ship it back and wait for my money to get refunded. I let them know I did contact the Better Business Bureau about my problem. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OFF THEIR WEBSITE. i JUST FOUND OUT YOU CAN BUY THE SAME MEDICINE AT CVS. I WISH I KNEW THAT BEFORE I GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFF!

Cylapril BEWARE

I'm actually a former employee (well I'm quitting today) of a company called Nutramedics. I've been working for them since last Tuesday. During the first week of training, you practice reading from a script and the next week, you get on the phones with customers. When reading the autoships to customers, we were supposed to quickly, in a monatone way, and nonchalantly so that the customers wouldn't notice the fact that we going to charge them additional money after 14 days. Something about this just didn't seem right to me and I wasn't the only one that felt that way.
A coworker of my walked out almost as soon as her shift and left a note on my desk that told me to give her a call when I got off work. I called her and she confirmed what I was feeling. NUTRAMEDICS, ADRENAL FATIGUE INSTITUTE, AND ANYTHING DEALING WITH THEIR PRODUCTS IS A FRAUD. The sad part is that the employees are totally oblivious to what is going on.
I was deeply saddened, because I talked to customers that were desperate and I felt like I was cheating them out of their joy. I cried and cried... I will never forget Ms. Rita and Ms. Marie. I sat in church last night and just wept and prayed for all of the innocent people that are being preyed on.
*BEWARE*
If you are a customer that has not made a purchase... CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT PICK... I believe that they are either screening calls or just have you on an automatic system.

I'm so sorry and I'm reporting them to the State Attorney's Office. I don't know how much damage it will do, because they are thorough in their paperwork.

I also worked for them at a maine branch. We were told to speak so fast the customer wouldnt understand and just say ok at the end of it to make the customer agree. If you say ok you will get charged even if you didnt know about it. "Just take a look at it for me ok?" I remember feeling horrible at the end of the day but when you are making anywhere from $15-32/hr its hard to say no. CTA Communications is the maine name and I am sorry for all the people we scammed. I remember listening to women cry over the phone about how horrible their problem is. Weight loss, Tinnitus...and how they said they would go sell something so they had the money for these sugar pills. I am so sorry.

Cylapril MEDICINE MADE ME SICK/

This produt does not work. It also made me really ill. I went to my Physician he said not ot take it anymore before i will have to go to emergency. I called and asked for a RMA number and they wouldn't give it to me. They stated it didn't fall under this criteria. I guess I have to die to return product and get my refund. Do not send anymore shipments to my home.

Cylapril scam

Company offers one month trial of their product for $9.95. what they don't tell you is unless you cancel your "membership" within 2 weeks of the original billing date, you will be billed an additional $49.95. If you don't cancel within one month you will be billed for additional products that you have to get authorization to return and pay to return it. Also when you call to cancel, you are told the product takes 4 months to start working, which means you are out over $200.00. Believe me, it's not worth spending the $9.95.

I returned a three month supply because I had already tried the product for 3 months and was not satisfied. I tried for 5 months to get Cylapril Customer Service to return my $169.97 and they kept giving me excuses and telling me to call back in two weeks. Now their number is no longer a working number. These people are crooks and they should be held accountable.

I ordered Cylapril to receive the free 30 day trial. I had to pay shipping, which required me to provide my financial info. About two weeks after receiving the product I had contacted Cylapril to cancel an further shipments and charges. At about the same time, Cylapril made an unathorized charge for the full amount of the product on my account.

They promise you a product and book for $9.95. Then they outship you and bill you before you get the first bottle down. Then it screws with your hormone level and you think that you are going to go crazy.

They are not going to refund you as it is a scam. I am tired of waiting on hold and being hung up on. No RA# no refund. This stuff is crap.

Cylapril RAISED BLOODPRESSURE

They say it doesnt counteract with medications but fail to say that it can raise blood pressure. My normal blood pressure is 117/72, so I DO NOT have high blood pressure, but 3 days of Cylapril and constant headaches revealed my blood pressure at 147/94 every day that I took it. My doctor told me to get off it and flush it in the toilet. After reading all the complaints about unauthorized billing, i have been calling every wk and verifing that my account has indeed been closed. So far so good and no charges to my bank account except for the trial shipping fee.

Experts tell us that all these herbs, etc can be dangerous but we just keep trying.

Cylapril Rip Off

I too got punked by this company. I've read all the complaints and agree with everyone, even the person that said it was our own fault. I should have known that since everything was written in very large colorful fonts that the "screw you" would come in the tiny font that had been shaded by half.

Thanks for all the other people that have written, now I understand that I need also to get a new card. I did get a cancellation number and a go screw yourself on the last $49.95 but it appears as if that does not work either.

I finally was able to speak to someone at the Adrenal Institute. I believe I was on hold for half a day..but it was worth the wait. I tried to return my trial offer of the products but they said I was too late. I was well within the 30 day limit but they explained that it was 30 days from date of shipment. It took over a week for me to receive my products. I went off on the person I was speaking with and he went and got a "supervisor" on the line. The 'supervisor" said there was nothing they could do and everything was stated on the web site and that perhaps I should go back and pay attention to the details. This really pi..ed me off. I told them that if they did not refund my money I would be on the phone with the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau as soon as we hung up. We went round robin for a while and I kept reminding him of who I was going to notify. He finally agreed to refund $20 told me to keep the products and promise not to make the phone calls. It wasn't the full amount but I definitely felt I was not getting any more out of them. I received my credit for $20 but still have not received the refund for the total body cleanse they said I was allowed to return. We should all report them to the proper agencies! They are nothing but criminals and the products are nothing special

I would advise to avoid like the Plague.
This Web site is Very tricky. Lots and lots of very small grayed out small print. That one time $9.95 trial offer will cost you lots of money if you don't cancel within 14 days. They don't mention that on the TV ad. On their Web Site in Very large print it says " If you're not 100% satisfied with the results of CylaprilT we will give you your money back guaranteed!". When you find out they charged your credit card $49.95 two weeks later they will say sorry we will not refund that amount. They will say you should have read the fine print; we will not refund your money. The funny part is that your trail package may not arrive until you have little or no time left to cancel before they start helping themselves to your credit line. I personally feel this is a very poor way to treat customers and terrible customer service. Had I liked the product and then discovered such deceptive business practices I would have canceled for that reason.

I agree with everyones comments! There is a way out however, without having to call. After reviewing their website, you can cancel any future shipments by sending an email (address below) to the institute itself requesting such cancellation. Make sure you add your order number to the email as well. Good luck.

I have my own story to tell with this product. I did read most of the fine print, but I didn't expect what happened to me. I got the bill for the 2nd shipment and called quickly to return the product as it was excessive in price, and I just didn't get the results they claim as well. I returned the product with the RMA written on the package, only to find out that the address that was given to me by the Customer Service representative was the wrong address. I have been fighting with them for now nearly 3 months to get this refund that is due to me. I followed the rules of return, yet still no refund. I have made 4 additional phone calls and demanded to talk to a supervisor or manager, yet I have been repeatedly told that "they are too busy" and can't talk to customers...supervisors in a call center too busy to talk to a very UPSET customer about a refund that is well overdue. This is a very sloppy run company and if I can get an address or contact number for the corporate location in Lewiston, Maine, you can bet I am calling them as well. I have sent an email to the address provided on the web site, but don't expect anything positive to come of it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I discourage anyone from ordering their weak product, otherwise you will deal with a incompetent group of customer service representatives. Apparently the company's 100% money back guarantee is all a big farce and they can't back up the guarantee. Again, I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will have more problems than benefits. Your stress will go up after trying to deal with these people...not reduced stress they claim you will get from the product.

I agree.. I have made my own mistakes with this company.. If we all would have just paid attention to the fine print we wouldn't be ticked right now.. I'm peeved too! Because I had no idea I was going to be stuck in with this larger amount of money either. But now, after looking at the website and the agreement section.. It's all there! I have definitely learned my lesson! What is this products anyway? Felt like I ordered a bottle of placebos!

Did you order more than the initial trial period? If not, you only have 14 days to cancel, if you don't call before the 14 days then you DO get billed for the first shipment you recieve. If you purchase one of the upsell packages then and only then do you get 30 days.

My suggestion to people who order the product...pay attention when the CSR is explaining what you have to do.

I am very happy that I went to the search engine "GOOGLE" before I even thought of going on to that actually website of Cylapril.com and read just a few of the complaints that all of you that have made unfortunately it had to be under the circumstances about fradulent charges but I just wanted to say thank you! I was just watchin t.v. and I was on the channel where it shows you what is on like by channel and time and they had the infomercial on cylapril and everything they said I was like "wow that sounds like me, I think I am going to check this stuff out see how other people have either liked or disliked it" and I am very happy that I didn't get to the point where you all are, which I am also terribly sorry! It is people as persistent as you that help people that have never even heard of this product like me from going even further into debt. I hope you all get your money back and I hope that everyone of these ridiculous and GREEDY scams stop!

Add me to the list of victims. I'm out over $100. What a hassle. I cancelled after the
free trial and the next shipment came anyway. I was told by the company rep not to
refuse the package but send it by delivery confirmation. I did as I was told. Now they're
claiming the returned package they rec'd was the trial sample and refuse me any
refund. I hate to admit I got sucked in. I can't believe after all the complaints I've read
online that this company is still advertising on TV. Pass it by whatever you do. It's

When you go to a bar its a scam so what isnt these days? be honest, with the unemployment stakes so high people are trying to do whatever it takes to make a living. You know what I think are SCAMS- AT&T and all CELLPHONE COMPANYS PLUS and ALL CREDIT CARD COMPANYS So in todays economy people are just going to send everything free right? because people feel sorry for you? I dont work for the company but I ordered the stuff and like it. I just paid only $5.80 in shipping and got a voucher which i just sent in to get my shipping refund. When it comes to Auto Ship thank God. If I love it no issues I'll keep getting it if not then I can CANCEL and PS Customer Service is actually really great and have helped me alot in future payments. Maybe I just got lucky or something, I dont know. I just know when my rep told me about the "disclosures" I actually listened and said yes so Im in for the long term. You all that are complaining either NEVER listened, PAYED ATTENTION or JUST SAID YES WHEN THEY SAID SO AT THAT POINT are DUMB. They have you on ACUAL RECORDING SO TRY THEM PLEASE WHEN I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS FISHY I CALLED THEM, ASKED FOR MY RECORDING AND HEARD IT AND THEY WERE RIGHT. I LEGALLY gave out my information and now am THANKFUL that I did because Ive lost 12lbs since starting it 2 weeks ago and feel more energy. BUT YES, IF I WANNA CANCEL I CAN CALL UP MY REP NAME LISA AND SHE WILL HANDLE ME and help me out. SO FOR ALL OF YOU CRY BABIES THAT CLAIM THAT YOUVE BEEN RIPPED OFF "SAVE YOUR DRAMA FOR YOUR MAMA" AND STOP CRYING. THEYRE A LEGAL BUSINESS AND THEY TAPED YOUR CONVERSATION AND YOUR AGREENMENT WITH THE PRODUCT. THE ONLY ONE TO BLAME IS YOURSELF. You were in total control you werent FORCED to buy anything so enjoy Cyrapril and if they continue to take money off of you then GOOD for THEM because then you must be on an below average intelligence level to notice anything and to do anything. PS THAT SAYS ALOT IM A DYSLEXIC AND I STILL CAN REMEMBER TO CALL THEM TO CANCEL OR ASK THEM ANY MORE QUESTIONS THAT I MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE. If you want to hate any scams talk to AT&T and other cell companys plus credit card co if you dont have a valid one. YES I DONT HAVE A CC BUT I DO HAVE A DEBIT CARD have a nice night GO PRES BUSH OBAMA SUCKS!

After reading the reviews I decided not to purchase the product. I will check out the GNC thou. Because if it doesn't work they WILL refund your money within 30 days. I know I use to work at GNC.

I am so glad to learn I'm not the only person on the planet to fall for this scam. It was only $9.99. No big deal, right? WRONG! First, the information about calling to cancel within 2 weeks is in small print on the BACK of the invoice. Everybody reads that, right? Second, they didn't even let me try the product for 2 weeks before they sent more and billed my credit card $129.95. The shipment was supposedly sent exactly 2 weeks after the trial supply was sent but it took the trial sample a week to get to me. So I got to try it for less than a week before they sent more. And the worst part is the stuff doesn't work. It's supposed to calm you down but it had the opposite effect on me. I walked around in an absolute rage the whole time I was taking it. I mean I was totally furious contantly. Maybe, the people working for them are taking it, too. Because I never encountered such hateful, rude customer service. I stopped taking it 2 days ago and I feel so much better already. I still haven't gotten the second shipment, but I think I' just going to close my credit card and cut my losses.

I ordered the free sample as well and it was free for the first 15 days . The problem is, is that it took 14 days for me to recieve the product. There was no results for me I had no renewed energy, no weight loss. This products is a total rip off. There is something related to what they are selling, but the official name is adrenal insufficiancy, But I dont suffer bad enough for the medical community to help me.

Cylapril Fraudulant credit card use

My credit card is being fraudulently billed by a company called, Adrenal Fatigue Institute. I saw an ad on TV for their product, pills that would erase fatigue. I ordered the minimal amount for $9.95 and I thought that was the end. I was completely wrong . . .

However, I was not aware that I would end up in a serious catch-22. After my order arrived, I noticed nothing. Then weeks later, I noticed my credit card was being billed without my permission. I called my bank and had them stop payment, but that has not been enough.

I went back to their website, www.cylapril.com and discovered their fine print is really a catch-22. In order to get off their list here is what it says exactly:

To discontinue your membership or request a refund, call Our Secure Customer Care Line at [protected] Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 5 :30pm EST.

When you call the line, there's a new phone number, [protected]. When you call that number, the line is always busy. If you try to stay on the line, the recording comes to an end and then hangs up forcing you to call again. Of course, this is only Monday through Friday between 10-5pm making it even more difficult to get your money back or get off the list. You cannot send their merchandise back without a return authorization otherwise you will not receive credit or your money back. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK from these ###. I want to you shut them down.

What stops me from coming down there with some sharp pitchforks and knives is the lack of time and money. I know I am not alone with this problem and I am very angry. Companies like these need to be stopped cold and put out of business immediately. If you see their commercials, usually in late night, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I see there is an Better Business Bureau email address but look at the outcome, it was ignored. Don't you get the feeling, the BBB is getting kickbacks when your complaint goes ignored! It's terrible but this is what's happening. And when people take the law into their own hands, the courts get mad and jail the person. People & companies are only in it for themselves, damn the consumer . . . just let them drown while we get ours.

Well, what goes around comes back around . . .

I was forced by the bank to cancel my credit card. I also mailed their crap back, $10.80 with a return receipt (that little green card that gets mailed back to you). Now, I have to wait for them to refund my money. They told me at least 10-14 days for that to happen. I'm still pissed and I want someone to sue them into eternity!

Yesterday, I was fuming because I received another package from Adrenal Fatigue. When I went to my bank statement, I noticed the [protected] number. When I called, I was given an RMA & a cancellation number. She told me to get a tracking number from the post office so I could be sure the package arrives.

She kept saying she could hear the anger in my voice. I was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and that they would only refund 2 of the 3 packages. I told her I wanted ALL my money back and I wouldn't rest until I got it all back. So far, I've lost, $220.65 with this company and as we all know, the squeeky wheel gets the grease. I plan on being the squeeky wheel . Hopefully, I'll get back more than $187.55

I've written to both attorney generals: Lisa Madigan of Illinois and Bill McCollum (ag.mccollum@myfloridalegal.com) of Florida. I will continue to fight these guys until I get all of my money. This is where being a pain in the ### & a ### will come in handy.

Their game: to get you to order the sample. The sample looks innocent until you discover your credit card is on the hook. They bill you for several shipments. They've legally bound and gagged you while using a bait and switch. Once you've been forced to take their shipments, called the wrong numbers to cancel, then they finally give you the right number. Once you dial the right number, you're forced to keep at least one of their shipments and you're forced to forgo a 15% restocking fee.

I just wish I'd cancelled my credit card after the first shipment. But I'm writing this to let others know, either cancel your card or don't order this product at all. It really doesn't work. Its all herbs like, (Revitalizer bottle) bee pollen, black cohosh root powder, ashwagandha powder, , rhodiola rosea root, some blend of cylapril anti-stress but it doesn't say what that is, no details as to what the anti-stress consists of.

(Regulator bottle) Fatigue blend but no details as to what's in the *blend*. Adrenal ext bovine, schizandra, pregeneolone, licorice root powder, passion flower ext, biotin, panax ginseng, jujube extract, manganes ascorbate, 5-HTP & zine ascorbate.

(Energy support bottle) thiamine, riboflavin B2, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, folic acid, whey conccentrate.

I've listed the ingredients from all 3 sample bottles. You get this in every shipment. I listed them because I don't want you to still be curious and order any of this crap! You can buy all this stuff at your local health food store and not get scammed like me and others. I'm on my way to the post office with what little money I have left to ship this crap back to them, registered & insured so it doesn't get lost.

Stay tuned . . .

Listen Up LLC is the company that telemarkets the Cylapril product. Not sure if the product works I've never used it. I see many complaints on this site about it. Now you would think if a company had some faith in there product especially the way the world is today and the way the economy is, that we would want to try to earn the trust of the general public. Sales doesn't have to be a bunch of smoke and mirrors unless u truly have an inferior product. If u have a reliable product why succomb to dishonesty to make a few extra bucks - not worth it. Professionalism and customer service will win in the end. I'm not the type to bad mouth anyone or anything, I usually tuck my head between my legs and walk away. I won't do that this time. This place has a habit of mistreating employees, and replaces them with people with criminal records and have substance abuse problems. Management lies to agents - and then agents are not backed by HR. I've said what I said no one really wins here.

I ordered the free bottle of Cylapril and Book, all had to pay, was for S.& H for $9.95 . well I, was charged, $9.99. they said NO, that was the charge . and I didn't even get a book . I got a CD, that didn't work it was blank. So I called to let them know, all of this. but they didn't want to credit me my right amount for my shipping and handling, that is how much it is they said. . I said check your avertisment on TV and website, so u can see the right amount for S.& H. And I was SUPOSED to get, 120 ct.. of.PILLS AND all I got. Was 30, so this all a scamm, I recieved it one day and the next day I canceled it. they did not even want to help me in any way. I should have been charged the right amount for S.&H. and the right amount of pills, And CD, that worked, I was told I was getting a book, didn't even get that, now I see why so many people have made complaints about this junk. I don't no if it works, but if it does then they would have helped me the right way. I canceled it already, and the guy on the phone, i'm just trying to order the free bottle & book and pay for S.&H. For $9.95, and he was trying to sell me everything, except his soul, couldn't even get a word in. so I called back to make sure nothing else was orded. I told them. That I want my CD that works and the right amount of pills AND WHEN AND THEY WILL FIND OUT it's ONLY $9.95 FOR S.&H. $4 is $4. THEY BETTER put it back in my account, and there trying to tell me something that's in black and white. and to let everyone know! they SELL it at WALGREENS FOR $34.00 AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE, IF NOT CANCEL $54.95 PLUS $6.99 S.&H.they are crazy! everyone be aware!

This company is OUTRAGEOUS! I have also been billed and billed and have received NOTHING! I was completely clear that I only wanted to try the free trial and did not want to participate in ANY AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM! I was assured that was so, and not only did they get my address incorrect so I did not receive a thing, but the overcharges threw my account into the negative twice! When I told Mike Operator 2041 or 2011 (he refused to clarify it for me and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor!) that I was really pissed off, he accused me of swearing at him! Man, I could have ripped his face off at that point. Then he said he wished he had a dime for every customer that could not understand the simple terms of the free trial, basically saying that we were all stupid! Well, Bank of America was terrific about it, they refunded me ALL OF THE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY and reversed all overdraft fees, and they canceled my debit card, so these idiots cannot charge me again! I also wrote to my congressman!
DO NOT BUY CYLAPRIL! THEY ARE THIEVES!

I ordered Cylapril the beginning of December 2009. I had an allergic reaction to it after a week (had to go to two Dr's for help) and sent back the unused bottles (I was being "smart" by getting six month supply because I was sure it would work great) per the instructions I was given by their customer service team. After a month I called to find out why I had not received a refund as promised. The first two times (and I gave them about 3 weeks before i would call each time) I was told the hold up was " yes we show you returned it but there was no RMA number on the box". Had I been given an RMA number it would certainly been on the box. Here it is June 10th 2010 and several calls to customer service who is always so "helpful" and was promised a check was being mailed May 28th or at the latest June 1st. Nothing in today's mail. I just want to warn everyone that at this point I consider them theives - they received their product and kept my money - and untrustworthy, "yes we will credit your credit card", "yes we are cutting a check and will call you and let you know when we are mailing it", "yes the check is in the mail tomorrow". This is my opinion only of dealing with them and I would NEVER order this product or recommend it to anyone as it did not work and now the money back guarentee does not work either!

I purchased a 15 day trial of this Cylapril for the agreed amount of $11.80...billed to my credit card. Seven days later, I received it and marked it on my calender. After 10 days, it was having no effect at all, so I called Cylapril only to find out they cgarged me $54.99 on the fifteenth day after I ordered. not after received it. They say it was in the fine print. I guess the fifteen day trial includes the 7 days it's in transit. I don't know how that would work, since I can't try something I don't have. This company is obviously deceitful and un-ethical. I will make sure I tell everyone I can about them. I will go to my credit card company and dispute this.
