Cyberlink PowerDirector 7 Ultra / Took money from Credit Card without link to download my purchase

I am NOT happy at all!!!
I purchased Cyberlink's PowerDirector 7 Ultra online last night about 22:20.
The only message I got, after entering our credit card details, was "Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly"
NOTHING after that, except a text message almost immediately on our mobile phone saying:
Go Banking confirms: A transaction for R982.18 by DRI*DIGITALRIVER have been processed on card 5328XXXXXXXX3088. For enquiries phone [protected].
Subject: Go Banking confirmation
Type: Text message
That was it.
No Invoice number.
No confirmation of purchase.
No CD Key.
No follow-up e-mail.
Cyberlink's website says:
"What is my order status?
After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail within an hour."
This NEVER happened - I am still waiting like a fool - it is exactly 26 hours later now!!!
When I click on the link that says order status, there is NOTHING but some R982.18 was already paid into the account of DigitalRiver!!!
And their website says "The order number was not found."
We have ordered stuff on the internet before, and could download it straight after - so this is ABSURD.
This is NOT funny. I needed to finish some work this weekend, but I'm STUCK. I especially wanted to download this programme last night so that I can render 4 DVD's today without the words "PowerDirector Trial Version written on it". . .
The point is: If DigitalRiver can take our money IMMEDIATELY, they should send an e-mail IMMEDIATELY so I can start downloading!!!
If this is the kind of service I am going to get from Cyberlink in the future, I would rather want my money back and buy some other programme on the top-ten-review-list of video editing programmes.
Please can you help me???
