cyberdefender virus guard / claim for refund

I have informed them to refund my money as they promised me to refund saying 30 days money back garantee at the time of purchasing their product.Then they replied me giving options to select wether still I need my money back.Hence I responded for above mail saying that I need my money back.Unfortunately after that they did not have any curtasy to reply me and HSBC colombo confirmed today also (10th aprial 2010)saying they did not refund my money.I still do not understand why they did not keep the promised at the time of purchasing above product and the time of replying for my first mail saying they will work for refund money if I still do need to refund money.Therefore please be kind enough to advice them to reply my mails and do needful to refund my money as they promised.Your quick respond and cooperation are very much appreciated and please do not let them to steel my money
This is the mail which I have received from them saying they will keep the promise, but they did not keep the promise and now they don't reply for my mails even.

    This message is from Cyberdefender Customer Service.

    Our records show that a full refund was issued on 4/11/2010. Refunds can sometimes take 1-2 billing cycles, depending on the issuing bank, before they appear on your credit card statement.

    Regarding the status of your refund, the funds have been released on our end. You will want to contact the customer service department of your financial institution to inquire as to when it will appear on your statement.
