CVS previous employee

The rant: I was employed for 4 years at cvs and I was a shift supervisor. I was one of the hardest working people there and my manager would tell you I was an excellent worker. Now I have put in over 200 hours off the clock because that's the kind of worker I am never had enough hours to get everything done so I have brought work home to do and worked off the clock at the store. I have stopped theives and chased theives and I have also returned over 300.00 worth of liquor that I recovered from someone running out the door with it. I could of just kept it but that's not the way I roll. Then another time I have brought totes upon totes home of hooks and such to separate because we didn't have time to do it there and as I was going through the totes to separate pegs and such at the bottom of a few totes was a bunch of makeup probably thousands of dollars worth and again I could of kept all that makeup and no one would of known other wise, but again that is not the kind of person I am. So with that being said. I got fired because I took a 2.46 money card from a rude customer that didn't want it and because on one of our truck days which are very busy days because we don't get enough hours to get everything done. I got a couple pepsi's and some cheese and was going to pay for them at a later time and I forgot. Which is on me because I know better. So I got fired for a total of 12.46. But I know a few employees that have stole and is stealing a lot more then that per day and they are half the worker I am but they still work there. Cvs is the [censor] company I have ever worked for they expect you to have excellent customer service and get all the tasks done on 206 hours a week... I'd like to see the big shots down where the little people are and see if they can even get half of the [censor] done! Its not hard sitting at a desk and telling people what to do... Also the pay sucks for the work and stress they put you through on a daily basis... Rant over have a nice life cvs you suck as a company to work for and thank you for firing me my health is so much better now i'm not getting migraines on a daily basis anymore!

CVS employee behavior

The cvs that I have beem going to for over 15 years has just lost my business and my family of five as well. I. Go every month to get my perscription filled they are always short staffed short with the customets cause they have so much to do all the time. I get a controlled substance filled I know the laws and I undetstand people abuse them but I dont appreciate being treated like a criminal when I have to go into cvs every month. This time was the last straw my dr changed my dosage I was dropping off my prescription I received from the dr the lady looked at it said nope cant fill it ur insurance wont allow it, wouldnt even attempt. I then spoke to my insurance company and went to another pharmacy where what do you know
They filled it and did it with a smile as every paying customer should be treated. It was such a change to get my meds filled and not treated horrible because my dr believes I need to take it, not the choice of some bitter lady who is over worked and under paid who dosnt know me from a hole in the wall

CVS service

My family went into CVS last night. I am almost there daily.
My 13 year old said he had to get some deodorant and body spray.
I am shopping in another aisle and I hear " You cannot do that!" You cannot spray anything in the store!" I am going to call the police!"
I called my son over privately and asked him what was going on. He reiterated the verbal exchange. I waited until my son went out to the car. I approached the employee (who by the way was a manager) and I asked "Was there a problem with my son purchasing body spray?" He said "yea, yes there was. He is not aloud to spray in the store."" I said was he spraying his entire body?" He said "no, little spritzes." "I could call the police on him!" I said "For what?" He said "STEALING!" I said "you have got to be kidding me. he said "no I am not." "He could be prosecuted for stealing." I said "dude, you can call God for all I care! I am not done with this!" Again, I am almost there daily and the other staff is super nice, but I am not accepting this ridiculous Gavonne!

CVS rude pharmacy manager

This complaint is against a pharmacy manger named wasoda sanala form the store located on 100 14th st jersey city, ny 07310.

I work for a doctors office that she called on 6/9/2017. She was looking for a dr., nurse or assistant that at the time of the call were all unavailable. I had advised her that I could transfer the call again to the extension that handles medication as it is not something I handle. While on that call as I was handling the call she rudely and abruptly hung the phone up on me.

This is extremely unprofessional and very rude and uncalled for.

CVS customer service

Date: 06/08/2017 time:~ 1:45-3pm
Store number: [protected] w pensacola street, tallahassee fl 32304)

Issue/description: terrible customer service
I was the only customer in the store and I waited almost an hour for the store manager to unlock the pharmacy supply cabinet so that the pharmacist could get to my prescription.

The pharmacist called the store manager to have him come unlock it, then ~15 minutes later she went back to the back room to speak with him directly, then ~15 minutes after that I went and spoke to the assistant store manager twice to try to get the manager to come out/assist a customer. Finally, after almost an hour the store manager appears for the first time to unlock the cabinet.

This is an unreasonable and absurd time to wait for a simple prescription. The store manager's actions (Of lack there of) are not only unacceptable but unprofessional. He was well aware that a customer was waiting and decided to do nothing about it.

CVS manager

I bought a liquid foundation 2 days before returning. When I wanted to return with the receipt in hand, Carol adamantly denied me a refund at first and said it was impossible. She advised to wait for the woman that helped me the day before. I waited patiently for 30-45min just to make an exchange. While waiting, she persisted to argue with me and blamed me for her temper. The next day, I came back to return the makeup for another one (same brand) because that color did not match either. Carol yelled and told me no. I remained calm but was disturbed by her total disregard and disrespect for me as a customer. After explaining again, that I have only made a return a few times, she angrily said ok but she would never allow me to make a return again. I was appalled by her delivery and words and shocked that CVS would allow this behavior. To reiterate, I only returned makeup twice because the colors didn't did not work out for my skin tone and my skin is very sensitive. The return and/ or exchange was made within one or two days of purchase. As a customer I have a right to make an exchange or return if something doesn't work out for me. The manager Carol was extremely rude to me and made accusations that I make returns too often even though I've only been to this location a few times. I simply wanted to return makeup I bought 2 days ago and then exchange it for a different color of the same brand. Every time I have gone to this 14735 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA ( which have only been a few) the manager or supervisor Carol has uttered rude comments to me and was unwilling to help me with simple concerns or questions. She has discriminated against me based on race. I feel extremely uncomfortable going back to this location. She is very rude and others have witnessed her cruel behavior. I will never come back here again. I've spent thousands of dollars at CVS but this experience was too traumatic to want to come back.

CVS customer service

I had a receipt for $3.00 extra bucks that I earned from spending extra money last month. And I wanted to use it today, however, I couldn't because the CVS card I used for the purchase was an extra card at CVS itself and not my own since I forgot it. Due to that, I was not able to use my $3 off extra bucks. And the cashier barely tried to remedy this for me.

This system is terrible. I wish I had known at the time that I would need the same CVS card in order to reimburse myself for the 3 extra bucks. I only spent more money on my purchase last month because of the extra bucks promotion. Due to this, I did not make my purchase at CVS. I will make it elsewhere. Furthermore, I intend to take my business elsewhere from now on. I also intend to go to another pharmacy.

Thank you for nothing.

CVS hcg costs

Cvs has been giving me the run around for months. both cvs caremark and cvs specialty. i've been order human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) from cvs specialty. spending over $5, 000 of my own this year alone. they kept telling me once I reach my max out of pocket, I would pay nothing. I reached and now they are telling me the cost is $6500 for 6 wks of medication. i've spent hours on the phone with both trying to understand my coverage and costs. month to month, they tell me one thing, and next month another. frankly, I don't know who to believe. they're telling me my cost will be over $56, 000 a year. who in their right mind would not question these costs. i've been hung up, kept on the phone, transferred to one group or another. and the last two companies i've worked for, most recently, thomson reuters, is one of their largest clients. if this isn't broken health care, I don't know what is. the amount of insurance paid by employee and employer is over the top. yet cvs continues to rake it in. not one to formally complain. it needs to be said... and communicated to a wider audience.
Lastly, last wk I tried to order the medication before I switched jobs. again, I got conflicted costs with very little clarity. and by the time they got back to me, the cost goes up from $2, 800 to $6500. and now they blame that on me.

CVS pharmacist refused to fill prescriptions for norco and ms contin and also refused to contact the ordering physician regarding the medications

The CVS pharmacy in Dover Ohio Terri Anthony and CVS manager Brian Schellhaus refused to fill my boyfriend Joseph Johnson's prescriptions for MS Contin and Norco without discussion with the ordering physician. Joe was in a severe car vs semi accident in Greenville Kentucky May 25, 2017. He was life flighted and transferred among hospitals, ending up at University of Louiville Hospital. He had a severe deep injury to left upper arm, exposing the brachial artery ripping part of bicep off and requiring several surgical procedures under anesthesia to change dressing. He was discharges 6/1/2017, we returned home to Ohio and was told to see his medical doctor. The hospital sent him home on 1 Norco every hours after being medicated every 2 hours in the hospital. The medication prescribed did not control his pain. We were told to follow up with his medical doctor who assessed him and prescribed medications to control his pain, long acting and short acting. The pharmacy refused to speak with prescribing physician and refused to fill as I am prescribed Suboxone in the past, which I have not taken since my accident as the hospital does not prescribe this. I have followed my doctor's orders and do want my pain controlled. I find this pharmacy negligent and would like to pursue this issue.

Read my complaint about CVS. I am a pharmacist & they refused to fill my legitimate prescription for Norco. CVS pharmacist never spoke to me directly & showed no professional courtesy. Technician claimed it was policy to speak to prescribing doctor before filling all first time narcotic prescriptions for customers. Complete bull.

As a nurse we were taught pain is was se important it was called the 5th vital sign measurement. I recently suffered a torn meniscus and was told by my PCP that if I needed pain medication I wold havr to go see a pain specialist. WOW, she knew me and had been my PCP for several years and I had never asked for nor received a pain med. I did go to a pain clinic as I did need relief and that was a truly frightful experience just sitting in the waiting room. Dr's are scared to death to prescribe even obviously needed pain medication. What a shame! Now politicians are encouraging Suboxone, whom a dear friend is addicted to and has even resorted to buying off the street at 30.00 a strip! He will be facing financial ruin very soon. It is jst as bad and just as life shattering as a true opioid abuser.

your right a pharmacist does have the right to decline a customers " for any reason "THEY" like! Which is there right but they usually do it because of there religious beliefs which I find ignorant and they continue to help spread disease like"AIDS" just to name one of many STD contracted diseases because "THEY" have the right to refuse to sell insulin syringes under the " if you don't have a scipt [censor] we cant sell you needles! so where do the people go to get there syringes? they just share with other addicts who have them and... you know what sharing needles creates, the list is long and all bad! And there are NOT doctors! they fill pill bottles ! I have a doctor for for my health needs, they are there to catch mistakes your doctor may have made in your prescription and to inform you of drug interactions which may interfere with the drug prescribed. Large corporate pharmacy chains are robot assembly lines with no MANNERS or RESPECT Find a small owned and ran pharmacy and youll be amazed at how much better service you will receive ! please forgive me for any spelling errors, I'm just backwoods redneck! Thank you

First sounds like from reading your misspelled illiterate post your abusing pain meds or pot or alcohol yourself. Learn to use proper English an people will give you more respect. I've found honestly its people like you who the ones using pain meds often illegally. But no genius, its "not up to the Dr to tell me how much pain Im in" the Dr isnt me and cant feel my pain and no amount of training will give him this psychic ability. Yes a Dr should use good judgement and not prescribe narcotic* pain meds for injuries and illness he/she has no SUBJECTIVE proof of-Ie: "my back hurts" but there is no record and evidence of back injury-IE: medical imaging proving it or record of soft tissue injury -In the case of soft tissue injuries narcotic pain meds should be a very short term issue course as these conditions resolve fairly quickly-people with arthritis however nd sever orthopedic injuries or severe neurological disease are another matter-and those people dont needa doc telling them when they hurt and when they dont, and nor does some sheriff or politician trying to control drugs by playing DR-a field they are not qualified or licensed to practice...its between the Dr and his patient. Te pharmacist should fill the script as written. They are not Dr's. They are not qualified or authorized to second guess a Dr's impression of what is needed...the only time they should interfere is when a script has a contraindication or interaction the Dr may have missed . BTW you cant "keep people in the hospital until they are no longer in pain" LMAO..wow. You do know one or to days can cost 10's of thousands of dollars in the Hospital..they cannot afford nor do they have the beds to keep everyone in severe pain in the hospital, Insurance companies would go broke, and our rates would go sky higher. You've typed nonsense.

You too have many misspelled words, as well as improper punctuation. People who are quick to point out errors in other peoples posts, publicly, should pay closer attention to their own mistakes before passing judgement. In your first sentence, the word illiterate should be replaced with illegible.Perhaps many of us would benefit from "learning proper English"...You have typed nonsense as well

All pharmacys have the right not to sell pain meds narks becuse the custmer has many drugs going at same time pain meds he she may have a history of abuse on pain meds or fake rx like oxy pain drugs and some must limit the sales and becuse of a bad commuinty re pain drugs
Or a doctor in question known to give large amoiunts pain drugs rx if your in that much pain your doctor or special er nurse can have you put in the hospital or discharge you will the meds for a short time your feeling better and cheacks to see if you have a history of needing pain meds. lots visits to the er and or many visits to the er your needing more pain meds or go to another pharmacy its not political to keep you in pain its up to the dr and or er both to realy tell how much pain your realy in and what to discarge you with or if your drunk and self abuse or your under the care of a dr for mental problems again the pharcy can see if your over done on pain meds and some pharmcys dont sell some high risk drugs

They stereotype and discriminate with prejudice...and its not only cvs or pharmacies it's becoming the whole medical community now being run by [censor]ed up politicians to only further there own personal agendas ...this whole opiate epidemic is a witch hunt and lacks substantial data that should be included when reviewing their findings s ...they use this whole overdose epidemic without looking at illicit HEROIN users ...and instead the people who suffer are the chronic pain patients mostly disabled and/or dying from drawn out horrible death after living a harsh life...I speak from my own experience ...people who haven't walked in our shoes shouldn't have any control in the outcome of our medical treatment but doctors are now more worried about ending up in jail ...wrongly accused because of little Timmy taking 8 pills every 1 hour instead of 1 pill every 8 hours, and that's even making the point if he was even prescribed in the first place ...otherwise what happened to your personal accountability and responsibilities if your not prescribed it then don't use it illegally ...Fentynal says on its packaging do not take unless your opiate tolerate or you can die
Now if some idiot ends up taking this and overdoses maybe it sounds insensitive to some people but where is all the sensitivity to the chronically Ill and opioid now dependent which isn't the same as being an addict ...even though the CDC guideline without including pain dr on its panel wants to blanket all opioids users as addicts ...because another panel member with his 8th grade education runs a majority of sober livings and treatment centers who stands to benefit by blanket labeling anyone who take opioids despite there medical condition & patient history ...it's bad and is not only gonna push more people to using illcit drugs like HEROIN and o"ding or suicide rates increasing substantially because people are now unable to find any relief by a condition that plagued them for many years and furthermore ...I don't remember signing up for clinic cal trials etc so by all these politicians bull [censor] ...where's the reparations and offering to the supposed patients that have all now become addicts which is nonsense ...

The government needs to do more research on the opiate problem. people who need pain meds and are honest about it, are made into liers and made to look like they are terrible people. that's not the case in all situtions. the real addicts and those taken this stuff on the streets selling it have got dr's and pretty much everyone out smarted. Dr's shouldn't be able to cut anyone off those med's COLD TURKEY' Ive seen with the naked eye, that sends people straight to dealers. They don't want to go through sickness. My 72 yr old brother in law broke his ribs and was put on perocet, he took his self off after a short time cause he didn't want em any more. of course he got sick not knowing that it would happen. he went to the ER cause he thought he was having a heart attack. they told him he was a addict and needed help. now mind you he still had meds left over. just couldn't prove it at the time. he didn't take the bottle with him to the ER. See what I'm talking about. All that mess is so screwed up about the opiats. They need to get it straightened out for honest people.

I had oral surgery aug. 15th. with removal of all bottom teeth for immediate denture. I was beyond livid going through this process of only haven been given 2 oral injections. 2 hours in the dentist chair as she is pulling and filing the bone done. I finally had enough.. I made her stop and said you best be done now. I am in too much pain. as of july 1st. thanks to some [censor] hats up in congress along with our president. has decided that pain medication now requires pre authorization for anything over the amount of 7 pills. I was discharged with 7 norco. 30 ibuprofen 800 mgs and rx read.. 1 norco at night before bedtime. who the hell came up with this crap. I was in so much pain for 3 weeks I couldn't stand it.. 1 freaking narcotic med per day. I had my top teeth and denture done 3 yrs prior and this never occured. I was even given fmla by my dentist at that time and 30 pain pills upon discharge. now that I have state medicaid what we are rejects.. we do not deserve to be treated with dignity or respect and deserve to be tortured by our doctors and dentists because we cannot afford personal health insurance as most. and our government wants to cut down on opiate abuse.. screw all the people whom are on this panel and have decided that this is the way things are to be. my dentist knew about this new law. she knew 3 months in advance I was going to have this procedure., I was given the run around him ha. oh. you will be fine. my [censor].

CVS management daphne smith @ airline corpus christi texas

On saturday going into sunday, june 3, 2017 around 11:30 pm I walked into cvs on airline in corpus christi texas to purchase a few items. As I proceeded to check out, manager on duty daphne smith helped me as it came time to pay I noticed a few coupons she stated I had on my card were not applied. I told daphne a few of my coupons are not showing up. Daphne stated I applied them all. I tried showing her that they were not listed on credit card machine. She said, I applied them. At that time, to avoid anything I stated nicely, it's ok I will check receipt in car. As I went to my car to look I noticed those coupons were not listed. So I went back in to show daphne smith and she refused to see receipt and said I applied them if they are not showing you need to call 1800 number. I then told her please look at receipt and told her that those coupons are still showing active on cvs card. She finally looked at receipt and saw that they were not on there. I told her i'm
Going to return everything I repurchase and she can ring me up again to assure I get those coupons applied. She then said you do the return you will lose everything. I asked her how if it wasnt my mistake. She proceeded if you do that return you will lose everything. At that time, I said look with your attitude please make my return. As she was doing the return she got a sharpie and started crossing out every item I was returning. I noticed her taking out a cvs gift card applying my coupons on it and put it away in a drawer.. She continued to write on bottom receipt return on card number. And gave me my original receipt. As I sat in my car I realized I didn't get my receipt showing the actual return so I went back in when she was helping another customer and looked at me and said yes. I asked for my return receipt and she began to be disrespectful infront of customer she was attending and said. You dont get a receipt. I said I will wait till your done. When customer left I asked her for my return receipt and continued to say you dont get one. I told her look im
Not walking out with no receipt. 71.55 is a lot of money. She then proceeded to office and got me an actual computer print out 8x11 sheet. On that I noticed a gift card for my coupons should have been given.

Before walking out I asked if everything she said was true and correct and her respond back was I am done with you. I stated I hope you will not be sorry when I contact your supervisor. As I walked out with my daughter we stood outside looking over copy when my daughter noticed her standing behind me. I asked what she needed. She stated i'm waiting for you to leave my premises. I asked her to please go inside that I was looking at copy. She then stated if you do not leave I will contact police.

I don't think any customer should be getting this treatment and to the extent in being threaten in calling police. I should not have to make adjustments to my life style because of her behavior in my local cvs.
I hope cvs will really considers in removing behavior in employees from their store.

Thank you

This is a continuation from complaint submitted June 4, 2017.

On Sunday June 4, 2017around 8:30pm I finally got a hold of supervisor Yvette from cvs pharmacy on airline in Corpus Christi Texas. I explained to Yvette the incident that occurred the night prior with Daphne. Yvette proceed to tell me that she had not heard of the incident but would notify the main manager. I tried to explain to Yvette that as a customer we should not get treated with disrepect. At that time, Yvette became silent and would not say anything. I said, HELLO DID YOY HEAR ME. She became angry and stated IF YOU WANT RESPECT YOU HAVE TO EARN IT. I EXPLAINED TO YVETTE, oh my god y'all all treat customers so rude.

Is this allowed. Please respond.

CVS staff

I am writing to file a complaint against Nina the pharmacy manager at the CVS at Target in Staten Island, NY on West Veterans Road.

The client is Washington Boga. We purchased a medication (Trulicity) on April 26, 2017 for diabetes and when we got home we realized that the side effects were dangerous. We came back to return it but she refused to give us the refund. We explained that she never explained the severity of the side effects. One of the side effects is that it produced thyroid cancer in lab rats. There is a family history of thyroid problems in our family. My father refuses to take the medication, so I contacted Nina to attempt to have her help me. She told me she would speak to her manager and call me back. I am waiting for her call. She was unprofessional in the manner she dealt with this problem.

We spent 400 dollars on this medication that we can not use. I am requesting that we get a refund for this medication. We still have it and have not used it. We had expected Nina the manager to resolve it but she just left the issue there. She had no interest in resolving the matter.

CVS employees are nearly negligent with their care

Summary of the Incidents:

1. 05/10/17 I went to order a prescription for:

a. Flovent HFA 44 MCG INHALER (Flovent)
b. AeroChamber Spacer (inhaler + spacer)

I was given Flovent, but they didn't have AeroChamber+spacer. I was told to go to Walgreens across the street to see if they had it. Walgreens doesn't take my insurance. I was told in Walgreens that my pharmacy should be able to order it for me if they didn't have it.

I returned to CVS Pharmacy asking them to order AeroChamber+spacer. They told me my insurance didn't cover it and I said that was not a problem, I would pay for it. The price given was $80, but they retracted later saying they couldn't order it.

2. 05/30/17 My family doctor told me that if I payed for AeroChamber+spacer, then my pharmacy *should* be able to order it for me. He told me to try again!

I went to the CVS Pharmacy and was told that at that exact time the system was down and they couldn't order it. However, I was assured that in the night they would place the AeroChamber+spacer order and that I'd receive it on Thursday (06/01/17). I specified that I knew AeroChamber+spacer cost ~$80 and was fine with it.

3. 06/01/17 I receive the call confirming the arrival of my son's prescription AeroChamber+spacer.

4.) 06/02/17 I went to pick up AeroChamber+spacer and found that they ordered Flovent refill instead which I already had since 05/10/17! I tried explaining this but my concern was disregarded. They could not find the previous order for AeroChamber+spacer which I was promised for Thursday. While searching, they found another chamber called:

(c) Philips Respironics; Anti-Static valved holding chamber

which unfortunately does not have the more effective breathing mask that my Family Doctor specified for my 3-yr-old child.

The argument was that the Philips chamber is covered by the insurance (a fact unstated before) even though I wanted to buy AeroChamber+spacer since it's the one with the mask that my son needs.

This is when Dr. Isac intervened by saying that they had put the order for AeroChamber+spacer - although they said before that it didn't exist (!). Dr. Isac said the insurance had sent the Philips chamber instead of AeroChamber+spacer because it was insured. This doesn't make sense because I was going to pay for AeroChamber+spacer. They gave me the Philips chamber there and then once I told them what I actually needed.

The worst part was the condescending attitude, as if I were disrespecting him when I was explaining my situation. The negative attitude of the people at the pharmacy are what make these situations so bad. I don't remember exact names but this is a general trend among the workers.

Tonight I wrote down the name of the doctor because this experience has been the last nail in the coffin.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My bad experience with this pharmacy is as long as the rest that can be found in google reviews. The doctor which attended me, in addition to his doctorate, has titles in discourtesy and unprofessionalism, so much so that he laughed in my face as if what I said about my son's prescription were insignificant.

Apparently, the pharmacists who receive medical prescriptions can leave them aside or incorrectly order the medicine. On another occasion, I received the wrong mixture of an antibiotic as my family doctor pointed out.

Tonight is the last time I ever order something at this pharmacy. I will change my prescriptions to any place except CVS Pharmacies and write directly to customer service for a formal complaint.

We customers entrust our children's health to these people who do not input the minimum responsibility nor interest in their work, or courtesy to the client. A sick patient may range anywhere from a small child to an older adult and be at risk thanks to the disinterest given by supposed care providers.

Today I was attended and laughed at by Dr. Isac after trying to explain a mistake committed three (!) times before. On other occasions, by others just as incompetent, I have been mistreated just the same. My three year old has been waiting three weeks for a prescription because of this repeated and unnecessary situation.

Thinking that the prescription is something important, I did not look online for product AeroChamber+spacer. Tonight I noticed that it's even cheaper online and a stress-free purchase.

I'll make sure to communicate my poor experience with the people I know especially in this locale so they aren't mocked and disregarded as I was about my situation.

CVS wrong medication filled

My son doctor sent in prescription for one antibiotic augmentin and CVS gave me the wrong antibiotic they gave me amoxicillin. In there defence when I called they said it is the same just slightly different. How ignorant does that sound if it's slightly different then it is different. Regardless of how similar it is I expect them to know what they are doing and give me what my doctor ordered and not something similar. I am very upset this happened and I will no longer be filling any medication s with CVS again. They should have more competent people working there. I know people can make mistakes but when it comes to medication there is no room for error. CVS in Cicero, il on Central and cermak

CVS employee at the pharmacy in bedminster

While waiting on line at the CVS pharmacy in Bedminster NJ I observed a pharmacy assistant working with another customer. In the process of trying to resolve some type of insurance issue the assistant asked the customer to come behind the counter in order to use the CVS landline phone inside the pharmacy.

I had just dropped off two prescriptions for a family member and was horrified at the violation of privacy. The customer was behind the counter inside the pharmacy for about a half an hour on the phone. It was an invasion of health code and personal privacy and health information along with her being exposed to open medication among other things. It was a disgusting violation and repulsive practice if that is how CVS policy operates.

CVS not paying back money they took instead of billing my insurance company

My local pharmacy has been in contact with them for 2 years. I was charged $40.00 times 3 for RX's when I had insurance coverage. My co-pay was $2.50 each. My insurance company paid me back the $30.00 they owed me and told me that CVS owes me $80.01. My local pharmacy on 4th street in Beloit has been trying to get CVS corporation to cut me a check for 2 years.

This is discrimination against me as an elderly customer whom I'm sure they feel you can treat me anyway they want and get away with it. My husband and I are in out 70's. they refuse to take calls from Lori at CVS anymore on this subject.

It is CVS corporation responsibility to pay me back the money they stole from me 2 years ago.

This is horrible service! And now I am out a months worth if pain medication that I need to function. I'm a single mother if three laying around in pain for four weeks is not a luxury I am afforded! If this is not fixed I will never go to any CVS again and tell everyone I know not to go there as well.

CVS employee

This is about an employee in the CVS on 5600 N 23rd road McAllen Texas.
I cannot believe that he still behaves like that because I had made a complaint before and nothing changed. I think his name is Fabian, he is always very rude to clients on the phone. I say clients because this same guy has been rude my whole family on the phone and even in person. He makes no effort to pronounce our names right, he has no patience to listen to what you have to say before answering with what he thinks is your solution to what he thinks is your problem because he won't hear you out first.
I don't know if it is because he detects a different accent than his and he decides he won't be able to understand what you are saying.
How does one work in customer service as a pharmacy tech and not know customer service? At least if he didn't have the skill initially after being hired he should have gained it by now. This Fabian has been working there for years and is not trying to improve in his errors. My whole family of about 5 adults and 2 children uses this pharmacy but we are dismayed at the character of this individual and would appreciate if he could change. I work in customer service too and I know he's human but this has happened on several occasions to all 5 of us: my parents, spouse, sibling and myself. please do something about this please.

CVS restroom facility

On Friday May 26th at approximately 1:27 p. m. I entered the CVS store location at 401 West Armitage (Lincoln Park), Chicago, IL, to make a purchase, but I first, inquired about use of a restroom (I am a type II diabetic). I was curtly addressed by a female employee, identifying herself as Sylvia: no restroom available to the public (no exception).
