CVS ruined my film photo processing!

I gave them a roll of aps film to develope... the photo technician could not find the proper equipment to develop my roll. instead of calling me to tell me to pick it back up and take it somewhere else, for some reason known only to the heavens she opened up the film, unrolled it, and exposed it to light which is the number one thing anybody who remotely knows anything about aps film knows not to do. so she ruined my film/pictures for no reason... if she didn't know what to do she could have not just done anything, but instead she ruined my pictures. and I had nothing to pay for, so it's not like I could ask for a refund. they've lost my business for life.

I keep getting phonecalls for c vs. when inquire about the nature of th call they hang up.

done is mulltiple times. i'm a heart patientb don't need the stress.

Store number 3004. I never ever been turn down by a pharmacy because they have 49minute left in the shift and won’t fill a prescription. The worker stop focusing on going home and focus on customers then I think they rate would be better.That is unacceptable. 2/27/24

I am not impressed with the new TV ads in SPANISH! This is the United States of America, and we speak English! Not Spanish! How dare you make your ads Spanish when the Spanish population is so little. The majority buy far are English speaking Americans.

Change your ad, we will not shop in your stores if this continues. It is a real turn off!

They are very bad. They should close down. Moving out of there to Rite aid. The whole pharma industry knows CVS DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE. shame on you!

My physician's office E Mailed a prescription for BD Pen Needles.

It has been an exceedingly long wait and CVS cannot fulfilla Rx.

I had to go and purchase replacements at Walmarts.

Is there a physical problems in obtaining pen needles.?

Wife tried to use gift card ,but they told her that the card was empty ,.i have 2 cards that had no amount on them,they were 100;00 each.
