Customizedworld / Horrible customer service

I placed an online order with the company Customizedworld, for a personalized tee shirt. After placing an order I got an email stating how much was taken out of my account.3 weeks later still had not gotten my merchandise nor an email stating when or if my mercahndise had been sent out. (The say that and email will be sent when merchandise ships with tracking number and all) After numerous emails, phone call (unanswered), messages left, I still had not heard a word about where my merchandise was. Finally I got a hold of somebody through there online chat service(Most times it has said somebody was available and really nobody was there I waited once for a rep for 1hr)They had said my merchadise would be delivered July 2nd... Not so... Today is July 6th and I'm still waiting for my merchandise... After many emails requesting a refund havent heard anything. I will never order anything through this company again.
