The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This [protected]@itvcorporate.com is a hoax. I was dumb enough to order a book, however, ended up with a monthly charge on my credit card of $9.95. How can I have them stop, what rights to we have as a consumer if any know please share the info. ALL their phone # don't work, they answer and the recording states to make a selection and wait for assistance, the call is placed on hold w/elevator music for approx 17 min, then is lost.

I'M GOING THRU THE SAME THING. I PLACED 1 ORDER FOR STRAIGHT2SLEEP THRU ITV GLOBAL .I'VE RECEIVED A 2ND ORDER. I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT TDY AND WAS CHARGED FOR A 3RD SHIPMENT . BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. I'VE CALLED AND EMAILED THEM. I GOTTEN NO RESPONSE.ALSO, I CALLED THE CO. THAT MAKES THE PRODUCT. THEY SAID THE CO. IS OUT OF BUSINESS.

add one more sucker to the list. i've been trying to cancel my order for two months. I even took all my money out of my account but my bank paid it anyways and charged me $33.00 fine. I would love to meet these people in person.

I called and when the rep. answer he said that he could not help me in how to take the pills because he just takes orders so when I told him I was on hold for 30 min. he said he doesn't have nothing to do with that to call the other number so I did and I was on hold for 45 min. and no one answer.I dont know how they expect me to take these pills if I need to speak to some so they can explain to me a little more.

I agree whole heartedly with ALL OF YOU that this company is despicable. I ordered the Almighty Cleanse a year ago. I told them that I DID NOT WANT the replenishment package as I was very bad at cancelling them in the time alloted. They said ok. I recieved my package and I did not like the pills at all - they did nothing. I thought - oh well, chalk it up to experience. This was in 2007. In july of 2008, to my surprise, I received another shipment and my debit card was charged $118.60! I was furious. I contacted the company and spoke to a man named Alex and I told him what I thought about this company and that I had NEVER authorized these shipments and also asked that if I was on this so-called plan, why had it taken a year for me to recieve another shipment? He told me that they had tried twice before to send me the products, but there was not enough money in my account at those times. Shame on me for finally getting my act together and having money in my account. I got an RA number from Alex and he also told me that further shipments had been cancelled. Fine. I also had to ask him for the address to return the package because for some flipping reason they thought there wasn't necessary to put it in the return portion of the package. I wonder why?!? Well, I sent it back on July 22, 2008 and I have a receipt from the post office. Today is August 15, 2008 and I still have not received a refund. I went online today to check the USPS sight to track the package and they received it on July 25, 2008. For the love of god, will SOMEONE do something about this flipping company and put them out of business. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, the television station and a lawyer. I know that my $118 is gone, but I just want to make sure that they are not able to do this to anyone else.

I too have ordered the books from Kevin. I wish I had checked the web first. I did finally receive the books. I was told I would have thirty days to look over the websited NaturalCures.com. I have yet to go to the web site. I called the credit card to see if I had been charged for the web site. It had been charged 2 weeks after I ordered the books. They also told me about an insurance company I could exam free for thirty days and then cancel it if I did not want it. I found out that the insurance company charged my account also. I am trying to dispute the charges through the credit card. I hope other people will come to the web and do some exploring before ordering from this person.

I TOO HAVE BEEN RIP OFF BY MR. KEVIN TRUDEAU, CALLED WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUETS. TRYING TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION TO NEWSLETTER, WITH NO AVAIL. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. THE SAD THING ABOUT THIS YOU DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THIS UNTIL YOU ORDER BOOKS OR OTHER ITEMS. THEN GET ON THE INTERNET AND FIND THESE BLOGS ALL OF YOU SENT IN. I called and ordered the Almighty Cleanse. I recieved the order
and I tried it. The next month I recieved the same order. I just thought okay, I'll use it and have some extra on hand.
Well the next month came along with another order. Now I
am pissed. I call the customer satisfaction number and after
35 min wait a nice lady answered and I told her everything &
I mentioned that the shipping charges were too much. She said I was right and she would give me a credit back. I told her
to be sure to cancel any more orders because I now have 8 bottels. I was sure she understood my simple request to cancel.
Guess what I just recieved another order! Now I have 12 bottles on my shelf. And I have to wait until Monday to call back. I hope this does not happen to many others, it's just not right. The thing that gets me mad is the shipping charge of $18.80 ... Who in the hell do they think they are ? What a
disgrace to consumers !

In November of 2007, I purchased Real Estate book from ITV. I was charged $59.95 for the purchase. After 2-weeks the book still hadn't arrived. I attempted to call the company but the network system was confusing 'press 3 for...press8 for... then I was on hold for 40mins after someone finally answered only to be disconnected. To add insult to injury ITV has been illegally withdrawn $29.95 ever since from my checking account. I have already spoken to my bank & I was temporarily locked out of my account just so ITV couldn't access it either. It just a damn shame that I puit myself threw this HELL & never even recieved the book. If you are reading this & are in the same situation PLEASE STOP any charges/deduction from your account prior to the 60DAYS (Federal Regualtion E form) & DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ITV.

I called five times all of which someone did answer however they acted like they couldn't hear me and I know I wasn't getting a bad connection or anything because the third time my brother called on the other line and could hear me just fine so just go threw your credit card comp. and tell them the prob or if you used your debit card like me you can call and have them capture your card and send you a new one and it won't allow them to withdraw anything and yes you need to contact your attorney generals office and file a complaint I did and if you do it will get results

My husband just informed me about being charged a monthly fee of $9.95 per month on a book that he paid for in full. I am going to call our Attorney General and report this crook. I want the money credited back in my checking account NOW. I told him never to order anything on the tv again. They are a bunch of thiefing liers and only want to scam you out of your money.
If I do not any results on the phone tomorrow morning, I will contact the Attorney General and have him press charges against This Kevin Treduax CROOK. What a way to get RICH?

I ordered three bottles of item FP-FPD-3B-AF-AS called FlexProtex Advanced Formula and they set the order up as (on auto ship) on [protected] and received the order on 03/10/2008. I decided I didn't want to receive any more of this item and tried to log onto there website and only found this complaint board and not the “CustomerSupport@ItvCorporate.com” Now how do I go about not getting charged on my credit card for addition bottles that I do not want?

Contact your attorney generals office, file a complaint, they might be able to charge him with fraud, if an investigation proves that he is scaming people! Good luck.

I ordered the "how to become a real estate millioniare" and received it two days ago. Once you open it up, it tells you to watch the cd before reading anything. When I watched the CD, it tells you that there is no need to read the book, to just call the 1-800 number and speak to a real estate coach that will tell you how to use their methods. That was alredy a turn off to me, because of course you would have to pay for these coaches "wisdom" I called the customer svc number and was given an RA number, and there was no question about why I was cancelling. At first I was really gratified that they didnt keep me on the phone trying to have me keep it. But now it makes sense. When I looked at my paperwork there is NO RETURN ADDRESS ANYWHERE!

I called after hours so they were closed when I tried to get their address. But I have written an email to customersupport@itvcorporate.com. We'll see what happens.

I was very worried when I saw this complaint board as I was searching for the online customer satisfaction web site. After approx. 5 minutes waiting on the phone, someone came on, gave me the RA number, the address, and told me that all charges will be reversed on my credit card. Ofcourse, I will be checking to make sure that these charges are reversed. But, otherwise, my anticipated experience was not what I have read on the blogs. Maybe something has happened now with all of the complaints.

I TO RECENTLY ORDERED 3 BOOKS FROM ITV. WHICH ALL CAME IN THE SAME BOX WHICH TOOK 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. FOR A PRICE OF $48.90.. WHICH WHEN I ORDERED THEM, THE SALES PERSON SAID THE BOOK WERE FREE AND I WOULD BE BILLED $9.95 FOR SHIPPING.. I WAS BILLED $9.95 SHIPPING FOR EACH BOOK IN THE SAME BOX.. THAT WAS NOT TOLD TO ME OVER THE PHONE.. NOW THE RETURN POLICY IS JUST THIS A BIG SKAM. YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN SO THE FREE BOOKS HAVE COST YOU APP. $60.00.. WITH NO BOOKS. AFTER TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR (MARK) AT [protected] EXT: 3895.. HE INFORMED ME THAT IF I RETURNED THE BOOKS I WILL RECIEVE $14.95 FOR THE ONE BOOK . AFTER THEY RECIEVE THE UNWANTED BOOKS. My father had the same problem, so I called the number listed on one of the complaints above -- [protected]. They asked for an extension number, but since I didn't have one I continually entered 4-digit codes randonly until the operator answered. I asked to speak with someone to cancel the order and got a guy named "Sam," who canceled the order. Guess we'll have to wait til next month's statement to see if it really happened, but this is further than I've gotten with any other number for this cursed company. Good luck, folks!

I returned some ALMIGHTY CLEANSE with RA # & was told money would be returned to our account and now I'm told by computer (order pending). The 978 area code is Massachusetts. I returned items to Elk Grove & they received them on Feb. 2, 08 & now it's the 20th so I guess we are out $148.65 & we are seniors on fixed income with medical bills due to my recent surgery. What an expensive lesson I just learned. No more ordering from TV no matter what. I Pray that no one else gets taken like I did. I ordered these items from a Christian channel & this troubles me greatly for an unsaved person. God be with us.

I purchased the ALMIGHT CLEANSE WHICH I USED FOR SERVERAL DAY. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE TRUELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT. I WANTED TO REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE CALLED FOR TWO DAY IN A ROW. YOUR AD SAID CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS AVAILABLE FROM 8:00A UNTIL 8:00P I HAVE CALLED BOTH NUMBERS 1.800.240.3417 & 1.978.299.2299 THEY BOTH REPEATED PLEASE CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I CALLED BETWEEN 6:00P AND 7:00P BOTH DAYS.
THAN I CALLED 1.800.899.8349 CUSTOMER REORDER TO ASK WHY THEY WERE NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO CALLED BETWEEN 9:00A & 5:00P.

I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A REAL SCAM.

I sent my item back with all the required stuff, RA #, copy of receipt, and tracking number (which cost extra), I have been emailing and calling since they received my package ( I have been tracking it) and I have yet to get my refund! Why does this have to take so long or am I getting scammed too?! This product was $150.00, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

My opinion This company is a RIP-OFF!. I placed only one order. I was very, very very clear that I did not want the replenishment program. They sent them anyway. My card was charged. I called 8 to 10 times for a return authorization number. I waited 20 to 30 minutes each time. Never got an answer. I called the extention where you place an order and they answered immediately. Finally I got someone to answer the customer satisfaction line and he stated they had bad weather and a lot of people was absent. I explained to him that I was not on the replenishment program and his stated O Yes you are and he stated that I could not return this shipment but he had stopped the re-orders.

The only way to stop these crooks is to cancel your credit card and have the bank issue another one. Dispute the charges with the bank, and wait for reimbursement. I just went thru this!

I agree very strongly with these comments about ITV. I ordered the Almighty Cleanse and when it arrived 2 months later I decided that I did not want it. I tried on several occasions to reach their customer service department and what placed on hold every time after 10 minutes I would hang up because it was the [protected] number which is not a toll free number. I was unable to get an RA number to return the product so I went to the non existent website which brought me to this website with all the complaints. So I gave up on trying to return the product and accepted the fact that I was out 114.00. But the middle of December I received another package with more of the Almighty Cleanse and my credit card charged for 118.00, I called the 978 number and stated on the line until someone picked up his name was Shawn, I asked for a RA number to return this product because I hadn't ordered anymore and he informed my that he could stop any additional orders but I could not received my money back because I was on an auto ship plan. I told him I was not on an auto ship an he and I got into a heated argument on the phone. I then ask to speak to his supervisor and he told me they were all in meetings so I ask for a phone number that I could call his supervisor and he would not give me a number. I informed him that what they were doing to customers was wrong and he then hung up in my face. DO NOT order anything from ITV ever!

I ordered colon clense and told them I did not want auto fill. They sent me another order anyway. I called the company and they said I wanted auto fill and could not refund my money. They supposely listened to a recording and said I wanted it. I know for certain that I said no auto fill. I am now dispurting the amount on my credit card. They are a right off. I am going to call and tell them I want to listen to the recording myself. So far I haven't gotten a call back from them.

This entire process has been a hoax! Tried to cancel products ordered and like everyone else that has tried to cancel we were put on hold and never spoke to anyone...I beleive the number we had to call was long distance as well so I'm sure additional cost will be incurred there as well! Will be contacting the BBB to file complaint against this company!

Reently I received an Almighty Cleanse supply which said I was signed up for a monthly replensih program. An amount is to be taken form my credit card account. I did not sign up for this and when I searched ITV I came to this information. I have not7 yet been able to get this cancelled.

I GOT A RA# AND SENT IT BACK. ITS BEEN OVER TO MONTHS,AND IVE NOT HEARD ANY THING. DO WE HAVE ANY LEGAL WRITE AGAINST THIS CO. TO GET OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.SOME ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS CO.

I too have been taken in by this company. I tried to get an RA# but couldn't get through on the phone. The operator kept telling me that I had the wrong number. Now I'm waiting to find out what they are charging me Why do TV stations let someone like this advertise on their station.

I have tried contacting to cancel a ongoing product of the almighty cleanse. They say I can cancel future shipments with-in 90 days but when I go to do that no one ever gets on the phone I just hear music after every selection I make. Its frustrating and after I have read all these complaints I too believe this is a scam and plan to take whatever action I need to take so they do not get any more of my money. Thanks for all you out there letting me know at this time in the game. Lyla.

This is a very sad matter... that a so-called business is allowed to jerk people off and no-one does anything about it. This is why the country is in the state its in. People work everyday for their families and to make a better life, yet no 0ne is truly
concerned with this fraudulent act, yes fraud. These people play on peoples trust,their health issues bring them to these companies and this is what we get, screwed, screwed,screwed. Why not its the amerikkkan way, do to others before they do you, its sad.
