Custom Throwback Jerseys Rude customer service and product not received as advertised

I placed an order via PayPal with this company on Aug 28, 2022(VIDA BLUE Oakland Athletics 1969 Majestic Cooperstown Throwback Baseball Jersey $195-Transaction ID: 66H37526FW4137918). On the company site, it said expect products ordered at this time at the end of Oct. On Sept 18, 2022, I had reached out to the company to ask should I expect my Merch in Nov, because when I went onto the site in Sept, it said to expect merch purchased around that time in Nov. The customer service rep's response said purchases in Aug should arrive in October (7 to 8 weeks), "which was clearly indicated on their "Deliver Expectations" page visible at the top of every single page of their website." I made the purchase outdoors on my phone while at an MLB game and realized I must did not see the delivery expectations, but I did not have a problem with an Oct deliver date. I was simply checking on the order, especially since it cost nearly $200. Shortly after our email exchange, I received a condescending email from their company site stating that 'my' order was suddenly not expected to arrive until the New Year, which was not what the website indicated in Aug per their own customer service rep! The rep then proceeded to tell me after notifying me of the new delay in the shipping of my merchandise, I am welcomed to look for another Jersey elsewhere. If so, good luck with my search! This is not a game to me. I paid for a purchase and just want what I paid for in the timeframe in which it was advertised on this company's website. If there is a delay on 'my' order, it is interesting that this company is 'advertising' purchases made now in Oct can expect to arrive by mid Dec., but my Aug purchase is expected to arrive late Dec/early Jan (I'm guessing). I went and looked up this company with the Better Business Bureau and the complaints on the site were terrible! A lot of what some customers said was exactly what I just experienced. The BBB rating is an F for this company (if I read this correctly), and this is what has me concerned. I If the BBB can assist me, that would be great. If not, I appreciate your site for giving consumers a voice.

Custom Throwback Jerseys No communication

Ordered a throwback jersey on 2/19/20 and paid in full. Bank transaction record is here: 02/19 Card Purchase Customthrow [protected] Ny $219.95 Then Covid hit and I understand orders got delayed 9- 10 weeks. It is now 22 weeks later and I have still not received the jersey. Over the last two weeks I have called the number on the website, [protected] 5 times and left messages, emailed at least 5 times and even messaged to their Facebook site and have yet to receive a reply as to the status of my order. I am surprised by my experience, because this site has received such high ratings and I would be happy to retract this review if things are made right. However, as of 7/13, they have had my money for 5 months and are not attempting to even contact me to give me an expected ship date. CTJ: Please either send me the correct jersey and size I ordered, send me my money back or give me an idea when the jersey might be shipped to me. You have my number and email, trust me. I've left it enough. Thank you.

Custom Throwback Jerseys I bought a jersey from this store

I bought a jersey from Customthrowbackjerseys as a Christmas present for my son and received it only now in February. I was expecting to get it before Christmas, but delivery took forever! I was trying to contact someone from their customer support service but they did not reply.
I was happy when my order finally arrived but when I opened the package I saw that it was incorrect!
I tried to reach them via phone but no one picked up. Then I sent them a message via contact form on their website and received no reply yet.
I would not recommend this website to anyone, save your money and time!

Custom Throwback Jerseys Delivery takes forever

I'm extremely disappointed with Customthrowbackjerseys website and their super slow delivery. I bought a jersey from them as a Christmas present and they said I'll get it within 7-14 business days. It is now over three weeks and still no sign of my order. Customer service is absolutely unprofessional, they say that my order was shipped but they can't tell the exact delivery date. These guys have the worst shipping ever! Christmas is next week and still no jersey.

Custom Throwback Jerseys I don't recommend this company

First off its been over 3 weeks and i checked the order status and all it says is waiting fullfillment which means they havent even shipped it, which seems kind of slow but thats not the issue i have. i could use the money back, but i understand they have a no refund policy. which is fine. i tried calling the toll free number in the middle of the day on a weekday couldnt get in touch with anyone go figure. i sent a email to them asking was it to late to get a refund.ok is where i admit i should have been more patient, instead waiting back to here from them i filed a dispute on paypal who i paid for the jerseys. all i said in the dispute was id like a refund, i wasnt bashing them accusing them of being frauds.i can understand them not appreciating that and wondering why i did it . But here is where they came off ### classless unprofessional a..holes. they sent me a email back accusing me of being a scammer and running to my credit card company and if i didnt close the dispute within to 48 hours they would get a lawyer and file charges, . i mean really they couldnt just ask why i did it and be professional and give me an update about the order status and remind me no refunds. i sent them an email explaining i wasnt a scammer and i them i didnt like the way they overreacted and threaghtened me like that. i told them ill drop the dispute and just send the damn jerseys then and ill never do business with them again. i also let them know i wasnt the first person that thought they were rude and unprofessional. later that night i get another email where the guy says and i quote" being from South Carolina u obviously cant read and your a your a dumb Hillbilly dip$#*!" i admit i used the word "ya" several times in my response so what i wasnt writing a thesis to Harvard. anyways they told me a delivery date of June the 5th. ill hold my breath. i give them to june 10th, and if i dont receve the jerseys by then im gonna open a dispute demanding a refund. i should do it anyway afer being called a dip$#*! hillbilly. totally unprofessional in my opinion. anyways plenty of other jersey companies online, i dont recommend this company.

Custom Throwback Jerseys You are forewarned this company has terrible customer service

BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE…..SCAMMMERS! You are forewarned this company has terrible customer service. My son purchased an Eddie Giacomin New York Rangers 1972 CCM jersey for me as a Christmas gift. After receiving the jersey and realizing the size wasn’t right we initially inquired about an exchange. Since they never answer the phone number listed on their website or return messages left on the answering machine all communications are done by e-mail. Their delayed and cold response to the exchange inquires started making us feel uneasy about the process so we then requested to only return the jersey for a refund. After repeated request on their return process we were instructed to ship it to a Montreal address and would also be responsible to pay a Canadian customs tax of 18% plus shipping fees which we fully agreed to do.
We shipped the jersey with postal tracking and they tried to deliver it unsuccessfully 3 times to the address they provide. Each time the postal service left a notice informing them of how they could pick up the package. All the while we were emailing them to find out what the problem was with them getting the package. After receiving no response from the company we contacted Canadian postal authorities who informed us that the package was going to be sent back since it couldn’t be delivered without a signature and no one was responding to the notices left at the address.

At this point we opened a dispute case with the credit card company. The jersey eventually did come back. As we conferred with the credit card company over the next few weeks we finally received an e-mail from the company stating that we needed to ship the jersey this time to a New York address within 7 days or there would legal repercussions. With the credit card company urging we complied and shipped the jersey back. They received and signed for the jersey a few days later but never answered any more of our e-mails or issued any credit back to the account.

This whole process started in the beginning of January and it’s now the middle of April and we finally received confirmation back from the credit card company that as per their investigation of our dispute which was ruled in our favor we were being issued a full refund. We didn’t actually get a full refund since we have to minus the shipping cost of about $40 for both times.

Custom Throwback Jerseys shady business

Buyer beware of customthrowbackjerseys.com. I ordered a mitchell and ness jersey and needed to exchange it for a smaller size. When I contacted the company I was told all jerseys are stocked in Canada and to ship it back to Canada would cost me an additional 18% for duties, taxes, etc... ($46.95). No where on the website is this mentioned. The jersey was originally shipped to me from a New York address, not a Canadian one. It was definitely not worth the time, hassle, or extra incurred costs.
Adding to my previous report of customthrowbackjerseys. When I shipped the jersey back to the address given to me in Canada it was returned 3 weeks later as undeliverable. I emailed the company to advise that I have proof of the shipment dates and being returned as undeliverable and what steps I should take next. Guess what-my emails have been blocked by the... company and multiple phone calls have not been returned. Same as what happened to Doug H. above. I wish I would have read his report before I placed the order. AVOID THIS COMPANY, if you choose to do business with them do not say that you have not been warned.

Custom Throwback Jerseys Avoid with extreme prejudice

I ordered from this vendor through Amazon, but my order is not yet ready for feedback. My low rating is because the seller is, quite frankly, a jerk. You don’t have to be rude and/or condescending to communicate your message. If you say an order will ship within 6-10 days and I ask for a status – even if it is still within that 6-10 day window – don’t treat me like an imbecile who can’t read or has never ordered anything online. Just tell me it’s slated to ship out on X date. Maybe thank me for my order or my business. Your email to me was rude, your responses to customer feedback are rude. I do not recommend this seller AT ALL.

Custom Throwback Jerseys Learned an expensive lesson dealing with these guys

Learned an expensive lesson dealing with these guys. Site address is: www.customthrowbackjerseys.com. Ordered an NHL Jersey and when they confirmed the ship date - over 3 weeks out - I told them that I would be gone by the time it would get to me. They wouldn't refund the full amount and withheld $42.00 because they said they had to pay for a "name" kit. Don't know how they were able to source a name kit and pay for it in the few hours that had elapsed. Anyway, I tried to call them - no answer, no return call. I tried to email them to ask them to at least send me the name kit they were charging me for but they had blocked me from sending them email on their AOL server. Nice guys. I'm out $42 but a little wiser. Stay away from these crooks!
