This company no longer exists. Founded in May of 2014, the Owner/Manager CRAIG, took deposits from customers, used it for his lifestyle and became short on funds to complete other projects.
May 2015...BANKRUPT leaving counsel employees without pay and kept them working for free even though Craig knew the end was coming.
He put the company under his girl friends name and she is forced to claim bankruptcy ...I feel horrible she has been scammed by this loud talking bull dosing person...Craig.
He pretends to be some sort of hero that he tried saving the company etc, but you can't save a company when you use peoples money to live your lifestyle up, buy furniture, TV trips etc.
I urge people to google SAVOIR FAIRE DESIGNS and look up RENE BERTRAND. Craig is Rene's good friend and they do the exact same thing...rip people off, run away and hide, don't call to keep people in the loop, default on promises made, even completely disregard signed agreements. Deceptive people...
You have been warned, and there will be more exposure of the truth . DO NOT be fooled.

Funny I came across this complaints board six years after the fact. My name is Ted Savage and I run a small drywall company (TDC Drywall Inc.) and was ripped off by this clown in 2015. We did the drywall at 2 different jobs: 5791 Cranley Drive in West Vancouver; for that job we are owed almost $9000. At 5055 happy Valley Lane, West Van our bill was about $5000. He kept promising he will pay but before long the company was bankrupt. I did manage to get in touch with the owner of the Cranley house (a doctor) and he said his house has a trillion liens on it already but he doesn't care because he is never going to sell it.
A builder I happen to know called me up some time after to ask about Craig; it turns out he was trying to partner up with him. I saved him from being scammed by Craig.

If Craig ever settles with me, I will post the update for all to see. So far, NO PAYMENT, and I looked into my crystal ball...it tells me I'll never get my money back.

My attempts to communicate with you have been futile. When you couldn't control your temper on the phone ( for those who don't believe me, if you deal with Craig, check out his F150...his steering wheel is bent BACK. He had a road rage fit and did that to his own steering wheel in anger) you had Heidi do damage control for you.
I will make this clear, we all have lives, we all need to live, and enjoy life, Craig, you say I'm destroying peoples lives? YOU STOLE THE MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND CLOSED SHOP. You even stole a deposit from a lady in North Vancouver AFTER CPH went broke! She is amongst our collected group that will vouch on my behalf as well as many others.
Exposure is key here, hence my posts...so I now own craigsheldongannon.com . It is temporarily redirected to this site ( until I have time to add to it) to reflect the damage you have done to many many people...people who were vulnerable, people who literally need their paycheque to get special medication every day just to stay alive. Thats just one of MANY examples pertaining to the damage you have inflicted onto people when you took all the money and funded it for your lifestyle.

- Craig's spending habits on a credit card intended for use of the business only ( netflix, floathouse, mcdonalds, cinemax, I have all transactions)Embezzled funds for his lifestyle. Credit card was offered by an employee to help the business, big mistake! Employee left with debt.

Craig. serve me the legal papers, this way we can finally get it on record and in the legal system, because I have ALL THE EVIDENCE to back up my claims, and its not just me who will testify. They had Custom Precision Homes for 1 year then they racked up about 400-450K in debt, used customer deposits and draws to fund their life ( through embezzlement ) and when the heat got too much they pulled out with the last 10K or so, leaving employee's with 10 seconds notice they won't get paid from working the pervious days and totally screwed customers as well by ignoring phone calls and plain old simple RESPONSIBILITY.

Honestly, to anybody reading this, you have been warned.
They live in North Vancouver and will be having their wedding in Indian Arm
We hired them to renovate our kitchen back in March 2015 and we gave them a substantial deposit. There was one delay after another, they were slow to respond to e-mails (if they responded to them at all) and we had to phone them to get any kind of response. They eventually came and demolished our old kitchen in June and during this process discovered a problem which facilitated the redoing of our original plan. This resulted in a doubling of the original budget, they redid the contract and asked us for another deposit (which we gave them), promising that the work would begin "soon". Again we were met with numerous delays. We emailed and never got replies. Then we found this complaint board in late July...
They did not respond to our desperate e-mails, the phone numbers that we had for them (with the exception of Craig's cell number) were non-functioning or went straight to voicemail. It took a threat of police action to get a response. We were told that the comments on this board were "untrue" and Craig kept promising that they were going to do our kitchen. More delays. Finally, after giving them a two week period to get us any receipts, purchase orders and any other documentation that they may have had for our project and their failure to provide us with any such information, I had to phone Craig again and demand that this information be sent to us. He told me that he had sent me an e-mail "yesterday" (which was nowhere in my inbox or junk box). I told him that I had not received any e-mails from him or Heidi for weeks and looked in my inboxes while he was on the phone. No e-mail! He said he would re-send it. "again", which he did. This e-mail indeed confirmed that they were now insolvent and could not pay for our kitchen items - even though we had given them a very large deposit! I guess they were using the money for our project to try and pay off other creditors. So long story short - my sister and I are out a very large amount of money and still have no kitchen. We fired them and hired somebody more reputable. And by the way Craig and or Heidi, we want the money that was not used for the demolition or the drawings back, so what is the name of your bankruptcy trustee because we want on the list of your creditors! Still waiting for the paperwork you promised to send us over a month ago.
I am looking for a balance payment for a job completed in April 2015 in Richmond BC. Heidi, I suggest you contact me and pay this balance of $2048.26 as your company Custom Precision Homes is under contract to do so. If you are sincere in settling debt with businesses then let's settle it. If there is no reply I will relay all the details to the general public.

Heidi, before you start jumping to conclusions on assuming it was me that made those comments, lets be clear here. You are ASSUMING. Contact complaints board, get an IP address to those comments, and track down the RIGHT person who made those comments.
I'll tell you what, if you can give me Custom Precision Homes actual company address, I will personally come by to discuss in person. I'm looking for the business address, not you and Craigs Deep cove home rental address.
I have the text of you asking me to send the corresponding documents that state how much you owe me, I did, you said thanks, and once again I did not hear anything from you guys for a payment plan.
Also, you have my phone number, I mentioned to you directly that I prefer text messaging or email as they are tracked and can be used in court as evidence of our communication, I suggest you pursue this method of communication instead of playing a victim roll online and pointing fingers. Yes you all owe me $9000, yes I know you say you will pay back, but you owe countless other trades and business' money that there is no way to pay anybody back, and I'm being realistic. You guys fronted an appearance about your relationship with Rene, and played all of us at the office by spilling information to him...after you knew Rene ripped off 3+ of us employees out of thousands of dollars as well. Heidi, when you finally see the truth, realize and see the pattern of hardship, credit going to hell, etc etc etc in your life, there is just one common denominator...and you know exactly who I'm talking about. Right now you are cleaning up his mess, fighting his cause, dealing with his problems, and you keep paying the price. All that stress you have on you will go away when you get out of that trap. I have no issues with you Heidi, at all, despite your felling towards me, I understand you are defending your partner or friend, but one day you will wake up and see crystal clear...the common denominator and all that time you lost of your precious 20's dealing with a 40 year old man's problems. Your a good woman Heidi, even with the wool over your eyes, you still see what you believe in.
Have a wonderful life, when you decide you really want one, there is still time to make the change.

To respond to your comment about the lack of work presence Chris, you and I hauled wood and punched nails and painted on multiple sites. Without your acknowledgement, I've stayed up all day and night to finish contracts and drawings so that we can get work to provide jobs for people like yourself and I. If you have any decency in you, reflect on what you have said and please work with me here-Act like an adult and have a face to face meeting with me instead of hiding behind your computer and prank on others all night long.

I must add that I know the staff were NOT paid and NOT layed off and downsized. Lies ms. Soo. All staff cheques have bounced. They were forced on a days notice to find new work.
As a former client of custom precision homes I have to agree with complaint. Craig and Heidi are con artists. I have subtrades knocking on our door looking for payment. Craig never did any work nor Heidi. No wonder things go bad. To make things worse I get a call from the government claiming stake to any holdbacks for child support payments. Can only imagine how deep this man is with things.
