First off, I had been very satisfied with this company for a few years until I recently returned a system for repair. It was shipped back to me missing the CPU and memory. (Celeron 433 and 128 MB DIMM) After many calls and attempts to get this situation remedied, I have finally given up dealing with this company. Even after filing a complaint with the shipping company (FedEx - who promptly paid the claim to CCS), I have yet to see any results or remuneration for the "lost" items. It has been about three months, now, and I have finally realized that I am running in circles when talking to any of the managers there. Please use caution when shipping anything back to CCS - take pictures, notes, use witnesses, anything! because it is so very easy for this type of company to screw over the average internet customer with this technique. It is basically their word against yours and even the shipping company gets screwed over, too.
