an AMD representative. After he ordered it, he informed us of his problems. I called AMD back they said nope, you cant use it. I was going on what I was told by the manufacturer of the Athlon, I also told this gentleman sorry and what had happened. He acted as though I was telling him a lie to cover my company when in fact it was complete and total truth. He did however recieve his money back with a full refund. I appoligized and gave a complete refund, so why would he advise to aviod us? Where did we wrong him, I know we delayed his putting the system together because of a mistatement from an AMD representative. We offered to give him a gift certificate for use with us in the future to make it up to him. Again we tried every solution possible, someone please email me with what else would have been a good way to help him out?
