I am the head of customer service of cure self. Today we received a message (please see below, at the bottom) from some company (www.positionalert.com) informing us about this post and negative feedback. They also offered us an opportunity to repair our reputation and hide this feedback from search engine for a fee, so people do not see.
While thankful for highlighting the issue, we think it is unethical to offer this kind of service and ofcourse for any company to use it.
We would like to answer the complaint officially and everyone can judge if it was valid and how it can be resolved. Mistakes do happen, and people are allowed to express their opinion. Unfortunately it is hard to tell what exactly happened here as there are no details about the person who posted the comment.
Still we would like to commet on the statement made in the post:
1. "Please be aware that the vitamin and supplement website called www.cureself.com has stopped delivery. Do not place online orders for their products on cureself."
NOT TRUE, we are operating as usual and do our best to deliver products as soon as possible. As we express clearly on our site, delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and other factors. Most orders are shipped using the standard or Xpress services of regular mail (USPS and CanadaPost). Due to variable postal service to some locations, and possible customs delays at border crossings, we make no guarantees with regards to shipping times.
What we can guarantee is that we ship your products, our packages are insured and even if occasionally damaged or lo st, our customers get either products or full refund for the order.
Sometimes an order can be delayed because the product is out of stock and we are expecting new stock from supplier.
2. "You will not receive the products and you will lose your money."
In the modern world of online shopping you are protected by the credit card regulations.
The consumer has the right to dispute any charge via the credit card company or PayPal.
So if you did not receive an order from an online store, or the service you were provided is not acceptable, you can just make a call and the money are returned to you - it is that simple.
After that it is responsibility of a merchant to provide the evidence that the service or product was delivered. We always keep a tracking number for packages and we can tell where it is and if it was delivered.
Once again, YOU CANNOT LOOSE MONEY when you shop online. If something went wrong - just call your credit card and dispute a charge.
3. "They do not have a customer service phone number on their website and they do not reply to emails."
Yes, we do not have a customer service phone number on our site. We do not service our customers over the phone.
If you want to track your orders, keep old records, please register on the site and login before placing an order.
You will have information.

... we try to answer email within 1-2 days... sometimes it may take longer.
Again, every consumer buying product or services online is PROTECTED. You can not loose money. If someone took your money and did not deliver the product or service,
please call you credit card company.
