wrong size! very disappointed customer.
I ordered something from this store and when my order arrived I was very happy. Quality was great, as I expected. But unfortunately they sent me wrong size and it didn't fit. That's where the all hassle begin.
I contacted CupShe and asked for a replacement for a bigger size and was told that they had only one size in stock. I wanted to return it but was told that in that case I have to pay for the return shipping which was quite expensive. In the end I decided to keep the item and give is as a gift to a friend.
I'm disappointed, because I really like the style and quality, but wasn't able to wear it. I will not buy again.
swimsuits
I ordered 3 swimsuits from cupshe.com. I got shipping confirmation from all three. I was charged for all three on my debit card account. Only one showed up at my house. The customer service numbers do not work! I called the first one and it was not a real number. I called the second one and it kept me in hold with ads for thirty minutes and then told me to dial a different number. That number was also ads. The third one on the webpage was also non working. What kind of scam is this? Please respond. This is infuriating! I will leave as many scathing reviews as I possibly can if this isn't resolved!
poor customer service and slow refund process for failure to deliver goods
Buyers Beware... Like many other online shoppers, I am having trouble with CupShe. I ordered to items online on Sept 20, 2016. Order was confirmed and an order number provided. Vendor took payment. When I failed to hear anything back from this online retailer, I followed up with the specifics of my order and have thus far, only received boiler plate replies. So frustrated with the lack of customer service, I commented the online request for a refund. Nothing has happened and subsequently communication from retailer is vague and useless. This is the worst online vendor I have ever dealt with and it is starting to feel like international mail fraud. Buyers should stay far, far away.
I ordered clothes and got them in a timely manner but when I tried to return a swimsuit (with absolutely NO elasticity) they told me they would only refund 50%. My returns are undamaged, unworn, and unwashed.
I can't believe this. I wish complaints like these were seen before shopping with them.

I too ordered 4 items on October 1st and still have not received anything. They have my money but no service. I will never deal with Cupshe again.

incorrect order
I have placed a big order with CupShe and they messed everything up! When I received my order it was totally incorrect. There were supposed to be 8 things there, but I found only 7. Two items where the ones I've ordered but quality was very poor, and another five were the ones I did not order!
I contacted CupShe customer service and asked for a refund, but they said that it was against their policy and they were not able to refund my money. They offered a discount on my next order as an excuse. Very funny!
These guys are crazy if they are thinking that I will order anything from them again! What a joke!

I would like to know if my order is lost, I placed an order for 3 dresses to get send to New Jersey and when I go to track my package it's all the way in California (9405510895343314274766) that's my tracking number. I ordered a baithing suit almost a month ago and it hasn't game it said the average delivery is around 11-14 days I still haven't gotten it and i don't know how to get ahold of someone?! It also says the package would be shipped in about 70 hours or so and every time I go back to it it still says that so I don't know if it was even shipped or not.

Cupshe advertises that they sell swimsuits online with "easy to return"
They have NO phone number! You can only email to request a return and they do not respond. There is no way to get a hold of them at all. When the items arrived for some reason I had to pick them up at the post office with a signature and the items had come from Japan.
Had to have Better Business Bureau get involved. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. People are not getting refunds and deliveries. I am currently waiting on their response to BBB of NJ. So far nothing yet.

Ordered suits, didn't fit, sent an email as instructed and haven't heard anything back. Swimming suits are bad, deform. They wont get back to me for a return. Do not buy from them.
Can not get a confirmation number to return a swimsuit that did not fit at all ! I have tried to reach out 6 times and no response ! Customer service has no phone number ! Not a happy camper
