I spent $257.00 for 13 XL suits - I checked the measurements and fit into their large but ordered XL to be safe and they still don't fit way too small in bust. Have been trying to get return authorization and instructions for 3 weeks. They will not respond at there customer service email so I started blasting my request on their social channels and they've blocked me. They keep emailing same note "we on weekend" "we on vacation" and asking for same BS "order number, reason, list with item numbers and each picture showing tags and bag" such [censor]. Be prepared to be disappointed, confused then angry then mortified and then robbed.

Don't shop from them! Buyers beware!

They respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviews... On february 7, 2018, I placed an order for a small sized cupshe paint my dream halter one-piece swimsuit in grey and february 21, 2018, I received the package but the size is a medium.
I really need the small asap for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the 2 weeks to receive the wrong size.

Fix it, or paypal and the bbb will fix it for you; I don't care. I will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess up. I clearly ordered a small and you sent a medium, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement or to get a response. I have screenshots of everything.

Here's what happened!

They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $11 back or give me a $24 store credit.
Turned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business. (if they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund)

Then they said they can either give me a $30 store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $18 or I can return it and pay for shipping.
I told them i'm not paying for something that I didn't mess up. And I don't want to shop with them. And I workout 5 days a week so i'm not going to fit into a medium.

Then they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on fb and sitejabber and I can get a full refund!
I told him I won't delete my reviews, but i'll update to say they solved my issue.
This wasn't enough, I had to go through pp to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to china, luckily, pp helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long i've been with pp and never had issues.

Please stay away from cupshe! It isn't worth the stress!

Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an m for medium, they still said it was a small because the packing had an s on it. Yeah, they will do anything to keep the money.

They can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can not get a refund or exchange or even complain about the item. I have emails of proof!

I have sent at least 5 emails (because that is their instructions!) and still haven't received a response! I will never order from this joke of a company again. Do not order from them - you will get screwed

They say you have 30 days to return - oh well, I guess if they put you off for 30 days, then you can't return! The products are cheap. Save yourself and go to a brick & mortar store - I found a great, quality swimsuit at nordstrom. Wish I hadn't messed with this place.

Continue to contact the company for an address to return on the suits I purchased and getting an answer has been nothing short of a challenging.

It is not worth the hassle, they need to know what item is begin returned. Probably so they can have it shipped to china and charge the consumer more then the suit is worth.

Buyer beware- return policy is not user friendly even thought he quality is not bad and cute style. If you are not familiar with their sizing or fit refrain from purchasing.

None of the product fit was way big or just fit like a garbage bag, when I tried to return got no help had to file claim with Papal return shipping was half my order cause the return address is in China. Pay the extra money and get something local or from a reputable company I think any positive feedback on this site is from them. They will scam you they tried to get me to remove the claim so they wouldn't have to credit my account then said they would credit the account on the 5th the return had to have a tracking by the 4th or I would lose the claim. They are slammers do not buy from them.

Think twice before ordering, because it has to be s strict decision whether you need this item or not. For that reason never buy clothes, it will surely be smaller or bigger and they will give you a hard time with a refund.
You will never return your money in dollars, all they can offer is a credit at their store. And that's all they can provide. All your questions and requests will be ignored.
So order small things, that cost nothing. Be careful with Chinese websites in general.

Do yourself a favor and never order from them. Their return policies are tricky and the way they behave not to refund is terrible. That's what happened with me. I wanted to return an item but got tons of letters from them stating that they can give me a credit only. Why is there no information about it? Why do you mislead people? It's a huuuuuuugeeee SCAM!

So bad - waited months for my items. One arrived, 2 were MIA without explanation and no-one could tell me where they were. Ultimately began trying to get my money back...it took another 2 months with lots of nonsensical back and forth. Refund eventually came but they kept the shipping charges of $22 on a single item that was shipped on the slowest, cheapest shipping from China.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you like giving your money away.

Oh, and the item that did arrive was not as described/designed and is not wearable.

(Notice too that the genuine reviews are the ones that Cupshe responds to...not to mention that Chinese names are written with surname first and given name second - you'll see that in the reviews too!)

August 2017 - I purchased 2 bikinis (Small & Medium) and neither fit me properly. I asked for a return and this is the email I received from them:
"Thanks for making this purchase at Cupshe, we are so sorry that this product failed to satisfy you. We offer two solutions that could be of help here:
1. We can offer up to 40% partial refund of your return items value with no need of returning the items.
2. We can offer you a store credit 70% of your return items value to make another purchase, samely, no need to return the items."

Nowhere in their return policy did they mention only partial return fees.

Do not believe any good reviews you see about CupShe, all these reviews are fake and in really CupShe is just a huge scam. I have ordered a bathing suit and later my order got cancelled. When I contacted CupShe they didn't explain anything and only said that I will be contacted later regarding my refund, what of course didn't happen.
I contacted them many times and they were rude and impolite! I never received my money back but even now they keep telling me that there is nothing to worry about. What a scam!

I have even battling customer service for a couple days now. I purchased a swimsuit that is entirely too big for my petite figure and now want to return the unworn and unwashed product. Let's not forget that it took two weeks for the suit to arrive. I emailed customer service to get a return label but they continue to tell me that I can keep the item and get 50% of my money back or receive 120% of in-store credit. I should be able to return the item for a FULL refund because it is MY money. In-store credit does me no good because their suits are way too big for me. Not to mention that you are unable to return or exchange items purchased with in-store credit. This company is a disgrace and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

My daughter ordered 2 swimsuits from this company. One fits so so, and she wants to keep it. The other is way too big, and we are trying (in vain) to get a shipping label for return. They keep offering store credit, which we do not want (especially after reading about what a sleazy company they are). Has ANYONE been able to get a refund from this guys?

I have already emailed Cupshe customer service for a refund because the swimsuit I purchased did not fit right. They emailed with asking for the order number, picture of item and why the refund. I submitted everything that was asked. And now received another email basically asking for the same thing. This time, the item number, how it doesn't fit right. And now I need to be on the look out for another email.

I seriously have never had to jump through so many hoops to get a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered a swimsuit which does not fit. I cannot wear the swimsuit. does not look at all like how it fits on the website I have emailed 4 times and have not had a return label emailed. I have submitted pictures of the barcode. Order number a picture of the swimsuit. Reason as to why it does not fit. I need a return label. Right now the service is terrible wouls not purchase anything else ever. What a shame I have another order on the way, if I have to return it anything it is like pulling teeth.

I ordered a bathing suit back on 4/23/17. As of 4/25/17 I received and email with a tracking number. The package is still sitting in CA and has never shipped. I received one email back from customer service to wait 7 more days and to follow up again. The email was poorly written and horrible english. At this point, I will never order from this company again and I want a refund. I think this company is a big scam.

On March 19th I placed an order of 129.75. As three items arrived, My daughters
were disappointed with product sizing as I was considering the products seem to
be very well made. I proceeded to write to your customer service regarding
returning the items and canceling the rest of the order as it hasn't been
shipped yet. Your website CLEARLY states "Orders are able to be canceled and
refunded
before shipping"

The only issue is sizing. I asked to cancel the shipping I mentioned above as it
is obvious to me your sizing DOES NOT fit my daughters!

I placed an order for a swimsuit and have yet to receive my order. I've sent several emails and tried calling a phone number I came across on the Better Business Bureau website. No one will respond to my emails and the phone number ended up being bogus... CupShe has taken their money from my account but I have not received my order. It's going on 13 days and I have not heard anything from this company. I will be disputing the charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Besides an automated response from CupShe Customer Service, I have had NO response from an actual rep to tell me how to return my swimsuit and get a refund. I have been emailing every day. I am trying to be nice, but the customer service for this company is terrible.

I was looking for a one piece swimsuit. The Medium, which I ordered, was very small. I couldn't even get it all the way up. I know if I ordered the large, it would be too big. I am too long for the one piece swimsuit. I would not want to look for another one through CupShe. The clothing from this company just does not fit my body type. So, I don't want partial credit or a partial refund. I want a complete refund. This is ridiculous. It shouldn't take this long to get someone to talk to me about my order.

I ordered a few swimsuits from the site. My totally was about $100.00. I made sure to read their return policy before purchasing. As long as items were not clearance they were allowed to be returned.
My merchandise arrived and everything was ill fitting and very thin. I emailed them and got an automated response to provide more details of items.
It's been two weeks now or me constantly emailing them, messaging them on Facebook, and commenting on their Facebook posts. They will not respond.

We ordered 13 swimsuits totaling almost $300 and have only received 6 of them. None of the swimsuits were true to size and we have emailed and called numerous times and cannot get in touch with anyone. The phone numbers listed do not work and the email sends me back an automated response everytime. The package we did receive had no packing slip or any type of paperwork to return the items. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Just want our money returned.
