We don't know much about how CupShe handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with CupShe and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

CupShe Terrible Policies and Customer Service: My Experience with Cupshe

I recently made my first purchase from Cupshe and paid extra for shipping to receive my swimsuit in just six days. When it arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the product. However, when I tried it on, I quickly realized that the sizing was way off. The cups in the swimsuit were much too large for me.

I immediately contacted Cupshe to request a return shipping label or in-store credit so that I could purchase a swimsuit that actually fit me. While waiting for their response, I started browsing their website for a replacement. Unfortunately, when I finally received a response from Cupshe, I was extremely disappointed.

Their response was a joke. They told me that they would not allow me to return or exchange the swimsuit because it was on sale and that was against their policy. I couldn't believe it! This is a terrible way to run a business, and I will never order from them again. I'm also warning all of my friends to avoid Cupshe.

Now I'm stuck with a swimsuit that I will never wear, and I'm out $30. It's incredibly frustrating. If you order from Cupshe and the sizing is off, you're out of luck. They won't refund or exchange sale items. It's a terrible policy, and I'm extremely upset about it.

Their response to my request for help was also disappointing. They apologized for the late response and said that they were sorry that the product didn't meet my satisfaction. However, they didn't offer any real help or solutions. They just repeated their policy about not allowing returns or exchanges for sale items.

Overall, I would not recommend Cupshe to anyone. Their policies are terrible, and their customer service is lacking. If you want to avoid frustration and disappointment, shop elsewhere.

CupShe Cupshe Review: Misleading Return Policy and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased four swimsuits from Cupshe, all in the correct size according to their website. Unfortunately, none of the suits fit well enough for me to wear in the water, and they seemed to be made of cheap materials. I reached out to the company the same day I received the suits, stating that I would like to return them and following their return guideline policy. However, I was disappointed to receive a reply offering only a 50% refund without having to send the suits back, or an 80% credit, neither of which I found acceptable since I couldn't wear any of the suits.

I find it completely unacceptable that the product cannot be returned for a full refund, especially since the website clearly states that items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unwashed and undamaged. The website also states that refunds will be reimbursed back to the original account, either credit card or PayPal. However, my experience with Cupshe has been far from satisfactory, and I would advise others to stay away from this company.

It's frustrating that the company's return policy is not truthful, and had I known this beforehand, I would never have made a purchase from them. I believe that customers should be able to return items that don't meet their expectations, and it's disappointing that Cupshe doesn't seem to value their customers in this way. Additionally, the fact that sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged is also concerning, as it limits the options for customers who may be interested in purchasing these items.

CupShe Beware of Cupshe: Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical about Cupshe at first. I mean, the prices were so low, I thought there was no way the quality could be any good. But boy, was I surprised! The suit I got was actually pretty decent quality, especially for the price. The only downside was that it took over two weeks to arrive, which was a bit crazy if you ask me.

But then, disaster struck. The suit didn't fit me quite right, so I tried to initiate an exchange. I was hoping to just swap it out for the same suit in a larger size, but instead I was told that I couldn't return or exchange it at all. I get that it's their policy, but I was really hoping they would make an exception for a first-time customer like me who was willing to buy more suits in the future.

I tried to contact them to see if they could reconsider, but it took three whole days for them to respond. And when they finally did, they offered me a partial refund or a partial credit for a new suit. I was so frustrated by this point that I just went for the refund. But then, they told me that since it was a sale item, I couldn't get a refund or credit after all. What the heck?!

I tried to get some clarification from them, but it was like talking to a brick wall. I got emails from two different people with completely mixed messages that hardly made any sense. And they all started with "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience," which made me wonder if they were even real people or just automated responses. They were absolutely terrible and ended up denying me any option after saying they would consider it. They even said "Our mistake," but didn't do anything to fix it!

I asked if I could talk to a manager to try to get some answers, but it's been five days and I still haven't heard anything back. It would be nice to at least get a response, you know? I mean, we're only talking about $10 here, but they could have had a customer who would have spent a lot more with them in the future. It's just really disappointing.

So, all in all, I would say BEWARE of Cupshe. They are absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

CupShe Cupshe Swimsuits: Great Value, Poor Customer Service

The swimsuits on Cupshe are definitely worth the price. They are inexpensive, yet stylish and comfortable. We didn't have any issues with sizing, which is always a plus when shopping online. However, the customer service is not up to par. I had a bit of a confusing experience with my order. I placed an order and then realized I needed to add some items. I contacted customer service within the hour to see if I could amend my order. They told me that my order had already been shipped and that I couldn't make any changes. They did offer me a credit, which was a bit strange. I asked for confirmation and was told that my order had been cancelled, but also that it had been shipped and that I didn't need to return anything. It was all a bit confusing.

I ended up placing a second order and using some of the credit they gave me. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which I wouldn't have had to do if they had combined the two orders. I received the second order and my daughter was happy with her swimsuits. However, we realized that the first order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I had cancelled the order and received a credit. This wasn't exactly true, but it was close. I suggested some solutions, but they could only offer to refund the difference in credit. I received the money on my Paypal account within 24 hours, which was good. However, I didn't want to place the original order a second time and pay for expedited shipping again because of their poor communication.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cupshe because of their poor customer service. Their English is not very good, which makes it difficult to communicate with them. They did offer me a $10 "cash coupon" after I wrote this review, but it turned out to be a credit for future purchases. While I appreciated the effort, I still won't do business with them again. We're now scrambling to find swimsuits for our summer vacation.

CupShe Macys

Macy's / CUPSHE

I placed an order on Macy's website using my Macy's credit card, I purchased six items to wear a bathing suit cover ups. They separated, the two bathing suit cover ups into a separate order, and said they were from Corp Shay. Everything else arrived at my home. The two cover ups said they were delivered. They weren’t. I called Macy’s. Macy’s said they were not liable to re-ship the items because they were a marketplace order, I stated no I ordered them from your website with my Macy’s card. The customer service person at Macy’s said no, we don’t endorse these products. They are from cups she inquired as to how they can do that I use my Macy's card on a Macy's website, they said you have to reach out to cub. She, which I have been trying to do for five days. I sent an email no response I tried to call numbers do not work to try to get my money back because Macy’s will not reimburse me on my credit card they will not give me bathing suit cover ups, which apparently they do selling their store.

Desired outcome: She should have to reimburse me. The cost of the two cover ups in Macy’s should be responsible to identify which items they do not doors so the consumer should have a choice as to purchase them or not.

CupShe No delivery. No customer service.

Items ordered on the 22nd of March 2022.

Tracker has not been updated since the 25th of March 2022. It is now the 6th of April.

5 emails of enquiry sent. No response.

2 conversations using the online chat service, one in which I was told that the case had been escalated and a manager would contact me. No response.

I legal document sent demanding a refund and compensation. No response.

The only response I have received is in reply to the bad reviews I have left on Trust Pilot and Sitejabber. Automated apology, but no positive outcome.

Desired outcome: Full refund and compensation.

CupShe False advertising and missing items

This company has no customer service. No phone number, no reply to emails. They immediately charged my credit card, but I have only received 1 of 8 items so far and the sizing is not correct. I want to cancel the rest of my order or at least change the sizes but I cannot reach anyone. I'm now seeing all these negative reviews and wishing i'd seen them sooner. I can see i'm most likely going to have to do a chargeback on my credit card. I will also let everyone on social media know this company is a scam.

CupShe Bathing suit order

Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam.

CupShe summer dream blue wrap swimsuit

This is my 5th and final letter then I will be reporting this company . I ordered this item on July 22, I paid an extra 12.00 to have it shipped in 4 days for a birthday gift. It is now August 2, and I have not received it nor have I gotten responses from my emails. But my account was charged the day I ordered it!

CupShe bathing suit

Ordered items 3/27/19 and never received my items. I have emailed them several times and they do not respond to any emails. I have had to google their phone number and I cannot reach anyone.

I would like to speak with someone regarding my order. I even paid for expedited shipping and it has been over 2 weeks. I will never order from this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible service and NO customer service whatsoever!

CupShe items not received

Made a purchase and items never received. I have contacted Cupshe now for several weeks. First was told they would allow me to reorder with a coupon. Coupon was never sent I am still asking and no they say sorry unable to honor the coupon. They now have taken my money and I have not received any of my items. I email daily and still no reply. I have attempted to contact customer service no number is available. I have now been waiting over a week as I have asked for a manager to contact me and still no call or email to resolve. Don't bother purchasing from them this is clearly a scam to get people to make online purchase and they don't ship you a dam thing.

CupShe one piece swimsuits

Note: I will be filing an official complaint with the better business bureau on this matter. I am the latest victim to be scammed by this company. I ordered my suits over two weeks ago and still have received no tracking information. I have sent multiple emails to the company only to be told my swimsuits are "on their way" and that shipping information would be provided when the suit arrived "local." never have I had to wait this long for package! Let alone waiting for tracking information. I was told at time of purchase that shipping time would be 7 days. This is rediculous. I have yet to hear back from my latest email, but one major fault of this company: no phone number. Buyers beware!

CupShe bathing suits

I placed an order with several bathing suits, they did not fit even though I went by sizing on their site. I inquired about exchanging. They asked me to keep them for coupons or get partial refund. I insisted to send them back. I placed a second order with larger sizes, I kept two suits and returned all the suits together. I confirmed with customer service that I would receive a refund, "Bonny" said I would. I enclosed the unworn suits with print outs of my order. I received tracking info that my package was returned. However, "Bonny" said when I sent her the tracking info that they were going to donate the suits and not open the package so I had to send sku info. I had already sent her copies of my order emails. I tried calling the company and listened to 10 minutes of prerecorded scam offers and was never directed to customer service. I have a feeling I'll never see my money back. I have heard horror stories since all this began that this company is a huge scam. I wish I had known. I am going to be out hundreds of dollars! This company needs shut down.

CupShe missing product/no reply from customer service

Beware! Do not order from them!

Ordered a large order from them. Received package with suit missing. None of the suits fit. Emailed customer service to return and get refund for missing suit. They said they can refund me or I can select one of the two options:

Btw, before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options:

"With no need to return the items back

- Cupshe Coupon: Your coupon will be full amount of the returned items.

- Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the remianing amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 24 hours. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.

Let us know which option is best for you and we'll take care of the rest."

I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me since. I started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place.

CupShe bathing suits

ordered suits, didn't fit, sent an email as instructed and haven't heard anything back. I hadn't known it there customer service was an issue until stumbling upon this page. It's a shame I can't even find a number to contact them. I'm very disappointed in a company that would handle or not handle their customer sin this manner! I'd like a refund or an acknowledgment at best.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from this place on 2/26/18 and 3/1/18 neither one fit so I sent an email with order number and pictures of both suits as requested. I have not heard back from them. I understand I would get a credit but I haven't even got that. They won't send me an address on where to send these suits to. They are making it more difficult than what it is. I will never buy from this company again. I should have read the reviews before I purchased the bathing suits. Very disappointing!

CupShe scammed over and over

I spent $257.00 for 13 XL suits - I checked the measurements and fit into their large but ordered XL to be safe and they still don't fit way too small in bust. Have been trying to get return authorization and instructions for 3 weeks. They will not respond at there customer service email so I started blasting my request on their social channels and they've blocked me. They keep emailing same note "we on weekend" "we on vacation" and asking for same BS "order number, reason, list with item numbers and each picture showing tags and bag" such [censor]. Be prepared to be disappointed, confused then angry then mortified and then robbed.

CupShe horrible customer service even when they're proven wrong!

Don't shop from them! Buyers beware!

They respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviews... On february 7, 2018, I placed an order for a small sized cupshe paint my dream halter one-piece swimsuit in grey and february 21, 2018, I received the package but the size is a medium.
I really need the small asap for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the 2 weeks to receive the wrong size.

Fix it, or paypal and the bbb will fix it for you; I don't care. I will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess up. I clearly ordered a small and you sent a medium, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement or to get a response. I have screenshots of everything.
(^this is what I was telling the company.)

Here's what happened!

They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $11 back or give me a $24 store credit.
Turned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business. (if they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund)

Then they said they can either give me a $30 store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $18 or I can return it and pay for shipping.
I told them i'm not paying for something that I didn't mess up. And I don't want to shop with them. And I workout 5 days a week so i'm not going to fit into a medium.

Then they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on fb and sitejabber and I can get a full refund!
I told him I won't delete my reviews, but i'll update to say they solved my issue.
This wasn't enough, I had to go through pp to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to china, luckily, pp helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long i've been with pp and never had issues.

Please stay away from cupshe! It isn't worth the stress!

Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an m for medium, they still said it was a small because the packing had an s on it. Yeah, they will do anything to keep the money.

They can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can not get a refund or exchange or even complain about the item. I have emails of proof!

Buyers beware!

CupShe horrible, horrible horrible customer service... oh wait... no customer service!!

I have sent at least 5 emails (because that is their instructions!) and still haven't received a response! I will never order from this joke of a company again. Do not order from them - you will get screwed

They say you have 30 days to return - oh well, I guess if they put you off for 30 days, then you can't return! The products are cheap. Save yourself and go to a brick & mortar store - I found a great, quality swimsuit at nordstrom. Wish I hadn't messed with this place.

CupShe swimsuit

Continue to contact the company for an address to return on the suits I purchased and getting an answer has been nothing short of a challenging.

It is not worth the hassle, they need to know what item is begin returned. Probably so they can have it shipped to china and charge the consumer more then the suit is worth.

Buyer beware- return policy is not user friendly even thought he quality is not bad and cute style. If you are not familiar with their sizing or fit refrain from purchasing.

Hello, I agree with @Shaun R. 10 days back I ordered costumes and bikinis and luckily I got $20 off via @ClothingRIC.com :) When I received my order and 2 costumes didn't fit properly. I complaint to their give email address and their respond was really great!

In order to return merchandise, you need to e-mail them at their customer service address. Tell them the order number and items you wish to return. In addition, supply them with the reason for return. They should handle the rest.
