Girls refuse to do a video chat - so many of them are fake
I get a lot of irrelevant messages and replies - I'm pretty sure that they neve read my profile. I switched from this suspicious site to J4Date.club
- there are no signs of scam there. The messages I get from their women are not boilerplate, they are thoughtful and profound. Also, I see lots of girls on video. I don't know what Chinalovcupid's problem is, but the odds are stacked against you there, it's very difficult to find a real woman there.
unauthorized debit card subscription
I was woken up by repeatedSms alert at 1am my time f or a purported subscription debit alert.
I wish to state categorically that I didn't subscribe to the dating site as I am happily married.
Kindly cancel the subscription immediately

I was alarmed by the fraud and reported only for you to jump to conclusions by giving such derogatory response.
I am a victim of card theft and you are not sensitive enough to sympathize with me but rub more salt to the injury.

They made an unauthorized transfer of funds even after account was switched to no autorenewal on [protected]@yahoo.com. Numerous attempts to contact them resulted in nothing. Contacted their parent company, no results. Now, I find the account was suspended without notice or refund. If this does not resolve the issue, we will turn to the ACCC.

This is a scam. They accepted my payment and then tried to obtain my credit card and bank details from me - refused to activate my account with them until I provided it.
This site is run from an Australian address so I have informed the Australian police about their attempts to scam me.

These jerks started to take fake sums from me
I posted my profile on the website www.chinalovecupid.com couple of months ago. I was premium user, so they charge me for small sum. 2 months ago I noticed that they started to take completely different sum from me. I sent couple of emails to these ###, but they ignored me and continued to take money. WTF? I have no idea how to stop them, so please maybe someone can help me.

fake charges and impossible to get money back
Stay away from the website www.chinalovecupid.com. I registered on this website, because it was mentioned that it was completely for free. After 4 days I noticed 3 unauthorized charges and tried to return money, but no one replied to my emails. They continued to charge me and I cancelled my card. Now I want my money back, but I have no idea how to get them...

This company some how got ahold of my Paypal Information and charged my account $99.99 for services that I did not authorize . Even paypal questioned it but still let the payment go thru. I had to go to my bank and stop payment and they charged me for that and this company is charging people fraudulant amounts of money for stuff you don't even authorise them to take out of your account.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
