Hi, my fiend in North Carolina ( Nuvia Guevara) has informed me that she has already sent you all the required files including a signed letter from her although she's used her credit card herself to pay for me as i live in NYC and i dont have a credit card or Paypal . It has been 48 hrs now and haven't received anything from you guys, i'd like to know whats the issue, Thanx !

Muslima.com worst help support team and issue with my profile

My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com and I am having many issues with my profile, first of all my pic disappears itself everytime I upload and all of sudden it gets suspended without notification and when I call, help support is not friendly and they blame I or either someone from my home login to my account n changes the information. they are not ready to listen or resolve problem. They ask to email my proof of ID which I did and even couple of days i was facing the same problem. If they dont let me log in or release my email, how many new email account and muslima profile should I create. This is my 2nd email and profile I have created so previously I had the same problem. I even ask to speak to one of your supervisor but they said we cant let u talk and I email twice to complain but no reply as always. My previous email was [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me to resolve this matter and I use both email so you can contact on both my emails.

Muslima.com I am complaining about my membership

I hate Muslim.com website;because I paid full membership and they got money, later on they said me this message . I am sharing this e-mail to everyone. My master card account showed that my money has gone to Muslima web site. They asked me my id with government proffe, do not you think that this Muslima has gone to frud? Help me someone

I am sooooooooooooo angry with Muslim.com. This web site is totally fake and frud. I paid with my master card and money has gone to Muslima web site, later on I got e-mail that they got money. The next day I try to log in but I cant log in then I got e-mail that, some one frud about my money and Muslima did not received money. How Muslima web site people are liars. I am super angry, it has been 5 days not able to log in. I am sharing their e mail

Muslima.com Fake messages

I have signed up for Muslima and haven't used it for a while.
Recently when I logged into my account I saw that I had many received messages. Then I saw that someone was chatting with men from my account!
I immediately contacted Muslima customer service and said that someone hacked my account and used it without my notice. They did not reply. I tried to contact them again but they decided to ignore me. Then I deleted my account.
These people are some kind of scammers!

Stay away from this scam website! the staff members steal pictures from all over the internet and use them to create fake profiles. When you pay for a membership they have no real desire to talk to you, but once they see that your membership almost expire, they suddenly show a lot of desire, in order to keep you spending money on memberships.

Muslima.com Complain

I have upgraded my account to Gold on Muslima and as soon as I payed they suspend my account. Then I got a message saying that I have to send them my governmental ID and my real name.
This is a dating website and you don't know those people . I don't know also what they want to do with this personal information. I mailed them that I can't give them my personal information and requested a refund. I got no answer and I send again and again. They still ignored my messages. At last I contacted PayPal and told that I am dealing with real scammer and a need help. In two hours, I got a message from the adim saying that they will issue full refund.

This website is a scam for certain reason:

1- Robot message: Before I finish my registration, I got contacts from standard members. You should know that the standard members can't see you unless you finish and they don't have that facility. This is a robot generated messages.

2- Payment: They recommend that you pay with your bankCard. If you don't have 3D security Card it is better to use Paypal. They don't like to use Paypal because it is easy to make a case against them on PayPal.

3 - Your email: I only created an email for them and after two weeks, I get Ads from other companies. This means that they sell members' emails to other companies.

4: Personal Information: If they have your personal information, you are under the mercy of Muslima admin. They are only missing little personal information about you. Let us say that they are honest. But if the website is hacked, your personal information and your bankCard details will be in Black Markets.

5- Online memebers: Some time I see 5000 members are online. This is a exaggerated number. Even the best websites of dating don't have this number.

At last, you can deal with this website but you should be in safe side.

My recommendations:

1- Don't use your real name just take a nickname
2- Pay with PayPal so you can make a case against them if they cancel or suspend your account
3- Don't write your exactly your date of birth just change the month or the day. You don't how your personal information will be used. You don't know these people

Muslima.com Panzy scheeme

The have independents operators not real people that look for relationships .when u get short text, quick umbiguous calls and also the timing of the events between parties arises a lot of questions in plain english i was scammed .MUslimaPanzyScheeme.com .

This company have been using my photo to advertise their website for months despite me asking them to take it down over and over again, I don't want my photo up everyone, I don't know what to do they just wont listen to me... stay away from these websites! I can provide photo evidence if you want

Hi, I had experienced similar problem and when we seek help with the team support over the phone, all they say someone is using your password and so your profile preferences get changed and your pic disappears. Despite all this issues for no reason they suspend your account sometimes it says you have sensitive password so I really don't have any idea with this site. Its a total scam and waste of time and money. When you keep calling them for the issues you have, they ask to change password or create a new profile with a different email. So I created new profile twice and I still face the same stupid problems with the same reason when you try to contact the support team. Even they never reply your emails so I would say the worst matrimonial site. They are playing with people emotions who seek for better future and hope and this SITE IS SIMPLY A RIP OFF. PLEASE be aware and read the reviews before you sign in.

I have requested a refund from muslima.com - scammers

It looks like this so called company operates from somewhere in australia. They are completey unprofessional and website users are full of scammers.. Somebody launched a complaint about me, instead of showing me where i have gone wrong or proving to me i have offended someone they automatically suspended my account for 3 days. I get no communication rom them. I have paid up for 30 days and so far only getting a 27 days worth of service. I have asked for them to respond but they are highly unprofessional. One man band company off shore. Do not give them your money, do not make an account with them. once you have uploaded your details you will get scammed...

divorced muslima is the best name for this website coz most of profiles i found are for divorced women with kids . i was searching for a nice wife and i registered in muslima.com in 2011 at first i was non paid member and after few days i paid for gold membership and from there a long story began, the quality of members there is the main problem, girls which i met there are searching for vested interest or personal purpose like wanting someone for his citizenship or his money, many times i faced girls want money, gifts, even one of them asked me to buy her a dress ! others ask me to buy them phones and laptops ...etc and they are real not scammers . they are all into games . i met one tunisian girl on that website and she added me to her skype and we kept talking for several weeks and she told me that her intention is marriage with me and at the end i discovered that she was talking to me and to another man at the same time, and at the end she married to him and after this she removed me from her skype list without telling me anything, i discovered it by my own . i met another girl and i added her to skype and since i met her i didnt open that website for several days and then i discovered that she was still visiting that website while she was talking to me on skype, she was talking to other men in the website while she was talking to me on skype ! . when i report some girls to that website staff, the girls report me back and it ended with suspending my profile more than one time, this show you clearly that the website use the girls as a lure so they keep bringing more of males to the website and make them pay . i didnt mention the scammers yet . but i could discover the scammers easliy in that website among the scammers were real girls not only male scammers . the issue is with the quality of girls and their mentality, no man will want to marry a girl while he knows that she is marrying him for his money or his american or european passport . in muslima.com you will find the worst kind of muslim girls . this website is ### .

I have had lots of problems with internationalcupid.com. The same-they suspended my account once, and after providing them with the necessary details and scanned documents (including the passport and residential ID of the country I am in), they reactivated it. Then, after about a month, they TERMINATED IT! Now, why is there no contact number to the manager? I am tired of it. There are loooots of scammers on this site, and no action is taken against them! When I complained once to the bbwcupid.com that their member has been harassing me with very obscene photos, they wouldn't delete his account. And here's me-someone who can easily prove their identity and someone who hasn't violated anything!

Let me update you what happens next.

Okay so I've signed up a few times for Muslima.com and everything goes good for about 4 hours, then when I'm having a great conversation with someone, my account will randomly get "terminated" .

Honestly this website is a waste of time, it has good features but what is the point of using it if you can't even finish your conversation with the people you were getting to know.

I blame the site administers, they do a terrible time of keeping customers .

I was really enjoying my time on muslima. Com until they randomly decide to terminate my account, I write to the help/support and they never reply back. So imagine how frustrating it is, to take the time, create a account (which takes 20 minutes). To fill out all the info, ECt.

Then on top of that it takes time to get to know the people, and while I'm talking to someone my account no longer works.

THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE WASTE of time.

Don't spend your money, because they will terminate your account for no reason.

This is the second time this has happened to me.

The first time I purchased a account on the site, it was June 2013, my account was active for 3 days, I was talking to people, on there then when I tried logging in one day it said "account has been terminated". .

I can't believe this happened to me AGAIN, , !

I really don't recommend anyone sign up for this site, they will take your money and terminate your account without any notice, they don't even tell you why.

It also makes you look like a bad person, because you were in the middle of conversations with people, then you suddenly disappear, because they terminate your account, and you have no chance to go back and tell those people you wanna get to know them better.

This site has a lot of potential, but the people that manage the site are SCAMMERS, they get you to sign up for the account. And they terminate your account and they don't even tell you why.. Honestly sign up for a different website, because this one is a complete joke. Thanks for listening.
