The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My bank just brought to my attention a recurring debit on my checking account. This must stop! I do not recall authorizing any such action, and this debit is causing my account to go into a negative balance and be charged NSF fees. I should be reimbursed these fees.

Please stop take money from my credit card account.i was canceled from cupid for 3month but u still taking my money
After i cancel 2month 1027.16bath for a month.
So please stop take money from my credit accont and return money to my accont

Please stop taking monies out of my account as I canceled about 8 maths ago and you still take t out, I would appreciate if you take no more, and return monies to my account .dorothy McCallum

I have always had problems with cupid.com especially since I live in australia... I had a full time member on the dating site even helping me out to have free membership so we could keep in contact with each other and still to this day I can not get into the member I wanted to. I have ended my subscription before the cooling off time of 7 days and wish that I do get the amount refunded back to me. My details are stephensusec@hotmail.com.au

i have a debit on my account for $34.99. i did not authorize this. i thought i had oversubscribed from cupid dating. i would like my money back and to be completely removed from this site. from williamwhite@centurylink.net
