Recently I have ordered an product worth 24 euro plus shipping fee 15 euro from cuoieria fiorentina trough DHL, once the product arrived, I was noticed by DHL charging on the custom clearance fee about 15 euro, so I refused the package, and sent an email to cuoieria fiorentina about package will return to them and make a refund to me; then cuoieria fiorentina replied my email told me to pay DHL and I will get refund from them. So I asked DHL resend the package and paid the custom fee, but cuoieria fiorentina refused to pay me and stopped replying my email now. I am angry not about the money, but feel like being fooled.
