Cugini Properties review: Unprofessionalism 3

This is without a doubt the WORST property management company. Gail in the management office ( a glorified receptionist) is a heinous woman, she is without a doubt the most unprofessional and rude excuse for a human being. Not only is she loud and obnoxious she has this uneccessary and completely unwarranted oh holier than though attitude. I've spoken to numerous residents who all have the same thing to say about this nasty woman. She is rude to tenants, she thinks nothing of cursing at them, makes idle threats, will call and harrass you for issues that do not pertain to you and she is mentally unstable. She is a manic woman who is clearly bipolar and needs SERIOUS help.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. The list goes on and on about how incompetent they are. Maria Parisi the owner of cugini is a nasty witch. She is the faceless and classless owner of this ### company. They charge different rates for apartments depending on if they like you, and in the 8 month I have lived there, they have been nothing but horrific and pathetic.
