I ordered MoYu Fidget Fingertip Three Balls Hand Spinner Blue - Style because it reminded me of snowflakes, so I decided to buy them before Christmas.
I placed my order at the beginning of November, but the item is not here.
Don't know what to think. I liked this website, it's full of joy, but this treatment leaves much to be desired. Plus, their customer service didn't help me at all...
I hope I will receive my order before the holidays.
Terrible experience!
Don't order anything from Cubezz, you'll never get what you paid for. I have ordered a toy for my son back in January for his birthday and did not receive it yet and it is now mid May! I was supposed to get the toy in 10 business days but four months already passed and I really doubt that I will ever get anything. I contacted Cubezz customer service and they said that it was not their fault and that I need to contact the shipping company! They refused to take any responsibility! I even paid some extra money for rush delivery because needed the item on a certain date! What a scam! Avoid this place at all costs!
We returned broke cube, but still no money back
We bought the cube from the company www.cubezz.com. It was real scam, ‘coz they delivered broken one and we paid for the return postage on our own. After that we waited 3 weeks and heard only promises, but recently we got the reply that such cubes were sold out. The seller offered to wait for new one or to get refund. We agreed to refund, but still haven’t received it. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

My order hasn't been sent at all
I bought magic cube from the website www.cubezz.com. The website is real scam, ‘coz they got my payment and provided the confirmation info with the tracking number. I checked it, and it turned out that my order wasn’t sent at all. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked when they would send it, but no one replied. No idea what to do next. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
The customer service on this site is non existent, there is no way to get a response from them, one item was missing from my order, they never responded to my emails, i had to open a dispute on paypay and they tricked me saying that they would refund if i closed the dispute, i trusted them and of course they never refunded, i used to expend $30-$40 a month in this store and they decided to lose a customer for a $6 item
