On April 26, 2018 I ( I.D. 911046 ) went outside at 9:00 a.m. to wait for my car to arrive at 9:15 a.m. for an appointment at NYU Medical Center. I gave the time of the appointment as 10:30 a.m. though it was at 11:00 a.m. due to the tardiness of the car services. Well, to my surprise I called at 9:20 a.m. and was warned that the car would not arrive until 9:48 a.m. and at 9:50 a.m. I called again and was told that he would arrive at about 10:15 a.m. A customer that was already in the car asked if he was taking the tunnel being that he was an hour late and he said unless we all chipped in then he would go that way. He said he was not the original driver and was told at last minute to pick us up. The cab company was CTG Cab Service cab 738 located in Brooklyn and we located in Queens. Once again, it happens that these drivers have trouble reaching their destination. Why can't a cab company from Queens pick us up? Wouldn't it be more beneficial to both the cab service and the clients to be picked up from the same borough? First, I was told to give them at least 15 minutes for their tardiness and I gave it a half an hour and they're now a whole hour late! If I were a healthy person it wouldn't matter but I'm not and it's absolutely not reasonable!

This company is a 3 party vendor for acces a ride first of all de blasio administration colluded with tlc reduced acces a rude pay 30% for drivers than they passed to these russian gangsters and they were allowed to put 40% commission in already heavily discounted rides now wages of drivers being stolen by this Russian mafia and stolen wages directed to the gangsters in form of commission de blasio administration and the people de blasio asigned mta they achieved 70% pay cut for drivers than later pass stolen wages to 3 party cherry pick Russian mafia it is a Ponzi scheme to get Russian mafia rich I believe behind this de blasio and his affiliations lots of self dealing back room dealing collusion and corruption the owner of the company greedy and does not share profits drivers always looking for stupid drivers to pass the cost so he can run the Ponzi schemes the company run by imbeciles seconds to none they are advertising this job as 500 dollar a day job but realty is a 5 dollars paying an hour job with 0 benefits total entitled scum bugs keep away from this company this company need to be investigated by city comptroller for stealing wages and directing millions of dollars from Medicare for sure they are connected to blasio administration and mta
