CTFS review: canadian tire mastercard - fraud department

On June 23 then later on June 25 I was scammed twice by a company called Shenzhen Zudle Inc. They took approximately $400 from my CT MC. I reported to the fraud service of CT to try to recover some of my money. CT has been using every thing they can to slow down the refund process. First I was told to email all the documents I had regarding my case which I did immediately. When I did not hear back from CT, I called them and was told that toy case was assigned to an investigator (who's name I do not know) and that it takes about 3 months to get your money back from CT even if (like me have a valid claim).
For my second claim, I cancel my order within 2 hours or less after my purchase. The scammer Shenzhen Zudle Inc. told me that they would reimburse me within 1 or 2 days then that it would take 2 weeks for the credit to show up on my bank statement. Well it has been almost 1 month. I, of course, called Canadian Tire Financial Services to report the scam and ask for help. CTFS told me that I had to wait for one month before I could start a claim to get a refund of my money. I must say that CTFS is really nice with scammers. They do not give a damn about their clients! why would they ...after all I am still paying interest on the money Shenzhen ZUDLE Inc. stole from me. I just would like a refund for the amount that was unlawfully taken from me and not to have to wait 3 months. At this point I am really starting to think that CTFS are even bigger scammers then ShenZhen Zudle Inc.
