CSC refund

Mailed a letter on May 25, 2011 to Sherri Williams, Senior Customer Support and called several times to speak to her but she was out of office or not a her desk, and left messages on answering phone. I did speak with her on April 6, 2011 regarding where the company submitted Mortgage Interest Statement Form 1098 an error. I am requesting that I be reimbursed, due to company error of $25.00 plus mailing fees of $2.44. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate the money back. I have faxed supporting documents and submitted copies of all forms from the company that prepares my taxes and a copy of check (front and back) with receipts. It has been over 30 days and I have not received a response or call. I expected a much higher level of service from the company, and I am quite disappointed. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. I believe we should be able to rectify this impassee and reach a more reasonable solution, given the facts as they have been presented.

CSC preplogic: can't cancel access

Hello there.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND the services of PrepLogic. For some time, I bought some specific courses and IT stuff without any problem, however I was offered a package to trial (30 day) and in case I was not happy or not interested in continue anymore, I could cancel the access. Don Snider, the representative of PrepLogic that offered me the service, was not able to cancel my access after my request. I called him and sent several emails. The point is that I got stuck until the timeframe of 30 days passed, so they began to charge me according to the deal. Getting in touch with them asking to cancel sounds like nothing. They refuse and say that's impossible, since the 30 day period has passed. They only offer discounts even you say with all words that you don't want it anymore. I don't want to work with them again. NEVER. Be aware when buying from PrepLogic. Don't get me wrong: they have good stuff, but the support and financil area are terrible with customers. If there is anyone who can help me, I will be glad, because I asked my credit card provider to cancel any requests from them. Denis from Brazil.

CSC payments applied wrong, fees charged for their error

OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE CONTACTED CSC LOGIC REQUESTING PAYMENT AND FEE REVERSALS DUE TO THEIR ERROR OF APPLYING BOTH PAYMENTS TO ONE LOAN. TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND IT'S DEEPLY AFFECTING MY CREDIT RATING AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE BECAUSE I SENT ONE CHECK WITH TWO SEPARATE COUPONS THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT ONE CHECK EQUALED TWO SEPARATE LOAN PAYMENTS. THEY DON'T HAVE A WEBSITE TO REVIEW OR MAKE PAYMENTS ON LINE AND THEY CHARGE $10 TO PAY OVER THE PHONE. I LITERALLY HATE THIS COMPANY AND WISHED I COULD GO TO CONGRESS OR SEEK SOME ASSISTANCE WITH THIS MATTER.

I have never ever disliked or hated a company so bad but CSC Logic has won the trophy...I have two loans so I mailed in one check with two separate coupons and they still keep applying the payment to one loan and there goes the late fees and none payment notices...oh and credit rating! I must complete a form requesting research of the payments and ask for the reversal and reapplying of the payments plus fees otherwise I will continue to incur fees and a terrible credit rating. I DESPISE THIS COMPANY...WHO CAN WE GO TO FOR ANSWERS? CONGRESS

Yes,

They are really bad. I received many phone calls from when my payments was on time. They even charged me a $5 late fee while it clearly shows on the statement that the payment was made on time.

CSC auto payment

I just received a letter from this csc logic group saying that my loan is delinquent but when i check with all my lenders they say my loans with them are still active and have not been sold. I have tried a ton to get a hold of someone with this place and can never get a answer, only a automated system that leads me nowhere. This place seems fishy to me.

CSC is definitely a bogus illegal company. They ask you you for all your information but cannot even get the customer service "I use that term loosely" agents name. He stated they are not suppose to give out that the information. My agent yelled at me when I asked him to verify the payment I made 2 days earlier. He could not find it in their system. This company is incapable of handling a customer asking a simple question let alone acquiring and managing loans. Lawyer up indeed!

I just received my letter after my loan was sold to CSC saying I was delinquent. I never got any communication on where to pay. I tried calling, left on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I have a very good credit score and I will not let these people ruin it

As I write this comment, I am calling for the 4th time to get through to a live person at CSC. It was only after much frustration and "hit and miss" with the options offered that I was at least able to get to wait 21 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The woman who answered was very nice and was told this was the worst customer service line I had ever called. She maintained her composure which was appreciated but I don't know how the company can redeem itself from such awful service. It's almost as if the customer service number is designed to keep people from reaching a live person. But they probably don't care since they only purchase loans from other institutions. They do not have to count on us, the consumer, to support them. You would think a corporation would prefer a better reputation.

Also had my contract sold to CSC. They told me that they didn't have to tell me why this happened, were very rude. And charged me a $40 few that they said was past due this was on my first payment with them. With the other company I always paid on time and always paid more than the actual payment. But CSC couldn't explain why there was a fee. They constantly harass me are always rude and this is the only site I can find on them. That in itself tells me they aren't completely legit. And how is it legal for someone to sell your contract to someone else? Your not allowed to by they are?

Informative. How can a customer pay CSC logic if they do not know that car loan was sold to other lender? Despite that the customer pay the previous lender. It should be corrected as soon as possible because not all consumers able to pay the previous lender and the CSC logic at the same time. We work hard for our money and not everyone can afford to freeze their money while waiting to straighten the confusion and miscommunication. A good communication both lenders as well as the customer is important! In addition customer service is important at all times if that company is reputable and maintain their integrity.

CSC Logic withdrew a payment from my bank account 5 days before I authorized it. Trying to talk to someone to get the situation resloved was ridlicious! This person "Rosemary" customer service person" refused to give me a supervisors name and was very rude.

My loan was sold to CSC Logic. I was not given enough time to even process the first payment and was notified quickly that I am now accruing late fees. I immediately sent a payment and it seems to be "missing". I called them and authorized them to withdraw the amount from my checking account and was told the next day that my password was compromised. They sent me a note in the mail indicating my desire to have the amount transferred, but have not done so in three weeks.

This is either the most incompetent lender around, or they are playing games in order to artificially boost late fees. I am finding this company extremely frustrating and have been attempting to pay off the loan now for 5 weeks. I contacted the better business bureau to help arbitrate since they seem extremely shady!

Saturday April 4 2015, i just got my mails. Mail No 1, Brookline Bank sold my loan to CSC. brookline bank also said in their letter that "you will receive a welcoming letter in 3 business days from CSCLogic" as I go through the mails; Mail No 5, something from CSCLogic. (I don't know what to call it) it says I have to send payment no later than May 20th.
- In February 2015, I sent 4 payment to Brookline bank to cover my autoload through June 2015 (Feb, March, April, & May).
- Knowing how crazy these bank people are, I called brookline bank many times to make sure that we are on the same page, and my next payment was going to be send out in June 2015.
Now that CSC sent me this peace of a mail asking that I start paying them a month earlier than my due date, I can already see how crazy this whole thing is going to be.
But, I will make it even easier for them by stating it here clear that: I am really never intimidated by calls from people like them. I am ready to teach them good lessons whenever they want it from me, and most of all I don't even care about their wicked actions because no one gets out of this planet earth a live! SO, I will send a check in June, a little earlier than the due date to give then enough time to process it. I look forward to their first madness call!

I went to SunTrust ( Sun lack of Trust) on December 20 to make a payment. and found out my load was sold to a different lender. I was told to receive a letter on December 26. Today December 27 I got a letter from CSC. In the letter specified I had a past due payment. I don't believe.
