On January 19th I ordered a birthday floral arrangement to be delivered to my daugher on January 20th at her place of work. The floral shop called me on January 21st to tell me that the driver got lost and couldn't deliver the flowers. They offered to upgrade my order at no cost and deliver the next day. I told them that her birthday was over and it was a mute point to have flowers delivered AFTER her birthday. I counter offered that if they provided a birthday arrangement delivery for FREE I would accept. They did not accept my offer and I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I have since been charged the full amount of the flowers on my credit card.
