Info on the website 'order status' did not update for nearly three weeks after the promised ship date of the order. My items which were to be used at a recognition event as an award were never delivered in time for the event (site indicated 11 days - still not received after 30 days) with no explanation from their customer service department or with any projected new ship date after 30 days ... still indicates a ship date of 3 weeks past due. The customer service department appears to be totally isolated from other areas of this company and are unable to get info from the order processing dept or the shipping dept. After calling the customer service dept multiple times I am stil being told that they are unable to help me with a date that this may ship.
