I to have had a very traumatic experience with this company. They were 2 days late on pick up and 3 weeks late on delivery. I spoke with ralph and mike and am waiting on a compensation check that's in the mail. What a crooked outfit. I am sueing for pain and suffering, damaged furniture and missing boxes. I contacted American Van Lines in the beginning and ended up with these crooks. I would never advise any one to use this company.

Cross Country Vanlines - 2 month late delivery and no call back from customer service

We used Cross Country to move our item from Oregon to Hawaii. The items arrived in Maui December 9, 2009. It is now January 25, 2010 and items have still not been delivered. Company no longer returns calls as to when we can expect delivery or what is happening.
