Cromwell-1262571 Inc. review: Harrasment by superintend 1

Hello people,
I would like to tell you that watch out Cromwell management, 525 Eglinton Avenue East, M4P 1N5 1262571 Inc. Here is my experience with them.
1-I was harassed by superintend many times, she came at me and almost hit me when I asked my spare key to open the door. Superintend is very aggressive.
2-The Cromwell management does not record their check on time even if you give your check 1st of the month, by the time management records their check, it will be recorded late. As a result, one day you will receive a letter indicating that you are sued because of consistently paying late. Their paralegal and management does not listen or except that they record their check couple of days late and also told me that it will be good for me, asked me to fight for my apartment. Please, please to protect yourself, get a receipt the day that you pay your rent so that you can have a proof of your payment otherwise they make you accept and sign a letter that you are paying late. I ask you and do yourself a big favour know your tenants right well and do not believe everything that landlord say and follow what law requires.
3-525 Eglinton Avenue East has a bad bug and I told the management and they do not care of this issue, ignored.
