Very poor service centre Lado Sarai New Delhi
Very poor service, called Crompton Greaves call center multiple times, technician from Lado Sarai New Delhi customer service centre call us to know the problem but he could not resolve the problem as he was not able to see the screw hole and he closed the complaint his own. Even after escalations no action taken to replaced the newly purchased water pump starter pannel . it seems Crompton Greaves is least bothered about after sales support.
Crompton company should suspend the membership of their service provider franchise immediately and induction of new service provider should be through proper verification. C R Bhatia , New Delhi

Bought on 6th feb 2023.warranty 2 years. there is leakage from 11th September.Gave service request twice request no [protected]/01 and [protected]/01 but they cancelled after 1 day. Please replace the water heater Or refund the money. Can i know the reason for cancelling my request. I have attached the invoice. Warranty, and photo of of heater where it leaks.

Respected sir/madam, I am from rajahmundry (andhra pradesh) I have purchased 2 voltage stabilizers from amazon india on 27/03/2019 invoice no ; del4-9092, invoice details hr-del4-[protected]-1819. For ₹.2584/- on 11/05/2019 due to some manufacture defective I face problem in stabilizer ad I got 3 years warrenty online I gone service center on 13/5/19
Call mr bose ph no [protected] is manager or service center rajahmundry. Very wrost response.
Mr. Prasad is the best incharge person before mr. Bose.
Bose dont know how to talk with customer.

Cooler's motor still not replaced
Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to draw your attention towards my issue which is related to the servicing of my cooler.
I purchased this cooler on 15/4/2016 from 'Kumar Electricals'. This is the second time that i have faced this issue that my cooler's motor has gone down. And it has been three weeks but still there is no response from the service center. Previously also they serviced my cooler after a month. Crompton has given its servicing to "Jagdamba Service Center, Delhi".
I would like to tell you that the customer executive of this department are extremely rude when it comes to servicing, especially i would like to complain about two ladies 'Ms Maya' ([protected]) and 'Ms Priya'([protected]).
When i told them that if the service is not done on time then i will report to consumer complaint board then they threaten me by saying they don't care where I complain and if i complain then they wont let my service happen.
I was totally shocked by these kind of statement by them.
So Sir i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible because there is also a patient in my house who needs a cooler environment.

Dear Sir,
I am Rajesh loyal customers of your company has been very using your fan for very long time and use to advices other to buy same
I have purchased 1 Ceiling fan from Pushpa & Co, Camp Road, and Chennai - 73 in Nov-09 with 2 years warranty .It was start giving trouble from Dec 2009. It’s gave big sound while switching on. I lodge a complaint in customer care and the technician came to my home. He replaced some parts and informed me everything perfect. It was working properly only 1 day and again started giving the same sound. I informed the same to the call center mentioning the compliant which I already lodged and they said that complaint was already closed however they gave me new compliant no.
Again the technician came and replace some parts. Fan was perfect for next 3 days this time and later same trouble. Finally the technician came to my home and he suggests me to replace the Motor through their service center. He gave letter to me to change the Motor
I called the Customer Service center and confirmed about the replacement. They ask me to come immediately with blade for exchange. When I went they said currently they did not have any stock and suggested to come after 2 days. Again I visited after 2 days they said… come after 2 days.. Finally they gave a Fan. They said it was new… But in front of me only they put that Fan into the box… I asked this to them and they said they tested that Fan the previous day. I am wondering why they are testing the new Fan. I told them even the FAN is old.. I don’t mind but it needs to work properly. They said it will work.
Now the replaced fan also giving trouble. I tested my house wiring to confirm any short circuit and the electrician said nothing wrong in my side. I suspect the problem now with barring.
I am highly disappointed with CG Service. The Service center asked me to come more than 2 times and they gave the defective piece again.
Sir I would like to see my dearest company in the action as it use to be your people are not taught to talk properly and to attend complain everyone seems to be putting their work on other. So please help the customer and get good sales

I have bought geysers 3 month before, the product is not functioning well so i have raised complain to customer care of crompton grevers, they have given me complain number but till date nobody has visited
My home for query and now they said problem has been resolved. How come problem has been resolved without visiting home and product is faulty since i purchased.
