Crisis Education 20% Restocking Fee for Returns

I ordered water filters through a video sales letter that came from someone else so I really had never heard of Crisis Education until the order acknowledgment email arrived with one having that name on it. After over a week, I received the water filter and was not at all happy with the quality for the money I spent so I contacted Crisis Education to let them know I wanted to return it. It was at that time that I found out they would be charging me over $78.00 for the privilege of returning unwanted merchandise. There was no mention of this fact on the order form that I filled out. In over 25 years of purchasing through the mail, I have never encountered such a high restocking fee and of course, these days they are very rare if they are happening any where else at all. I recommend completely avoiding this company as they do it for other products as well.

Crisis Education Took money out of my account without being able to confirm order

I ordered a pitcher water filter for drinking, once i was in their on - line ordering process i tried to click out and the berkey water system came up, during this i tried to click out of the berkey water page. . . Immediately it said "thank you for your order" i didn't order this and i didn't have a choice, if i could of deleted it out of my ordering status that would have worked they have no process for you to double check your order and say no to the order. I am calling the attorney general office. This company will not answer their phones or return emails. I'm don't appreciate a company that is run half assed. So the pitcher water filter was 69. 95. Then your charged 391. 00 for a berkey water system without being able to check your cart and take any mistaken orders out of it etc. Lame!

Crisis Education Refund

I have called numerous times and get a recording telling to shoot them an email. I want to cancel my Newsletter account with them for $19.00 per month and seeds of the month for $27.00 per month. They will not respond to calls and their is no email ticket to email to them. Could you please see what you can do for me. I hit the add to cart button by accident and need that money back immediately.

Everybody here has all of the same complaints. Let me add one of my own which is closely the same, though much more costly for doing business with these people. I ran the business packaging seeds for these guys in 2013. I was fired on Christmas day 2013. They claimed my customer support was terrible, so they were taking it in house. During those last 3 months, they paid me $43, 000 to package my seeds under their own brand. In January 2014, they filed a bogus 1099 with the IRS. I now owe $20, 000 to the IRS, after paying $3, 500 for a tax lawyer to fight the case. Want the same or better seeds for a whole lot less? Visit: DollarSeed.com.

I have called and emailed and both sites show to be locked. I called and the message stated that my account is locked. I am Turing them into THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND FCC!

I had a situation almost like the others above, except they scammed me out of always 600 dollars. I received my card statement and found 297.00 on dec bill and 297.00 on jan bill. I dont even know what these charges are for. I certainly did not authorize these charges. I called them and no one answers the phone. I left a message telling them if I didnt receive a call back today or tomorrow they would be hearing from my lawyer. People beware. THIS IS A SCAM. READ THE OTHERS REPORTS ON HOW THEY ALL GOT SCAMMED.

These people got one hell of a scam going. My wife has been paying for two years and we were never able to cancell. When I finally got someone they said they would only accept one month. No receipt no invoice no info no hours. Had to hunt them down on google and they still operate aloof. Bull.

I am simply trying to cancel my account, as these people deduct $ 27. a month for mailing of silly seeds I have not ordered, and I get no response. My only recourse is to cancel my bank card!

without my knowledge this scam has cost me increasing amounts of money at random intervals for transactions I did not in any way authorize;Neither online or otherwise!

I did not buy anything online and I have not received anything regarding these transactions other than charges on my credit account!
This is undeniable proof that my credit card information is being used for personal use that is not my own and I will do everything I possibly can to prosecute who is responsible for this! If this money is not refunded to my account I will take legal actions!

I ALSO ordered the 4-foot farm blueprint and my credit card was not only charged for the book but also another amount of which I have no knowledge of what it is for. I have called and called and only get an answering machine to leave a message for a return call to no avail. I have turned this over to my credit card company and will also report this to the local Better Business Bureau. I have also put something on my Facebook account for all to see warning them about this underhanded person.

Crisis Education Will Not Respond To Cancel Order

Yesterday 01-08-2014 I ordered an ebook about what I thought would be aquaponics. It turned out to be not and so I emailed customer support to cancel my order and refund a total of $21 plus change. Today after re-emailing them again, no response. I then did a search only to find out that this company is a scam and many people have lost money by this company. Many people are complaining that this company will go into your bank account and continue to withdraw money. I want people to be aware of this.

I ordered this in the middle of the night and then I found the same thing for $149.00 less. I called to cancel and a week later this heavy box was delivered anyway. I called and was told that there was no record of my call. I also called the customer service line for weeks and finally sent an email asking for a call back. I am disabled so I don't know how I am supposed to return this item but I will certainly try. I will also put this information online for anyone else who might also fall for this scam. I asked that the seed order I place be cancelled as well however, I don't have very high hopes as to the honesty of this company.

Well you can add me to this list on here too. I am considering canceling my bank card just to get rid of this company. I dont know what else to do. I cant even get on their site because they say I am not a member. Obviously I was one at some point for them to be able to be taking money out of my account each month! And my emails go no where...calls go unanswered. I am also turning them in to the BBB. Just imagine the high life they are living on our money as they collect off of each of us each month! OMG!

I have received my monthly seeds as they promised, which are way over priced... you only get around 8-10 packs of seeds a month which only have a very small amount of seeds in them... Not enough to even do a garden... AND how do I know they are not taking them from some other bulk of seeds and sending them to me? The seeds arrive in a very generic package (created by them) with a label you can hardly read (printed by their home printer). He claimed these seeds were of the purest form, but just how does one know? Anyway upon my quest to cancel my subscription, I found that you cannot reach these people, as their email address does not work... There is no way to get a refund, the bank account goes down and the seeds just keep coming... I was promised bonuses which I never received, and the seeds get less and less! The first batch of seeds I received totaled around 15 packs... Now I am lucky to get 8 or 10. WHAT DO I DO? Anyone...

I started in November 2014 to get the seed packets for my sisters for Christmas. Yesterday(4/22/15)they stated to send me a second box for the month, instead of just one. If I can't do anything else, I'll just have to have my bank block the account as well as the person above. It doesn't make sense for a company to do this to customers. If they want repeat business, they should do it the old fashioned way and earn it. Don't get me wrong, though, I still love Texas! Maybe one day I will be a Texan?

I emailed them They sent me a cancelation, if I am charged I will just forward that email to my bank and the BBB

I too got scammed by them. I have tried calling and emailing them repeatedly but no response. I continue to get emails from this company trying to sell me more bogus products. Customers beware!

The scam continues as of today 8/14/2014. They are still listed as an active, registered LLC in Austin, Tx., and yes, they got me too.

I have tried calling this site, but keep get a message to contact them with a email ticket at their site. Trouble is there is no email ticket site. I would like to report them as a scam. annhulett3@yahoo.com

I, too, have experienced this. I have attempted since the beginning of the year to cancel my subscription to this dubious service, and they continue to ignore me. I have sent them a formal letter, which was obviously ignored, and I have attempted to contact them. As you know, when you call the posted phone number they tell you to send an email, to "Support@CrisisEducation". This email address is apparently fictitious. I have instructed my credit card company to disallow any further charges from this outfit. My next stop is with the Better Business Bureau.
