Cricket Wireless customer service

I use to love cricket till the other day. I shared a line with someone but I was the main person on the account.. well the other person went in and had my phone taken off the account and shut off. I was so mad. I had to call and pay lots of money to have my number turned back on and put back on that account.. They did give me a 30 dollar credit, but here is the catch.. when the bill was due. The credit went to my account and the other person never paid their bill so my phone was shut off again. So I had to pay more money to have it turned back on.. I asked if they could take that number off my account and they said no.. But I said then how did they take my line off.. So I had to pay more money to have my line moved off that account so it could be turned back on.. well my credits didn t follow. That other person got my credits but the account is still negative the late fee so my credits basically just went to hell.. I am not very happy with cricket right now and I feel they own me

Cricket Wireless phone was turned off and I was charged for something cricket made a mistake on

Tried to upgrade my plan and was able to. Was charged $4.66 and at midnight my phone was suspended. Went to the cricket store and talked to several people and still had to pay to get my phone turned on. They said I was supposed to pay $4.67 so that’s why they suspended my phone. I never got an email that my phone bill cycle was getting changed and that I needed to pay one cent in order to not have my phone suspended. I paid what cricket asked and still had my phone turned off. This is so frustrating that cricket was no help and wanted me to pay more money to have my phone turned back on. They were not willing to make the customer happy at all! I have a reference # and the guy that we spoke to was Alvin and his ID# is [protected]

Cricket Wireless customer service 87 ashland chicago, il

Driving up to this location. Clearly it is well before 7 PM and the doors were locked, the girl saw me standing out there stated we are close, I stated you have 28 minutes she turned the light out on me that's bad business, especially since I've been a customer for over 10 years. Is this what you teach your staff to close business before the closing time and then to be rude or disrespectful that girl had no clue of how important it was or what I needed and never even tried to find out. This is unacceptable and really thinking about changing my service.

Cricket Wireless employment

I was hired as full time and now I am working 10 hours a week under new management and the manager hired a new girl from a different dealer before 6 months. Because they are friends all my hours are cut and I am receiving bad treated from both employees and the district manager. I haven’t gotten my commission check for 3 months and I was told not to clock out for lunch. No one is resolving this issue for me and I want corporate to do something about it

Cricket Wireless there are multiple issues here, a few things with my service and a horrible phone clerk.

When I open up my personal MyCricket account it shows that I am allowed to use up to 2.5 gigabytes a month, yet it still capped me at 1 gigabyte this month. I also was wondering if there was an explainable reason as to why my data is still being pulled even after I turn of my data and auto sync functions. You're service is not supposed to draw data when those functions are off? I can tell the companies pulling my data still because I left my data off for two whole days and still recieved a message, while my data was still off, saying I was 100% used up for my month. I let my plan go inactive and paid the late fee to get it reactivated in hopes the errors would change but nothing fixed. Also I have a complaint on one of your stores located at 1933 N. Dinuba Blvd. Visalia, California 93292. More specifically a phone clerk there. The time was betweeen 4:30-5:30. I called the first time and asked her if she had any idea on what could possibly be drawing my data on their side since my phone's already been evaluated by a technican that I live with. She told me to give her a second, and I gave her 5 minutes and recieved no reply so I hung up. I tried other stores in my towns and all lines were busy so I called back. When she answered and I asked her instead if she could just fix my 1 gigabyte cap issue. She told me to call customer service, and I told her that when I called earlier today there was no option to find a way to fix this issue on the automated message and o wasnt able to get ahold of any representatives or technicians. She immeadiatley came at me with more attitude then even before, saying that its not her problem. So then I asled to speak to a manager and she said no and hung up. I called back saying that she was being rude and that I needed to be transfered to any manager in the area to fix my phone and file a complaint. She came back with more and more sassy remarks telling me no. I asked for the HR number and she told me that they dont have an HR and only corporate service and that she didnt know the number(she said this in a really insulting tone) and then I told her I hope she gets fired for being so disrespectful to me and that I'm sending my complaint immeadiatley. I get that you guys can't control a million workers but can you maybe call the store manager(s) and tell them to have their evening shift not be so damn rude? I work construction 12+ hour days, and Im am apartment manager. The last thing I need is a disrespectful phone clerk that won't help me fix my freaking cell phone. This is getting really frustrating. Please jus get my phone fixed.

I bought this cricket android moto ONLY because it came with a life time of HBO max. I have tried everything and I can't even watch free episodes. I'm not able to purchase another phone because my husband and myself are both severely disabled and live on a fixed income. We had to disconnect the internet because the bill went from 78$ monthly to almost 399$! They are price gouging and taking advantage of poor people who barely make it each month. Not only an I unable to use HBO max or pretty much anything (I get error pictures with the apps that I want to use. In top of everything, I have been hacked hacked and my identity stolen and the people who have done it are watching movies on HBO max, YouTube, etc . And the manager at the cricket store was telling customers anything that they wanted to hear, he put a stolen phone that I saw another person leave there because management said he had to go do something. I sat there for over 5 hours and knew I was making a huge mistake but we really wanted &needed the lifetime of HBO max . I had just bought a Google pixel and it is the best phone ever, but I allowed cricket customer service to contact straight talk to switch service over to cricket and I don't know if I can even use it again and it was brand new . I'm not only not receiving ANY of the service I was promised but was sold a phone that doesn't work unless you want to pay the bill . I've called customer service and was rudely told to turn the data on in order to watch HBO max and anything else in the internet. I have everything I bought with the phone, all packaging and some unopened, why bother? I have done everything to avoid any legal disputes with cricket and all the corporations involved in this fraudulent scam but I have to have access to internet and phone service (and everything is already skyhigh, we just need our money back and gladly send it to you asap. If this doesn't work for you I will be forced to contact legal aid, pro Bono attorney's, all government entity's that can help and so forth . Please contact us soon, a week from now should be plenty of time. Note: the manager at the cricket wireless here in Newport Arkansas is stealing people's id, bank info and is the ring leader of the criminal scam that is destroying your business . Cricket Wireless store at 757 peoria street

This particular store charged me $37.76 for a replacement SIM card. The SIM is supposed to be around $10. They said that the price differs between the stores after they activated my SIM. The same SIM is $10 at another store which is not fair. They cannot decide on whatever price they want and not inform customers that it differs between the stores. I had to pay extra $25 for nothing and they did not even take the responsibility for whatever has happened. Is there any possibility that I can get my $25 back?

Cricket Wireless employees

I have came into the Pflugerville store on 1552 FM 685 a handful of times to browse because I have been debating on getting a couple lines with y'all and also to see what kind of deals and offers y'all have. All 3 time I have have came to y'alls store the young ladies were very nice and helpful but REEKED of marijuana. Let me tell you I thought I was high myself as soon as i got a whiff of those girls. Im not to sure if thats what is allowed at Cricket Wireless but they should definitely be a little more considerate of the customers there.. And also one of the times i came I arrived at the store around 10:45 and the store was closed?The doors locked, lights off. The hours read on the door 10AM-8PM M-S. And then I came back an hour later and a young lady was there.

Cricket Wireless wireless service procedure

I have been with cricket wireless since January 2016, no issues until today, 21 September 2017 when this wireless provider suspended my account without hesitation and warning . I always pay my bills on time plus I am enrolled with auto pay. I spoke to customer service for 50 mins to resolve the problem but they cannot help me out due to it was a glitch in their system and I am being punished for it. My due date is 03 October 2017 and cricket wants me to pay it today to re activate my account . What kind of program this company is trying to do, suspending wireless service ( I have six lines), did not imply their standard operating procedure and it seems like my fault on their system error. Today, it cost me pain and suffering, anxiety and most likely will miss my doctor's call for my ongoing medical issue . Their customer service is out of the country, cannot help you without figuring out a solution. I need someone to help me out, a lawyer who can enlighten with the current situation .

Cricket Wireless late fees

Your late fees were never disclosed when I purchased your service less than 3 months ago. I will be switching my service back to Metropcs before your next billing cycle and I suggest you explain your ridiculous fees to future customers. I have a no contract phone how dare you charge me a late fee. Im going to check with the Attorney General of Mass to check on the legality of this fee. I will no longer be a customer of yours next month. And I will let my friends know not to switch to this service.

Cricket Wireless cricket and the warranty department

Apparently no one has the same information in there system. Everyone is so quick to quick you some excuse or a lie just to shut you up. Cricket transfers me to warranty. Warranty transfers me to insurance and insurance transfer me to cricket and again back to insurance. I've talked to 30+ people this week and no one has any idea where my cell is at. Or when will I receive it. Or a tracking number or nothing. Very very frustrated. How can they hire people like that. Or not have the same information in the system. They all ask for the same information to open the account but no one tells me the same thing. Would never recommend buying cricket. Been with them for over 8 years and they treated me like crap. If you're thinking about buying cricket cell or doing an insurance claim or warranty. Best advice go with another company. And save yourself the frustration. And then they send me a defective cell. Good job.

Cricket Wireless insurance and warranty

I have a ZTE Grand X that stopped working due to no fault of mine. It started with the apps on the phone malfunctioning, I tried to restart it it was stuck on the white ZTE start screen for hours. When it finally came back on it came to an Android logo screen with the options to reboot, factory rest, etc. I called tech support to have them walk me through fixing the phone and after many tries they concluded it was a manufacturing error and that I should file a warranty to get a replacement. Granted, I've only had this replacement since April of this year and the previous two replacements stopped working the same way. I haven't dropped them, there were no cracks or water damage, they all just stopped working. But the problem is they are trying to send me the same make and model which I get that is their policy to replace a broken phone with the same model but I do not want this same make and model because it's obvious they don't work! This is my third THIRD! replacement of this model and they all stop working in the same way after a couple months. I don't believe it's fair to keep sending me the same phone that's just going to stop working in a few months causing me to lose all my contacts and to have to keep starting over. After sending three replacements and having them stop working due to fracture error wouldn't it be obvious that there is something wrong with these phones? So why keep sending me defective phones? I asked to get a different model this time but they insist on sending the same one. I am willing to pay the difference to get a different model but apparently neither insurance or warranty works like that. I was told the only way to get a different model phone is to buy one. So now I'm going to have to buy a whole new phone because my current phone stop working due to MANUFACTURING ERROR. I could understand if I broke the phone myself and wanted a different model I'll have to buy it but I was given a phone that was broken in the first place and don't think it's fair to have to buy a new one for that.. I've been a loyal customer with cricket for years because I like your rates and plans and coverage is better than most other networks and I really don't want to have to switch net works but your insurance and warranty coverage/policies really sucks. :(

Cricket Wireless customer service

I've been a customer since December 2016. My service is good, phones are decent although for loyal customers we should have deals like new customers. Anyways, I've had problems with phones, but have gotten sent refurbished ones. My complaint is the customer service for their 800 line. NEVER had any problems til yesterday, spoke to this man who lied to me, who wasn't knowledgeable in the area I needed help with. Gave me a hard time, asked to speak to supervisor told me no and hung up. I finally called back, spoke to a nice man who immediately directed me to someone higher up and he was just as rude as the first guy but worse. Wouldn't help me AT ALL, interrupted me, was sarcastic & blantly rude. I will be switching companies with both lines in a week when my bill is due.

Cricket Wireless I'm got ripped off by cricket

I got rip off by cricket I payed for my phone $63 dollars I need my phone because I'm sick from my liver and I got two more phone on the 4 for my two girls I add two more line and they turn off my phone the next day after I payed for two phone and two line the manger told me it was going to be 110 on October for 3 line after I payed it then customer care rip me off after I payed my phone then went to another store and bought new phone for my girls I payed 160 for the other line then the disconnect my phone after a day I tried to call customer Care on the 4because they text me if I didn't pay my phone they were going to discontinue my phone I payed one day early and y'all rip me off I got doctor I have to see and now I don't know if they are going to call me I don't know when they are going to call me I got a bad liver and I'm sick I don't know now how they will call me I got with y'all because I thought y'all were better than metro I left them after 14 year to go with y'all then y'all wind up keeping my money for all 3 line I'm going to find a way to get a lawyer because that ashame that u have to rip off people that are sick from some kind of illness my number was [protected] before y'all rip me off my name is Alfredo Dela paz live at 514w tenth St Dallas Texas 75208 I never thought u would ever do that to people like me that are sick from there health

Cricket Wireless unwilling to unlock my phone

I purchased a used iPhone SE and have all of the original packaging. The woman I bought it from failed to disclose that it had previously been used on Cricket. I asked if it was AT&T compatible and it is. However, because she used it on Cricket and then switched to a different phone on that Cricket account, they have locked the phone for 6 months. I am unclear why the lock isn't connected to the account under which the new phone fulfills the 6 month requirement. Instead the 6 month lock follows the imei number through the phone.

I have spent numerous hours to this point speaking with AT&T, my current carrier, Cricket store and phone customer service and even WalMart who issues Cricket plans. No one can help me or offer me a solution.

It is interesting that, depending on who you talk to, AT&T is the parent company but can't help with this issue. The online Cricket folks claim that they only "use their towers" and otherwise are not affiliated with AT&T. Very strange and convoluted situation. I just need my phone unlocked so I can use it!

Cricket Wireless misinformed / unprofessional

Hello,
I was very unhappy with my visit today. You told me I could get 4 lines of unlimited high speed data for $120.00 on Saturday when I came in. I told you I would be back Today with my wife and kids to switch carriers. My wife drove an hour one way to come meet me at my work to come to your store only to find out we would be paying $160.00. It was a waste of hers and my time and gas for the "STORE MANAGER" to misinform me. Very unprofessional. We were very excited to switch carriers to Cricket, but now we have a bad idea of that.

Cricket Wireless my iphone 6!

I have owned my iPhone 6 since october 2014, in October 2016 I switched to cricket, bringing my own phone && number. All was well! In May 2017 my ex took my phone && would not give it back. I called cricket asked them to suspend my line of service so I could go get a different phone. She asked if I wanted my phone reported stolen or lost I said no! She didn't listen! I got my phone back a few days later. I had already gotten another phone tho. Well in August my moms phone broke so I let her use my iPhone 6 only to find out that it was on a block list && unable to use. We took the phone to the cricket store they said in 10 days it would be off the list && able to use. 2 days ago I went back to my iPhone 6 because I didn't see the point of paying over $200 a month for a phone when I have one. After 30 minutes it locked up, I called 611 they unlocked it. A few hours later it was locked again, called again. It has done this 6 times in two days. Cricket don't seem to understand that this phone is not lost or stolen idk but they are responsible for the issues && I feel they should have to replace my phone! This company has caused me nothing but problems since August over my own phone. I paid over $700 for this phone!

Cricket Wireless customer service dept

On sept 1st I had multiple issues with supervisors i was hung up on by one manager of operations. ( junior id# 11439). I called back and was talking to another supervisor ( Caroline) and she told me something completely different from the first 2 supervisors and when asked for her id# she refused to give it to me. I than asked to be transferred to her superior ( Karen#kc1208) and once again was not helped and was told something different again than the rest I asked to once again be transferred to her supervisor she transferred me to ( Peter#11916) who stated he was the lead supervisor and no one was above him to talk to.
I was trying to transfer one number from my family plan to boost mobile do a service issue for that area where that phone belongs to my worker and boost had the best coverage in it all was well up until I proceeded to do it than the issue was oh your line has been cancelled and upon talking to the account holder and myself we both stated we did not cancel anything . But your team stated there was nothing they could do for me and I was hung up on by junior # 11439, but once I complained about moving all of my accounts it was oh we can wave the reactivation fee for you and was quoted $45 than $30 than $40 and than by the last supervisor I was told $82 and when I became angry she stated no I will charge you only $67. Dealing with cricket wireless today cost me approximately 1600$ in losses from work the new activation I had to get with boost because an error on a store rep and I lost when I paid for the number originally on the bill.
This by far was the worst customer service I have dealt with ever from them and being a general manager with boost mobile for 12 years is outrageous and the amount of money it cost me in dealing with the untrained reps and by far the worst supervisors ever all listed!

Cricket Wireless zte sonata 3

Several of my contacts can't call me. They're getting error message "person you're trying to reach is not receiving calls at this time". More than one person is getting that message. Recently my daughter who lives out of town was in a car accident and she kept getting that message when trying to call me. This is ridiculous.
In addition to all that now I'm getting " server is unavailable try again later " when trying to place a call. I'm so aggravated with love this phone and the service.

I've been a Cricket customer for several years. We don't have a lot of use for all the fancy add-on stuff, just basic phone usage for the family. Started at GameStop and have done upgrades at the local (Woodstock, GA) store.
No problems.
Until tonight.
Went to the Cricket store to buy a phone. All I want is the phone. Nothing else since I can do the upgrade myself and save the $25 they stab you for. And not a high-level phone, just a basic replacement phone.
I've worked with Sarah and Devonte (sp?) in the past who have been extremely helpful.
Tonight, 8/28/17, someone new started helping. I told him all I wanted was the phone. He stated he'd have to charge the $25 for the upgrade. I told him I don't want him to do it and I'll be doing it. He came back stating sternly, "Sir, I'm the expert, not you. I'm the one to do the upgrade and it'll cost to do it."
WTF!
You give me attitude like that? You, the current face of Cricket, and you treat a customer in such a way?
Screw you!
I stayed calm and started to tell him I've done this in the past and its no big deal.
He said, "SIR, I'M NOT selling you just the phone" and immediately walked away.
Yep, this store off Hwy-92 in Woodstock, GA, has just lost my business, and, I hope that a-hole gets fired.
I've found no issues with Cricket for the past few years, however, this screw-up of an employee just put a bad-mark on what I had found was a decent company.
