Cricket Wireless worker

The worker at cricket wireless in Caruthersville, Missouri is charging more money than what the actual price is supposed to be. I have called few other cricket stores to get a price of what I'm asking for and they all say the same price except for that one. She's the only worker in there & told me a much higher price of what I asked for than the other cricket stores. I believe she needs to be looked into because I'm not the only one she has done this to. The workers name is Nikole Buergin. Seems off that she gives a high price for a service than the other cricket stores.

Cricket Wireless service plan overcharging

I was on autopsy for 3 years, the debit occurred on the 28 th of each month. Last bill charged June 28, July 3 phone service suspended. Called to ask why as they received their payment. Rep told me we did receive your payment but your bank took the money back? I needed service so paid again plus the phone charge fee. Got home checked bank statement, they did not take the money back. So cricket got paid twice 4 days. Fast forward 14 days later, phone service again suspended, now they want $50 to restore service. That's $30 for original month bill+$36 phone charge and now another $50+$6 to restore service in 2 weeks...they insist the bank took the money back (I did have the original amount credited after I saw cricket was trying to double bill for this month. I have paid this months bill and they want another $56 to restore service?! It was a good service while it lasted, but now they are just straight out scammers. Beware!

Cricket Wireless service

What a scam. Horrible company, terrible customer service. Went in with no expectation of joining yet was forced into it while the clerk took my phone and installed the chip. I asked home twice whaat the cost would be and he informed me that it was 30.00.
I did not realize there was a 37.00 activation charge which he never mentioned not even once. Then he rang me up and finally told me it was 67.00. Money I did not have. Even I said no I am not paying, the chip was already in my phone. The company has of course rules and language saying there is absolutely no refund in any way. I mean 67.00 must be nothing to them but they said no and my bank and I got shafted.
I returned the chip within a half hour of the same day of purchase and they refused to refund my money. I will be bombing them until either that location is out of business or I get my money back.

CAUTION DO NO BUY FROM CRICKET!

Cricket Wireless problems activating my new phones/ unable to use the service I paid for

On 6/15/19 I purchased 2 new wireless plans online, with 2 new phones and 2 new sim cards for a total amount of $811.98. Upon receiving my order on
6/18 I attempted to activate my new phones online, but was unable to do so, it said the order was still processing. So I contacted Cricket customer
service to do the activation. The representative was also unable to activate them, and told me there was a technical problem on their end, and told me a
manager would call me back to complete activation. I missed a call from a manager, but when I listened to the voicemail he said to call back with the
phones IMEI numbers and the SIM card numbers, which I called back and provided to them. At this point I was told they were still unable to activate our
phones. I called twice on 6/21, and was told that I would be called back within an hour but I never got a call back from anyone. Today, 6/22 I called yet
again and had to go through explaining everything from the beginning again, nothing had been done to fix the issue yet. So she started another
complaint she told me technical support would work on and get back to me in 2-3 days. At this point I told her I was extremely upset that after 4 calls to
them and all this time, still nothing had been done. I told her if this could not be fixed as soon as possible that I would like a refund. I explained my
frustration at paying so much money and not even being able to have working phones and service for days now. I also explained how frustrated I was
having to call so many times, and feeling like I'm getting the run around, no solutions offered or urgency to fix a problem with their system in a timely
manner. I paid a large amount and I expect to get what I paid for.

Called customer service again (5th time) on 6/23, and had to give them the IMEI numbers and SIM ICCID numbers a third time, but still the representative said he was unable to fix the situation from their end, but he assured me that the complaint would be handled by corporate now. He told me someone would call me from the corporate office on Monday (today-6/24), and they would be able to do the activation for me. It is currently Monday 6/24, 9:13pm EST and I still have not received the call I was promised. Will wait another hour before calling them again.

Cricket Wireless hotspot

We had cricket wireless for two years and never had a problem, until now. We received a text stating that we must stop using the hotspot or they will turn off the service unless we add this feature to the service. We called and asked them to add it, since we were using the feature we thought it was part of the service. They did a compatible check and told us that our phones were not compatible. We couldn't figure why it's not compatible when the hotspot has been working fine. Then the agent told us it's because our phones were not from cricket. In other words they trying to force us to buy their phone to use the hotspot and refuse to allow us to pay for it since we already are using that feature. This is not right and seems more of a devilish marketing strategy to get us to buy new phone. We feel that we should not be forced to purchase a phone from the carrier use to get certain feature when we already paying for the service.

Cricket Wireless zte grand max 2 unlock code

I have been cricket for several years and initially bought a ZTE phone. What a piece of garbage. I then turned it in to their warranty people who promptly replaced it. That ZTE phone took a dive 3 months later. They replaced that one. Finally after the third phone I finally went out and went to a Samsung phone for my personal line. I also have a business line which had several ZTE replacements until finally I got one that worked and has worked for a couple of years. I now want to get a phone with Boost Mobile as they have a mobile hot spot with 50 gigs for $80/ month. Cricket does not offer anything close. I called Cricket to get a ZTE Grand Max 2 phone unlocked that I had purchased from them before I switched to a Samsung. I was on the phone with them for 1 hour before they finally stated to me that they would send me the code the next day. As it turned out they texted it to me within 8 hours. The next day I went to unlock the phone and the code was incorrect! I called cricket again and after almost two hours of talking and being on hold the rep thru up his hands and stated "There is nothing we can do, you will have to buy another phone!" Because this phone was a warranty replacement over 6 months ago we have no records of it. Not acceptable! I paid for the phone why can I not have it unlocked especially since Cricket does not have a competitive offer! So now I have a phone I paid for almost 3 years ago and I took it out of service because it was a piece of garbage and now I cant use it because they cant find their records? Really? I think being on the phone for a total of 3 hours is very poor customer service. They told me the call was recorded and it would be escalated to management. Thats nice but why don't you just get me the unlock code!

Cricket Wireless management service and their at time of policy

I made a purchase of the cell phone and switched my service on Monday May 06, 2019@ 5:10 p.m. CST. On Saturday May 11, 2019 I plugged in the headphones and it will not connect to hear anything. So on Sunday being Mother's Day I didn't got to the store location to switch the phone I preferred to spend that time with my mother. Knowing that I have 7 days to switch it, I called the store when I got off work on Monday May 13, 2019 @5:00 p.m. I was then told by the rep/store manager Amber S that sold me the phone that I had 7 days. Because I made my purchase at 5:10 and it is 5:23 I am over my 7 days time frame. So then I called the 611 as she stated I will have to do because her manager stated they will not switch the phone out because I am after the 7 day. That is the most dumbest [censored] I have ever heard of that if it is at the time on the receipt it is then 7 days. Calling the 611 I spoke with Carla, Chris, and Justin all of no help to get the phone issues resolved. I was told by Amber S the store manager that they will send me another phone and I will not be without which was a lie. Customer care service department told me I will have to take it the UPS store they will look at and then I will get the like new one in 2 days. I was also told that I can go buy a new at the full price and then send back this phone and they will give me the value of it on a returned used phone. So that is telling me from the start that it is all Bullcrap. If I would have know that I was going to go through all of this to save 20.00 a month I would have stayed with y previous company. I would not recommend anyone to switch to cricket due to the poor service they provide, the lies, the made up rules. As I opened this site to place my complaint I noticed that there is 473 complaints and 0 are showing resolved. This is a load of unprofessional service and assistance from the store all the way up to the top of the chain. When I made the call to the customer care department they advised that the store giving the information that the 7 day is from the time of your receipt purchase is the most stupid thing that they have heard of also and that the store is not linked with them at the customer care service for they should have made it as of the end of business day. But the store manager stated that it is from the time of purchase. I will be going back to my old provider due to the lack of professionalism and their own made up rules.

Cricket Wireless leasing misrepresentation

On 28 Mar 2019, at exactly 5:22 PM I consummated a service deal with on of your franchises (dealers) located at 85 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324.

I had decided to move my 15 year service from SPRINT (big mistake now) and retain my phone number. I elected for a service plan at $55 / month for one line. I elected a new Galaxy S9 phone, after inquiring whether there was an option to lease the phone. I was told that the option was available, and I responded with a second question, "How much is the lease per month?" To which the salesperson (the dealership owner I believe) answered "$49.99". I thought about the lease being equal to the monthly service plan for a few minutes, but then agreed. After being asked if I wanted the protection plan, I turned that down.

When the sales person brought the phone out, he laid numerous accessories on the table that included a case, screen cover, etc... He began to ring them up, and I stopped him and said, I said I did not want them. He proceeded to tell me they were necessary... even argued with me that the physical protection was required to ensure that the phone would last. I gave him an emphatic "NO" to the accessories. I paid the activation bill which, upon later inspections, was composed of an activation fee ($25), first month's service plan and phone lease payment.

The phone was activated and to date I have been relatively pleased with the service and coverage. Then... a few weeks later... I happened to notice that a second fee for the phone lease (Progressive Leasing) was automatically deducted from my account, then two weeks later again... I managed to log into my lease account only to discover that the lease price quoted to me for the month by the Cricket salesperson was actually a fee that would be charged every two weeks. So instead of $49.99 / month, the lease is actually $108.31 / month! Twice the service plan fee. Upon re-inspection of my sales receipt, I also noticed that in spite of my preference at the time of negotiation, the salesperson also slipped in the Cricket Protection Plan.

I returned to the store today (13 May 2019) to confront the salesperson about the leasing misrepresentation and his only defense was to hand me the leasing company's brochure and tell me I had to take it up with them. I reiterated that the real issue was his misrepresentation of the monthly bill and the deceptive way that the bill had the two week amount on it.

I gave the salesperson ample opportunity to make amends. I insisted he deal with Progressive on my behalf, with the outcome being that arrangement become what he had stated at the time of sale and that the recent withdrawal from my account be refunded. I left while telling him I would deal with it legally. Instead he refused and decided to just immediately physically run and disappear into the back room instead of deal with his customer service problem.

After reading about numerous complaints online I have discovered many other instances of this same deceptive practice. I suspect at this point that the clever deception is one that was previously agreed upon between the Cricket franchise dealer and the leasing company.

Is this practice a Cricket training method for franchisees? It seems so to this customer.

I refuse to quote "try to deal directly with Progressive". Cricket can either fix this in some equitable way, or I will have no recourse but send this narrative to the local Better Business Bureau, the FTC, the State Attorney General's office in Columbus, OH and to heavily report my discontent online on social media. I already chased four customers away in the parking lot in front of the storefront by simply telling my story (and will make random trips back - forever) until something good comes out of this.

I will even hire an attorney if I have to... and yes I will lose money just for the principle of it all in the end if need be.

I have started a file on this problem... This is my first experience with Cricket ever... clichés and simple apologies won't suffice, only actionable remedies.

Dr. Jack Parker

Cricket Wireless no service for 5 1/2 months but they still want me to pay $495.00

In mid-september, 2019 I started to experience serious problems receiving and making any calls on all three of my phone lines from my home. This problem occurred inside or outside of my home. I never received any signal bars on any of my phones. I called cricket and informed them of the problem and opened a work order. They said they would look into it. I called back every two weeks to check on the status. I was told that the cell tower is down and it will be repaired in a week. They told me the same lie every time I called. Finally in december after not having any service for three months I talked with a floor manager and he told me that the tower is still down and the area is in the red (that did not sound good). I told him to take me off the auto pay plan since I am not getting the service they promised me I should be getting. He told me that if I did not pay $90 a month then my service would be terminated. I could make and receive calls if I drove more than 10 miles from my house (I would be on an active working cell tower) and I also did not want to lose the three numbers I had. He left me no choice but to pay for nothing. I have contacted cricket nine additional times to date and talked with many people who all lied to me with the same lies (tower will be fixed in a week). I escalated this problem 4 times with no result. On 2/27/19 my phone rang when I was at home for the first time in 5 1/2 months. It appeared fixed. I called cricket and asked ernesto mejia to speak with a floor manager to discuss a refund. He refused to transfer me and to give me his employee id. But he offered me $25 credit for the inconvenience. Every time I called in and talked to either a supervisor or floor manager I was told that I must continue to pay $90 a month and they will give me a credit once it is fixed. They said they can only give me a one time credit. To me service is only when I can receive and make calls from home and not have to drive 10 miles to starbucks to use my phone.

Cricket Wireless no service for 4 months but they still want me to pay $

Cricket told me the cell tower has been down since September, 2018 in my area and that they are scheduled to fix it in two weeks. I have been told this same thing every time I call them and complain that I have no service. I am going on 4 months of the exact same story from them. I can not make or receive calls on any of the 3 phones that are all in the same household and on the same plan. I am only able to use the phone if I drive 10+ miles away to a Starbuck and then I am able to make and receive calls. To me that is not providing me with service. If I am unable to use the phone at home then I do not have service. I have called many times and wasted a lot of time on hold with this problem. On 1/8/2019 I called them to fine out what is being done. I also told them that I did not want them to take out $90 from my account via autopay and not to turn off my service. The next day they suspended my account on all three phones even after talking with them the day before. I called them and finally talked with a floor manager and she said that I would have to pay the $90.00 inorder for them to turn my account back on. She insisted that I pay for service that she knows they are not providing me with. That sounds illegal to me !
I want a full refund of $90.00 for each month the service has been down since September. I also want to know when the problem will be fixed. It has been escalated three times by the companies managers and still nothing is being done.

Cricket Wireless phone service

i am filing a complaint due to the lack of network connection that takes place at my residents. we have called numerous times on the issue and nothing has been resolved. i have told them the problem is we have 4g phones and a 5g modem in my residence. we even tried to see if we can get new phones that should be free of charge for all the problems we face. I mean we can use our phones great when we're not home but when we're home we have too many problems and i am fed up to my neck with this issue. it is getting to point that i'm going to finish paying off the lease of the two phones then switch to someone else. i'm not planning to go through this anymore. I need a phone that works perfectly an d Cricket is no delivering it to my satifaction.

Cricket Wireless payments and service

My husband is in America for personal matters and he is using a Cricket wireless phone.

My husband's phone has been suspended because the phone bill needs to be paid.

I called the phone company Cricket to pay for my husband's phone bill (but) because I have an overseas bank card, the company will not accept payment. My husband needs to have his phone on (but) the company will not accept overseas bank cards.

My husband then had to use the company Teleconnect to call me Because of the inconvenience and grief Cricket wireless phones has caused us.

Teleconnect can use bank cards from overseas (but) NOT Cricket !

Because of the inconvenience of Cricket, my husband had to call me through Teleconnect. It cost $40 DOLLARS per phone call for less then 10 minutes a call. My husband had to make 3 phone calls costing in total $120 DOLLARS because Cricket doesn't accept overseas bank cards to pay for a phone bill.

My husband has health problems, he can not make any calls out and he cannot receive any incoming calls because his phone is suspended because the bill needs to be paid ( but ) Cricket will not accept overseas bank cards.

That's the only way my husband can contact anybody is by phone, my husband needs his phone on.

* Cricket this is NOT acceptable for a phone company, especially with today's technology to not accept overseas bank cards.

* Teleconnect this is NOT acceptable robbing people with your ridiculous high phone chargers.

Both companies should be ashamed of themselves how they operate in business, and especially how they look after their customers !

Cricket Wireless csr horrible and overcharged, cheated

I am writing in regards to an experience and purchase made at a Cricket authorized retailer at 3160 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746. I went into the store to add 2 lines to my plan. The First person Axel Amador was completed inattentive. He seemed to be doing what I requested but he was on the phone speaking Spanish which I do not understand for about 15 minutes, I asked was there a problem and he said no he was completing the process. He never asked me any questions but the phone number and pin number. Then 2 female workers walked in and they started laughing and joking and talking in Spanish. Next Axel's personal phone rang and he told the other worker, Monica Trinidad to complete it and she started typing. There was no one else in the store on 12/14/18 at approximately 2:20pm to 3:40pm which is how long I was there getting a phone. Then Axel came back during the process and Monica stated that she is not sure what he was doing, he started working on it again and then he got another personal call and walked out again and left the other young lady to complete it. At that time, I asked what numbers was and she stated that she didn't know until I paid then she will get the numbers and she stated that again she was not sure what he had done. Once the process was done, she gave me the numbers and they were Florida numbers. I was upset and stated that I do not live in Florida and I am catching a flight in a couple hours. I need the number resolved. She said the computer generated numbers on its own and it isn't their fault and I explained that they did not change the area code, they did not ask me any questions and probably because the guy, Axel was taking a personal call and he started the process and left them to complete. But Both Ladies especially Monica was rude and indignant as if I created the problem. When in reality, none of them seemed to know what they were doing and didn't care because there is no one to answer to and they already had my money. She stated that the numbers were ported but they were not, I never lived in Florida and was getting new lines. And if they were ported, I am not sure from who but my phone should be free and they owe them me a refund. They completely botched this purchase and I did not get what I paid for and I was cheated. I plan to file a dispute with my card. Cricket needs to do better with their customer service because those workers were intentional rude. They told me oh well basically just pay to change the number, they lied about the manager, they stated that they got a credit for the number change but I would have to wait 2 hours and I was about to catch a flight home. There was no concessions at all for their lack of professionalism and blatant error. I called the 1 800 number multiply times and talked to many people who gave me bad info, hung up, or just stated that they couldn't help me and no one else could either. Darlene was the1st csr on the phone and she hung up and didn't call back, Hector the 2nd csr on the phone was completely rude and hung up after he had me on hold for 15minutes, then Franklin same issue, then Julio, he was very nice and tried to help but in the end he gave me ticket# that did not resolve anything and no one called me back as he stated and nothing resolved, then last, William who just outright stated that he couldn't do anything period I would have to fly back to Florida or basically Cricket just stole my money because he stated that they ported someone's numbers and charged me for phones for ported numbers to cover their negligence in not giving the correct area phone numbers. I am completed frustrated, angry, disheartened, and unappreciated. I have dealt with ATT and cricket for a long time and have not experienced anything like this. In fact, I only dealt with cricket because of ATT but this experience may have lost cricket a customer and started a problem where I will no longer refer cricket because if a problem like this occurs and you cannot get help, it is a problem. There is no way that you can only deal with the direct store to resolve a problem when you can go anywhere to get a phone. This is horrible business. I had no problem In Seattle when I started the plan. Someone needs to contact me and create a resolution and even if it a contractor they are representing Cricket wireless so there needs to be some checks and balances. I want a refund for the phone because they were ported numbers supposedly and I wanted the correct area, phone numbers. I can be contacted at [protected].

Cricket Wireless accessories that were added without my consent or knowledge

On December 3rd 2018 I'm visit the Cricket Wireless communication store at 1445 West Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster Texas 75146. I was helped by the manager Mariah D as I had several transactions that I wanted to complete. I first asked how much my balance was because there was a credit on my account from adding my husband's phone to the three lines to make it four lines for $100. I was told that my balance was $46.90 which I paid with invoice number 18022in9538. this left my balance at zero for the for phones I currently had on my account. I inquired about adding a line for my grandson and was told that I could add another line I chose a phone for him that was a Alcatel tetra at 19.99 to add. I was told that there would be a $15 activation fee and a $32 first month service fee I also instructed her to add a case which was on sale for $25 at this time I was told that the total charges would be $92.01 when I inquired why it was so much the manager Mariah stated that I was paying for the phone, the activation fee, the first month service the case and ins that's why the amount was so much. So I paid that on invoice number 18022in 953 9. I also had a replacement phone for my son who was on the account . this was to upgrade my son's phone because it was broken I paid 39.99 for the Moto E5 and there was a account credit of $0.70 that was added I also got him a case for his phone that was valued at $25 there was a bundle coupon that was applied to this account for $25. Right after that I did upgrade my daughter's phone who I had with me she traded her phone which was a Samsung Galaxy amp Prime 2 and received a $20 credit I opted to get her the Moto E V Cruz and was charged a $25 upgrade fee and there was a $0.70 credit apply to the account there was a $25 charge for the glitter case and a $25 credit added to the account to cover the case the total for her transaction was $93.66. again I was told that this was because she was upgrading the phone and received a new case. I also inquired about a six line for my business and was told that I could only put five lines on an account so I opened a new account for the business line that invoice number is 18022in 9541 I paid $109.99 for a Stylo 3 in rose gold I paid $62 for the first month of service and $25 for the case and was also giving a $25 credit for the account bringing my total to $224.3 I enquired about why was so much and was told again that it was due to the phone, the activation fee, and the case. while they were setting up the phones all the receipts were placed into the boxes of the phone so I was not aware of what was actually being put on the receipts because everything was going on at one time. Later that night my daughter decided that she wanted to change her phone to the Stylo 3 that I had for my business I called the store and spoke with Mariah d and was told that it would be around $100 for the trade-in for the phone that I have purchased yesterday before. When I arrived at the store I was given a price of $119. I inquired on why it was so much when the difference between the 109.99 phone and the 39.99 phone was only $60 where what's the additional money coming from. I was told that that was the taxes so I enquired why would I pay $40 taxes on an item that is $60. That is when she told me that the system would not allow her to exchange the case but yet she wanted to keep the case and charged me for a new one for the new Stylo 3 phone. At this point I became concerned so I ask her to to call a manager and inquire about the price she then told me that the manager advised her of how to enter the information to provide me the credit. But once again when the total came out the total came out to be $90.69. she told me I would just have to pay this amount and get a credit from the store at a later date. all the phones that were purchased on December 3rd there was either a 40 or $50 charge for cellhelmet Which is a liquid that goes over the phone for protection. I was never informed that this was being added to each and every phone as I have purchased a brand new case for protection that came with a screen protector. So when I discovered this I called and was told that I would need to go into the store to discuss the issue because customer service could only advise me of the payments that I made online. I went to the store and spoke with Brianna. At this time I was advised that Mariah knew that she was adding all these charges to those phones without giving me the advice. So I inquired as to why would I purchase a $50 protection liquid for a phone that was only $19.95 for my grandson and all the other phones because I purchase new cases for that protection. She called a supervisor and I was told that these were accessories that they would not be refunded. I asked for a refund because these items were not purchased nor discussed by me and Mariah. I was told that all sales are final that there is really nothing that can be done in this case because of the fact that they were accessories. I understand if I had asked for the accessories and then later changed my mind and said I didn't want them I can understand the no return policy. But in this case it's considered theft of my money. Because she added a service to my phones that was not discussed with me nor was I aware of because again all the receipts were placed into the boxes they were never handed to me. And if the cameras were playing that day please review them to see that our receipts were never handed to me they were placed in a box so with this being said I know that she knew that she was stealing from me. I have been taken for around $225. I am requesting a refund of my money for the accessories that I did not order or was aware of. Thank you

Cricket Wireless customer service/ denied service

Pretty sure I was scammed ! (store 3662 W. camp wisdom suite1050 Dallas TX, 75237)
I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy S7 edge($200) from a friend who also has an S8 and the new S9. I have T-Mobile service and my friend service is thru ATT so when I put my sim card inside in asked for a network passcode.11/16 I then took the phone to a local cell phone repair store and they told me that the still belongs to ATT according to the IME # you have to contact them. I also had a Cricket phone with the same problem locked needing a "PUK code" so the guy tells me" there's a Cricket store around the corner "(were inside a mall) so I go there and the manager tells me that he could unlock both phones for $25. ea. I agreed and he took phones to back for a long time which I could sense that something not right! so I stepped out the store for about 15min and came back still not finished, when he finally came out he tell me he cant help me. I said what you mean after all that time, what was you doing to my phones back in that room. They told me that they could ONLY get the phones to work on their network Cricket, because its an ATT phone so I left with both phones still locked. 11/17"Stuck with it " contacted ATT when I got home and they said we can unlock the phone but its still registered to the original owner. called my friend and ask him to have his wife to call ATT and advise them that she no longer use the phone and to release the IME number lock so I could use the phone with any carrier. FWD that went through OK and fast so back on track, called ATT and they said on 11/16 the phone was activated with Cricket. I knew it I knew it ! some how that feeling I had was really real ! all that time in back with my phones now make since, he was back in that office activating my phone IME number under Cricket. I was pretty" tripped out" how they did something so slick (so they though) so now i thought no problem just call Cricket and explain to them what happen and cancel ! Wrong ... they told me not only is the phone not registered to Cricket, we don't have an account in your name, they then as me to turn on the phone see if it works. phone didn't work no service. So we are all thinking what's going on .. there's an activation to the IME number but phone has no service ! After Cricket customer service advised me to not take the phone back to the store they are the cause of this problem. didn't see no alternative since they couldn't verify an account, took phone back to the same store and i have to say they really tested my cool ! first one of the two ladies there flat out told me i didn't know what talking about because "you don't have an account with us" so i asked here to just listen to what im saying and where is that guy (supervisor) at ? i was told simply over & over & over & over again he's in a meeting ... i answered at 7pm ? however i could sense by their body language that they were uncomfortable for some reason, so i really start watching them and i could see that the Mexican girl was hiding her phone and texting the supervisor her phone was beeping a lot. so ask her to tell him come to the store there's a matter that needs to be fixed and i wanted to ask him "what did you do to my phones"! i think she was texting and telling him to stay away. i start having this strange feeling again after she told me "im trying to be nice " i told her i have not done anything wrong here i just want the guy to put my phone back to the way it was. i wasn't cursing and swearing at all despite the games. so i said since you guys have done something to my phones that they only work with Cricket so i want to sign up since there's already an account, so funny how they responded. first they went to the back and had a meeting( "what can we do now meeting"). so the Mexican lady tells me that she don't want to do it and "we ran out of sim cards " so i told her there's an unknown sim card already in the phone that was put in by that supervisor, then she start talking Spanish and there were no Hispanics in the store ! so again requested the supervisor " he's still in a meeting" that some BS ! so I said you guys think your smart ill prove other wise, I paused for a min. and said ill just take the phone to another store and let them activate it and they got really upset because they knew it would work. that's what I did went to another store 5min away got phone activated with service that I didn't want and that I was scammed into. (for some reason they were trying to disable my phone for use ?) I already had 2 lines with another carrier not needing any more just was trying to upgrade my phone. the other store 116 camp wisdom 75116 was very pleasant helpful and nice enough to listen ! I would like a full refund and cancellation of that Cricket account and my phones IME # be cleared from Cricket Wireless ! THANK YOU

Cricket Wireless cell phone service

I am extremely unsatisfied with my service I have been provided. I specifically explained all my issues to John the manager at the Cricket store on waters and Armenia avenue in Tampa, FL. The service is no good which according to customer service is because the closest cell tower is over 2 miles away. The day I activated the family plan I told John about the cell plans we had and how long we had been with the companies and what can we expect from bringing our cell phones over from other companies. He stated everything will be fine. One of our metro pcs phones would not accept your sims card. John stated we simply had to call Metro to unlock no problem. When I called Metro they stated no they would not meaning I now have to buy a phone from Cricket. I was willing to endure the costs of the set back but I had to wait until that Friday when I got paid. I went in and spoke to John again and advised the device I had did not work with his sims card and I understand mistakes happen but I would like the cost of the phone for bringing your phone number with you since I brought my number to Cricket and he stated no he could only give me upgrade price and this made me so angry but what can I Do? I have no choice so I buy some cheap cricket phone at upgrade price. He then goes to tell me I have to repay for a new sims card and activation of sims. I told him I just wanted the phone that I already had a sims card I paid for and ill put it in the new phone myself. He said he couldn't do that. This pissed me off beyond belief. I just spent $200 4 days prior on sims cards and activation where he assured me twice in one day that my phone would work. So now I have this Cricket phone with no service and ADS THAT POP UP EVERY HALF HOUR! unwanted ads. I am so unsatisfied with cricket and would never recommend to anyone I know. I would like full reimbursement for everything on my acct. Prorated service reimbursement is acceptable so I can take my business to a more competent company. The date this incident occurred was 11/12/2018 and the Cricket phone was purchased on 11/16/2018. I attempted to get my acct number but my phone will not process the app. The app keeps stopping. The phone number on the acct is [protected] and it has 3 lines on the plan. I want and require full reimbursement of all monies paid.

After continued attempts to retrieve account number I can not access the app to retrieve account number. Maybe you will be able to pull it up since I cant.
