crest/luminous brites / unauthorized chages

Unauthorized Charges.this company credited my account for $88.97 on 12-04-2008 for a product I never ordered .so now I'm requesting my full refund or credit my account and Please remove me from your e-mail scam list . I cant Believe A company so big would con people into this scam.would like your attention into this matter to resolve as soon as possible .
