Credit One Bank card being declined and me still getting billed over a $100.

I have been a member with Credit One Bank since 2009. I have this card to help build my credit back up. This year I have had 2 incidents of being charged when my card has been declined. First time at a Carl's JR using an ATM machine, I was declined, I looked online after I got home and it said pending actions $100.00. When I never got the money. Just yesterday I tried using my Credit Card to get some gas at a Chevron, it also declined me. I look online this morning and once again it says pending charges of $126.00 when my card was declined and I never got any gas from there. This CREDIT CARD is bad!

Credit One Bank total scam

I never applied for a credit one credit card. They sent me a card that I trashed and never activated. I started getting bills for a card that was never activated and used with a fees of $25 every month. Called the customer care rep - said that I had opened the account (LIE) and had all the info on me. Asked him to delete the account and also inquired how could the card be used without activation - he hung up the phone on me. They are pure scammers .. stay away from them!

Called another rep and then had to talk with the manager to cancel the account. Fraudulent company - dont forget to report identity theft after getting your account closed.

I signed up for Credit One to help boost my credit rating. I already had three cards from reputable companies and paid the balance in full every month. I had no problem with the annual fee (although outrageous), but they do have the hidden fees. Did not read fine print. My fault. Have written them to cancel my account. They ignore it. THAT screams fraud. I paid online so now I have to go to the bank and my lawyer tmw in case they decide to use my bank digits to clean me out.

Credit One Bank credit protection

In October of 2010 I became a casualty of the economy and was laid off. I wnet on unemployment and tried to continue to make my payments on all my obligations. In January things began to get extremely tight financially. I started to look at many options. I looked at my credit cards and realized that when I opened them a number of years ago I had opted in for the credit protection. On January 26th I called my four credit card companies credit protection. CapitalOne was awesome, very easy to initiate the protection and theyh said they would go back to the event in October that triggered the need and credit my account from that point and continue the payments. I need to contact them when I return to work and if they need anything they will contact me. Discover, was another somewhat positive experience, they initiated the benefits and said they would send a form which I needed to complete and return with a copy of my unemployment benefits, not problem, done and benefits were activated. CreditOne, I applied the sane way, they told me they would let me know. I did not hear from them but I went online and noticed they made a minimum payment on the account on 2/2. Great, so I thought, benefits were activated. Not so fast. Shame on me, I did not go online and watch the accounts every month, but let's say I have not been in the best frame of mind as I am used to being fully employed. I receive a letter dated 3/21 stating that I received a letter 30 days ago saying a Benefits Activation Form was to be completed and returned to evaluate continued eligibility. They did not receive the form back so my benefits have been terminated.
How can I mail a form back that I have not received? Since I began the process of activating my benefits I have maintained a file with my original handwritten notes of the calls to all the companies, their response and what the process was. I have all my documentation filed in a folder with other items I need to keep track of during this time. Any forms sent for re-verification from the other companies were immediately returend. I am currently receiving my continued unemployment benefits and print my statements every week in case anyone needs them. Why would I not take advantage of a service I have paid for?

CreditOne Credit Protection is a scam! I have contacted them and now I am in the process to look at joing a current class action against them that is in process for not paying on their benefits. All I ask is that the company honor the services that are contracted and paid for!

Credit One Bank billing for a card I never activated

I never evevn heard of these people before I actually received a card from them in the mail, which I DID NOT apply for. I ignored it, since the letter said I could call and activate it, or if I did not, it would automatically be cancelled. WRONG! Instead a couple weeks later I get a bill for $75 for the "annual fee". When I called the customer service number on the bill, a recording thanked me for activating my card! When I finally got ahold of a real person they were decent enough and said they would remove the charge and close my account (which I never applied for!). He also said to disregard any future offers, which I replied with firmly stating I didn't ever want to hear a word from them again. So beware just ignoring the cards they sent, make sure you get ahold of someone right away and be straight forward or they will just send you bills for nothing!

Credit One Bank phone harassments

Credit One Bank [protected]) has been calling my home number for over a month now asking for people who do not even live in my home. I have no account or business with this company. I tell them EVERYTIME that person does not live here and to stop calling. The call again and ask for a different name the next time... I told them to add my home number on their do not call list. They have NOT stop calling...each time it is for a different person. They are very rude and say they talked to that person from this number the day before. That is not true... How do I get them to stop calling? Who do I report them? They continue to harass us...they are rude even when we requested to speak to supervisor and they are rude. How do we stop them?

Credit One Bank false closure

I paid off my bill and asked to cancel my account because of the high interest rate and their "inability" to lower it. The representative that I talked to told me I was canceled and to call up any companies which had re-occurring monthly charges and give them a different credit card to take payments from. I reconfirmed with the rep on the phone that I was completely through with this company and would receive no more billing statements. He agreed. A month and a half later I receive a call from them stating an overdue balance and asking for payments. I explained to them that I had canceled the account, but they disagreed and told me I just "closed it" which means they still allowed a re-occurring charge to take place. Then added all their fees on top of it. Then added a late fee as well. They refused to work with me even though it was their employee who lied to me and confirmed my completion of everything. This company is a bunch of crooks with no customer support. I refused to pay them their ### charges and am sick of arguing with a bunch of Indians from another country about it. Don't ever use Credit One Bank for anything!

Credit One Bank account not closed

I paid off my account with Credit One Bank credit card in December 2010. In January 2011, I closed my account with them. When I closed the account, I wrote down the customer service rep's (CSR) name and the confirmation number that he gave me. As of April 2011, my account is still open. I have attempted to call Credit One Bank, but after entering my account number and dialing the "0" prompt to talk with a CSR; the line goes DEAD. I have called many times and I cannot connect with a human being. I now have "annual fee" charges for the month of February, March, and a late fee. I am sure that this failure to close my account is placing negative glitches on my credit report. What am I to do now?

I received a Credit One offer in the mail. After READING it front to back and doing my homework. The fees are terrible. Annual fee for first year is 75 dollars and every year after that is 99 dollars, plus payment fees ect. So I taken out my lighter and set the paper on fire and discarded the ashes. My credit wasn't great "620". I went with capital one and started off with typical 300 dollar balance. I been paying my monthly payments before its due and paying more then the minimum every month, on my cards. Now my credit and credit limit are through the roof. I now own a home and a new car. For the.people complaining...You got to do your homework and read everything. Stop acting on impulse. No matter what CC you have keep your card balance at 0 or less then 25% of the credit limit.

My experience is that when you "close" an account, it is never closed. This has been the norm for 40+ years. If you can ever get a rep ask that they send you a letter - yes via US mail, stating the account has been closed. Then you need to keep the letter for eternity so when you pass, your kids won't owe back fines to an account you closed 40 years ago. If you can't get a rep, you might have to drive to their office even if it is another state.

Credit One Bank payment unacknowledged

I've been with Credit One Bank since they were known as FNBM. Their customer service has always been difficult to deal with: For one thing, it would be better for their customer service representatives to have a better command of the language of their customer base (I am a linguist who speaks 3 languages, and I have a terrible time understanding Credit One Bank's service dept.; Second, they have a minefield of fees that are networked by a twisted policy that makes even a small balance snowball very quickly into a monster debt. When I tried to make large payments to catch up the balance to bring it down, they extended my credit limit repeatedly, effectively maintaining a crushing interest and penalty rate. Can this company just keep on doing this to their customers? This repertoire of unethical practices usually leads companies like this into the Class Action Lawsuit realm. My advice to others: Stay away from Credit One Bank!

This company doesn't post monthly payments in timely manner in order to apply $32 late fee to the account. So I began making online payments, despite the exorbitant $7.95 online payment fee. Again, my payment wasn't posted to my account in a timely manner and a $32 late fee was applied to my account. I was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do. They can't ensure my payments will post in a timely manner when mailed. They can't ensure that my payments will post in a timely manner when made online. They can't issue a courtesy credit for late fees, even though my payments are always far in excess of the minimum amount due and have always been paid on time (even though these two were not applied on time). I am an American who lives in America and can never get someone who can speak clear, unbroken English. This company charges excessive fees and provides beyond poor customer service. DO NOT CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Credit One Bank transacion out side of united states

This credit one bank company has the worst customer service. This company does not take the time to verify once security information. Lots of fraud transactions go through and they do not verify. They have high fees and are always charging the customer with any type of fee to keep making money off the customer. For customers who have been with them for a long time there is no consideration and they are loyal to their customers. They are just another money making company that make their money by taking advantage of the naive customer.

Credit One Bank unfair business practices

I have been charged by Credit One Bank, who sends my billing statements each month charges from a company that piggybacks off credit one bank name TLG which has and is presently charging my account $13 a month and I have not heard a word from them -no mail from nothing saying thank you nor any items of any kind, nothing to read have they sent me anything. I have explained this to credit one bank customer service and get the same results mind you I only had a $250 dollar credit limit. Isn't there laws that protect people from these type of theives? Or do they all have to wait for their primere on American Greed.

Credit One Bank uses unfair business practives, irresponbily reports negative information to credit bureau's, refuses to work with consumers, and charges ridiculous fee's, even when the account has been and was requested to be CLOSED by the consumer. I paid off ALL purchases, including all accrued interest, as well as interest on the monthly charges I disagreeed with, wrote a letter, made calls speaking to so called "supervisors", ye t they refuses to stop charging a closed account. Now they are reporting it to credit bureau's, even though I paid what I deem proper. Also, during the course of months, I have been harrassed by phone calls (at one time, counted approx 12 in a 72 hour period). THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD and it is no wonder people go bankrupt and have stress related health issues, even when the consumer has paid up.

I completely agree. It happened to me.
I tried applying for a credit increase through their web and as a result, they sent me another credit card. I never activated the card and as I work a lot and almost never have free time, did not contact them to inquire why they sent me a new card when i applied for credit increase. Well, i was soon to realize they were interested in changing a monthly fee for having their card which was never activated. There was no attempt to get in contact with me to advise about the fee and as a result, due to a $13 fee, they sent my info to collection impacting my Credit tremendously. They just play people.
Disappointed the least, I can say. I contacted them regarding the misunderstanding and they told me to send a letter explaining the misunderstanding, but as a reply, they stated they could not contact the CB to remove my name from collection. Fortunately, they canceled the account in question. I will be canceling the main account this week.

I have a credit one account to help? ha ha my credit score. I was off work and had disability insurance through them. I filed for it and never was a payment made to my account. Credit one froze my account so i cancelled the disability claim because I was making the payments anyway. They are saying they may not be able to unfreeze my account I have to qualify over again. I never can speak with an english speaking person. They are definitely a rip off. I will never charge another thing on it. Well mostly I never did anyway it was mostly all fees that they charge. I want to close but Am afraid I will get more fees and a bad rating on my credit report. Catch 22 here Very deceptive. company

Credit One Bank harassment

My fiance & I both have had Credit One cards for about 6ish months. We've usually been on time with our payments with 1 or 2 late payments. When we've had those late payments, we usually pay twice the minimum payment, yet when I check our accounts online, the payment has posted but we're still either very near or over our credit limits (small limits). Then they will call my cell phone from 8am until almost 9pm, some times one call right after another! This morning alone, I was woken up by 4 calls in a row! When I answered they asked for my fiance. I informed them that the number they were calling was NOT his number. Later this afternoon, I noticed I had some more missed calls from a PRIVATE number, my phone automatically rejects unknown/private calls. I switched the setting to allow the calls to see if I would get called again & sure enough, just before 6 I got a phone call from a private number & I answered it. They were looking for my fiance again. To this day I've blocked 4 800 numbers from Credit One. I know our payments are late but I'm a stay at home mom & my fiance lost his job at the end of August & he just started a new job yesterday so it will be at least 2-3 weeks before he gets a decent paycheck & we get all of our bills caught up! I'm going to ask my fiance to just pay off both accounts to close them. Credit One is worse than Conn's when it comes to payment reminder calls! I know my credit is bad but I really REALLY regret getting a card with them!

Yes we've had late payments because my fiance does offshore work & a couple of his jobs were canceled because of the oil spill. There was no point in claiming unemployment because they would get 3-5 day jobs which didn't bring in half as much as he was getting paid by going offshore. I also had a medical emergency between then & had to pay medical bills on top of our regular bills...like I said, when we would make the payment, we'd double up but it was for nothing because once the payment posted it was like we hadn't even made the payment. He's since started a new job, which is on land & more steady with more hours & pay so we should be back on our feet next month.

Yes, I am a credit risk but they also claim to help rebuild credit with their cards. This was a line one of the reps fed me when I said we were more than likely going to pay off & cancel the cards when we could.

Credit One Bank fees

Do not open an account with this company they will rip you off. I canceled this card a year ago and just recived a bill for 8.25 annual fee also saying if I don't pay I will receive a 35.00 late fee. My husband and I are in the process of purchansing a new home and do not want this to show up on our credit report and non payment. I reported this company to the better business bureau and suggest you all repot them too. Maybe if a enough complaints are received something can be done. This company is ripping off alot of hard working people. Please go to the better business bureau website and submit a complaint on this company.

Instead of filing complaints, you should have read the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you opened the card. You can't decide you don't want to follow terms and conditions if you don't agree. Learn how to read first before you make an ### of yourself.

Received a credit card from this crooked bank. I checked my credit file only to learn that my credit score was 750. Credit One Bank issued me a visa card with a $300.00 credit limit. I too received a bill for $75.00 a month and a half before I ever received a card. I don't understand how Credit One Bank is charging people $75.00 processing fee when they are not obtaining credit reports from the three major credit bureaus. I happen to work in a law firm and the attorney is filing a class action law suit for Deceptive Banking Practices, Fraudulent Banking Practices, SEC Violations. Will keep you posted

Credit One Bank problem with online payment

My name is Jay Burton. I recently was granted a credit card account with Credit One Bank. My account number is :
[protected] . My phone number is " [protected]", my e-mail address is "[protected]@verizon.net " . My current address is:
" 7427 North Shore Road-- Norfolk, Va. 23505 ". On July 3o, 2010, my minimum balance due was " $25.00 ". I made a " $75.00" payment,
and with the express payment, additional fee of " $9.95 ", which made the total amount of my payment " $84.95 ". I requested that this payment be debited from my " SAVINGS ACCOUNT ", and was given the confirmation number " [protected] ", after confirming twice, the exact amount, and the from my" SAVINGS ACCOUNT ". The next day, I logged on line to the " Creditonebank " website, and did infact have the available credit amount of " $75.00 ". I went out of town a few days. I took my grandson to a fast food resturant, and attempted to charge " $5.35 ", and the employee in drive thru told me my transation was " declined ". I fortunately had enough money in my pocket to pay for my grandson's order. I instantly called "Creditonebank", customer service, and was very rudely told my payment was returned for "NSF", the money was not available in my account.I responded, if attempts were made through my checking, instead of savings, then the funds would have been available.I was told attempt was definitely from my savings account, and I needed to make a payment "ASAP"
I went "CHARTWAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION", and was told Creditone, did indeed attempt payment from the checking account, and was charged "$29.00" "NSF".I was also charged "$35.00 late fee", and "$35.00" returned payment fee, from Creditonebank, who refused after 50 minute phone call, and being transfered 6 times. They apologized, and understood, and would deduct the late fee, not the $35.00 returned fee, nor the $29.00 "NSF" CHARTWAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, charged my account. I did offer to fax my bank statement to verify the
funds were indeed available in my "SAVINGS ACCONT", on August 2nd, 2010 when the attempt to withdraw funds.

Thank you,
Jay C. Burton

Credit One Bank double withdrawal from my bank account for monthly payment.

One May 24 and 25, 2010 I made three attempts to pay $500 on my Credit One Bill. The first two attempts were on-line and both indicated they failed. The third attempt was by phone and went through. In truth the second and third attempts went through, completely depleting my bank account; I had left $500 in the bank account as I was leaving town for a few days and would need to use my ATM. In the interim, using my ATM card for minor purchases, my account had been wiped out by credit One. Then a $10 fee was levied against my account when funds had to be transferred from my savings account to cover the ATM charges.

I called Credit One Bank as soon as I realized what had happened. I was furious and felt duped. I demanded they immediately transfer one of the two deposits back to my bank account. I spoke first with Annie Anderson, then with Mack Miller, both of whom had Middle Eastern Accents. Both told me the funds would be transferred in 48 to 72 hours. I told them that was preposterous, the money is mine, they wrongfully took it and I want it back today; that's good business!

They both held their party line. I asked to speak with Mack Miller's supervisor and was put on hold for about half an hour, maybe forty-five minutes, his supervisor, William Jones was unavailable to speak with me. I asked repeatedly if these where their true names and was assured they were. I do not believe these are their true names. I do not believe they can't transfer my funds back to me today!

I told them if I cannot talk with William Jones, I would like to talk with their Board Member, Robert DeJong. I was put on hold for another protracted period of time. When Mack Miller returned to the phone he said he had asked to be approved to transfer the funds to me today, but he did not yet know if that action was approved. He assured me he would call me back within one hour.

He has still not called me back and it has been almost two hours.

Credit One Bank customer service is clueless!

I opened a card with Credit One four months ago. I made my first payment online and I had no problems. Next month I made my payment the same way. Come to find out almost two weeks later, that my payment was returned. Until today, I've spoken to the company several times and no one has been able to explain to me as to why I can not make a payment. I've spoke with my bank who explained everything was clear on their end. I've made several other payments with the same bank information on three other accounts since then with no problems whatsoever. I finally spoke to a supervisor who could only tell me that I can no longer make payments through my checking or savings account and the reason is because "I must have done it wrong" and now I'm blocked. Being that I haven't had any problems with any other accounts and no one ever gave me a clear answer, I truely feel they just wanted to charge charge me the additional fee they charge for debit card payments. I do not feel comfortable giving out my debit card information for fraud protection so I was trying to avoid going down that route all together. I got so fed up with these customer service reps who don't know what is going on and with the supervisor who I found plain rude, offensive and unwilling to help that I just asked him to just make my payment with my debit card and cancel my account. His response? "Hold." I was transfered back to a customer service rep who took my payment and I had to ask her if my account was going to be canceled. They obviously do not educate their employees or value their customers!

Credit One Bank overall experience is disgusting

I know that when you begin to take the steps to repair bad credit because of poor choices in the past, you have to face obstacles such as high APR's, low credit limits, and upfront fees; however, one experience you should never have is poor customer service. I opened an account with Credit One Bank less than six months ago. I am in good standing financially, but my credit is poor, so typically I will charge something on the account and pay it off within the same month just to create good credit history. My two biggest complaints with this company are the website and the customer service department. The website doesn't update itself like most credit card websites, there are fees to pay your bill online, and they are always trying to get you to sign up for optional programs, even calling your home to make sure you are aware of their offers. When you make a payment online, it doesn't show as pending, so many months I have made a payment, and was nervous a few days later when it wasn't showing a payment had been made. So then, I have to call customer service...

Oh customer service, how I wish you could do better. I am a Customer Experience Manager for a major security company in North America, so I am always observant of the good, bad, and ugly when it comes to how other companies provide service in person and over the phone. I have high standards personally, but still try to interact from the perspective of the common man. So, recently I have been getting calls from Credit One Bank with a recorded advertisement for a credit protection program. Tonight, I decided to stay on the line to see if I could speak to someone about flagging my account so that I would not be called any more. The lady on the line...well, let me first say, I am a Mexican American, very proud of my heritage, and enjoy the fact that America is full of various cultures; however, when you live in America for an extended period of time or are born here, you understand, truly, how Americans speak to one another, conversationally. So, when I speak to someone at a call center that I know is not located in the U.S., that piece of my experience is missing. No matter how hard that representative tries, the American connection is not there, and when you are dealing at times with technical and detailed matters, it is imperative that the conversation be easy and fluid. Needless to say, the Credit One Bank call center is not located in the U.S.

So, here is the breakdown:

1. First lady I spoke to would not listen, went ahead and enrolled me in the credit protection program, even though I told her not to numerous times, and pretty much hung up on me before I could verify with her what changes had occurred on my account.
2. Called the credit protection department back within 1 minute of the previous call and received a recording saying they were closed. I laughed. It's funny, really, it is.
3. Called customer service and the young lady advised that the credit protection department was open, and that she would need to transfer me. I was transferred, and quickly heard a recording that they were closed. I ate some pizza and laughed again, maybe not as much as the first time.
4. Called customer service back, and spoke to my nemesis, "Amber", which by the way, isn't her name. It just isn't. I tried to tell her about my issue, and she said that she couldn't help and that I needed to speak to the credit protection department. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, and she told me no, and continued to emphasize that I needed to talk to the right department and that they were in fact open. I told her she was misinformed, that they were in fact not open, and again requested a Supervisor. She placed me on hold and came back advising that THE Supervisor, I guess there was only one, was on the phone with another customer and I would need to call back in an hour to try again. I asked if the Supervisor could just call me back when she was available. Amber was not on board with this idea. So, I then gave the option to just hold on the line, so that when the Supervisor was available, I could just be transferred over. Amber must have really not liked that suggestion because she hung up on me. Oh Amber, why do you have to be like that?
5. Called back and spoke to a much nicer gentleman, and asked to speak to a Supervisor. He asked what the issue was regarding, I told him, and he placed me on hold. He came back in less than a minute, advised that ALL of the Supervisors were busy, but he could take down my name and number and someone would call me back shortly? I must tell Amber this good news. I gave him the information and hung up, ate some pizza, and waited.
6. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from a Supervisor, who listened without interrupting, apologized, advised the calls would be reviewed and that Amber would be reprimanded "severely", and offered his assistance for any further questions. I asked if he could tell if I was enrolled in the credit protection program, my original question 800 calls ago, he said I was not. I asked him what the direct number was for the credit protection department, he gave it. And, I then asked what the hours were. He placed me on hold, came back, and said, "Thank you for staying on the line. They are open from 8am-8pm EST." I thanked him and ended the call.

So, you be the judge. Could all of my questions been handled with the first call? How can a department call me to enroll me in something that I don't want, when they technically aren't open? The original call to my home was at 7:33CST. I live in Texas. These are the mysteries of the world. I do know that this is strike two for Credit One Bank. I had a previous billing issue that invaded my time and day off, and it took forever to resolve. One more strike, and it's curtains for this card. I have built my credit up enough with other companies, so to lose this one, while I do love the look of the card, would not be detrimental to my financial soul or credit score.

Be warned future cardholders. Do your research before you make a final decision. Be prepared, and be firm. You are in charge of your credit, your finances, and your life. I hope someone finds this helpful, or at least entertaining...

I knew they weren't in the United States! I had to call 3 times today to get info on how to dispute a charge. Each time I got someone with an Indian accent, who only appeared to say what was in their script. What are the chances of that if the were really in states? I'd ask a different question and try to explain, but all the rep would do is repeat the same thing, as if they had no idea as to what I was saying. I finally asked the last rep I spoke to where the call center is located? Of course she said Henderson, Nevada. I told her I know for fact you have to be somewhere else, more than likely overseas. It is so frustrating to have real problem and can't talk to anyone who can't help you unless it's scripted. Outsourcing is such a bad idea, especially if the "outsourcers" don't speak, understand English enough to provider excellent customer service. I will paying off this credit card and closing the account. I really don't need/want this aggravation. And on a side note, my dispute question was not really answered. Although this was an after thought, I logged on the company website and looked under frequently asked questions and got the answer there!

Credit One Bank horrific customer service

I made a payment to Credit One Bank on 2/20/2010. On 2/24/2010 displayed a credit for the payment I made. However, my available credit did not reflect the payment I just made. I called service and the CSR explained that the payment I made need to be verified by my bank. I explained that the funds had infact been released from my bank. The CSR would not let me get a word in edgewise. I explained again. The funds are no longer available at my bank, your self acknowledges the payment, what else needs to be verified. The CSR then tells me the funds I just payed would not be available until 3/02/2010. WOW! This does not make sense. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor, or whomever, immediately rattles off some rhetoric about reverse payments, again I am unable to get a word in, and ignorantly asks if I have ever worked for a bank and explains that she has and that I do not know banking systems. I'm thinking to myself, why would I care, I want to know why my payment I just made is not reflective in my available credit. I asked, "your telling me that it takes 9 days for funds to become available. The supervisor says emphatically, YES! I asked why is this not consistent on a monthly basis. She says "I don't know" wow! I say okay" Let's do this, I want to pay the remainder of the balance tonight and close the card. The supervisor responds, Okay! Places me on hold. I stay on hold for 10 minutes, nothing, I finally hangup because it is obvious what she is doing, waiting for me to hangup. I'm sure I won't receive a call from them. I am going to pay the remainder of the balance via B of A bill pay. I've done this before and It takes 1 day to clear. Unreal!

CREDIT ONE BANK needs to be investigated. I too have put up with a great deal of aggravation and unfair practices. On top of that, I am sick and tired of calling them and getting reps in the Phillipines who can't understand what you're trying to say and are extremely rude. Stay awa from CREDIT ONE BANK!
