Fraud & Theft
Arian Eghbali( Enrich Financial) fraudster, false promises & cons people's with their monies, advertises in 670 Radio offers credit repair with guarantee or money back refund. I asked to meet him at his office but he insisted we meet in a coffee shop. After him reviewing my credit he quoted me amount $8700 in which half was given to him the next day, (Btw, he has NO physical office and conducts his business in the local Starbucks, coffee beans locations around the city, BTW, THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW Him in person. he is a one con man crook who with his sweet talks takes your money, "scam report" complaints are all TRUE without a DOUBT. Please do not TRUST him with money, Me and my wife are considering to go to BBB and DA for reporting this fraud. Let's stop him doing this to others. I was surprised to read other complains about him and his company at other website called " scam report", it seems after being in business for the past 2 years, finally people or i should say "Victims" are stepping forward. Please research and check out the Internet before you give your hard earned money to the right companies by meeting them & their staff at their physical office to make sure they are real in business

BY THE WAY, I DO NOT PUT MY C C # IN JUST ANY OL` E-MAIL THAT COMES ALONG. I HAVE A CORP. ACC. AND IT'S MOSTLY FOR MY BUSINESS.
I DO HAVE 2 PERSONAL ACCOUNTS, BUT THEY ARE RATHER SMALL.
I DO NOT EVEN OPEN ATT. ON AN E-MAIL...EVER, UNLESS I KNOW YOU.
I DON'T EVEN OPEN MY FT DOOR UNLESS YOU CALL ME FIRST.
YOU--------------- TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING, O.K. ?
THANX
I HAVE A LG MM ACCOUNT AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT - ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID AS SOON AS I GET THEM IN THE MAIL ! this has nothing to do with not having enough money to pay bills ! I had somethings on my credit report that had nothing to do with me, they were not mine in the first place. YOU JUST ASSUME EVERYONE THAT GETS SCREWED IS STUPID, I know of a lot of wealthy folks who have been taken by scam artist.
WHY ARE YOU ON THIS C.B. ANYWAY?

This company is great and is in no way a scam, i worked for a home builder and i witness this man help hundreds of people get brand new homes, pastors, teachers bankers and know for a fact that the credit physician is for real, i sat in on a seminar he did and he broke everything down into very plain and easy to understand format and it helped me raise my score 75 points, i have friends he has helped, if a company is a scam i will say it, but this company is first class and does a great job, there always has to be a group of haters
I've been scamed
hello, i am a product of a company that has scammed me. Back in June 2008 I heard about Hardgraves & Associates on the local radio station and the commercial went on to say how they could remove negative info off of your credit etc. Well the next month exact day was June 13, 2008, I go and give them a try a and I talked to a Mr. Johnson was who helped get me started and man did he get me started to no where. Basically long story short I checked in on Sept 2008 and I was told at the time by the customer service agent that by Dec 2008 I would be able to go and do what ever I needed to do in regards to my credit well now it is Dec 15, 2008 and I've tried to call and check my statues and the numbers are out of service the website has led me to websites about frauds and scams and so this is where i am now informing anyone about this that and hopefully between my situations and the others I have read that hopefully this man and his associates are found and justice can will be served and that hopefully no one else won't have to endure this by these people. caught in credit repair scam in Kansas city

I rec'd e-mail from them telling me about a law suit brought against equifax, experian, transunion they are claiming that they can fix my credit if i ordered a service from one of the above named agencies which i have not I did get a free credit report but that is all, please advice if this indeed a scam.
I signed up with Hargrave And Associates on 06/23/08. My credit was never repaired nor did anything change. I would like my money back. they have ripp off to many people and now they have shutdown. They reopened as another company still doing the same thing to the people. I think they need to be sued for what the have done.
I signed up with Hargrave and Associates to help to increase my credit score. I never received and paperwork from them and I paid them $250.00.
I can never get through to their phone, it is either always busy or I get hung up on when I do get through.
This company is definitely a scam.
He is a simple thief who sells his ***** for a buck...Do NOT trust him and research him on the web
Remember, credit reporting agencies and the clients they provide services to make more money the more people have bad credit reports / scores so not only is there no incentive for them to comply with the law, they routinely violate it and your rights. Sadly, members of Congress receive campaign funding from they creeps so they will never investigate their criminal activities. The biggest scam in US history unfolds because in the end, America is a Third World Banana Republic where anything goes so long as you have deep pockets like the three credit reporting agencies (all of which should be shut down and most of the people working there should be arrested and prosecuted for their daily violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
BTW, as a direct answer to your question... YES, this is a scam. YOU are the only one that can "FIX" your credit bureaus by following my previous advice.
You didnt provide enough information. For example, did this company ask you for any personal info or credit card info or bank account info before they would help you?
Typically the only way to improve your credit score is to make sure that ALL of your payments are ONTIME or early, and that you pay off your lines of credit on a regular basis and ALWAYS keep your spending within the credit limits. Do NOT carry high balances (if you must carry a balance try to keep it at less than 10% of the credit limit), pay your balance in full each month if possible (you avoid interest by doing this..its called non-revolving credit and your credit bureaus will love you for it) and ALWAYS keep your revolving credit (credit card) debt to income ratio at less than 20% of your annual income, you'll be considered as very low risk in a lenders eyes and will help you get the best rates possible if you follow these simple rules of lending. #1 rule.. do NOT apply for credit to help pay off credit..thats just absurd as it will only help to put you in debt even further.. and #2..only open credit accounts that you can pay off each month... you WANT to be seen as a low risk to a lender..ALWAYS!
