Credit Protection Association / No Telephone Number

I am writing to update everyone on the most recent telephone # to use when calling. I used the [protected] and was told that they can not route you to the right place but they did give the number which did get me to a live person immediately. The new number is [protected]. I had late fees from Blockbuster. I immediately paid the rep. from Credit Protection Association over the phone to stop any credit issues before they began. There was a $7.50 fee which I paid and was immediately sent an email confirming payment received and was told that another email would go out on Monday (it is Friday today) saying that the account was closed and paid in full with no adverse credit reporting. Thanks to those who did the leg work before with a phone number to start with!
