Credit One Bank credit card

This company is so screwed up. Both my husband and myself had their credit card and we cannot access the Website. Internet Explorer will not access their site to pay our bills even if you press the ALLOW sign. They have some type of code that will not open the site. If you pay by phone they charge you $9.95! I sent them a message yesterday on their site on Facebook but have not got an answer. I called them and the gentleman I spoke with could not correct English and the connection was horrible. I have had this card for over year and it has been a problem all along with logging in. I do not get paper bills so I have to pay by the internet. Not a good site and not a good bank!

Credit One Bank website

The website has been down for at least 3 weeks that I know of. Today is 12/28/17 and it still remains down. No notice or email update received. Yet, I did receive an email this morning prompting me to pay my bill online. Website down! Unprofessional and inept. Also very irritated that you have to go through REQUIRED prompts every single time wanting them to update the design of your card at a fee or some other service at a fee, even though you decline each time it prompts every SINGLE time you access the page.

I think everyone that has a Credit One card should close their accounts. You still have to pay the bill you owe, but you won't have the urge to use the card. The site has been down for over a month and the only contact is a call center in India. I told them I wanted to cancel my card to see what that would entail and I was told the only change is I wouldn't be able to use the card. Since my bill was late due to no site available, I was charged the late fee. When I explained this to the rep he credited back the late charge, then waived the fee for over the phone payment. Since my debit card was used on the site, they already had the info, but could only do a one-time charge for the amount I authorized. I was then transferred to another rep regarding the site issue. They were finally starting to recognize the site does NOT work no matter what browser or device you use. I told the rep I would wait until my next payment was due and if the site is not working by then, I WILL cancel my card when I phone in the payment. I've already advised several people to stay away from the card offers they get.

Besides switching browsers, have you tried cleaning your cache and cookies? It doesn't hurt to try.

I have not been able to access my account online for weeks!

So if I can't make a payment then I'm sure they'll charge me late fees, penalties, increase my % interest rate etc.
All because THEIR website is NOT working!

So I called customer support and after being on hold for a long time finally got someone on the phone and they said the website does not work on google chrome... which it has worked on that browser since I've had the card for the last six months+/-

So I was told it only worked on internet explorer! So I downloaded IE on both of my laptops and in both cases IE said the CreditOneBank.com website is NOT responding!

This sounds like bad news at the least and at the worst a crazy scam to not allow customers to be able to pay so they can charge late fees and more!

Credit One Bank credit card

I have been using your credit card for years and never had a problem and added the additional fee for the benefit in case I get injured and cant make a payment for up to six months which is costing me more. I make my payments on time every month. Have never missed a payment except once when I was sick and asked for an extension. I either pay it early or pay more than the minimum. I paid my bill which was for 50.00 on Dec. 4th being as it is the holiday I paid it early and paid more. Now I am being told that your billing cycle is the 5th. of the month so that payment counted for November which I already paid and now they say the 60.00 I paid Dec. 4th. doesn't count for this month so I still owe you another 50.00. I do not have another 50.00. I am on disability and it is the holiday my extra money went to buying my grandchildren presents for Christmas. I have spoken to 3 separate supervisors who all have given me different answers. One said it would take 5 days to know, but no guarantees, so I called spoke to another and he said it would be off in 72 hours, that didn't work, now today the new supervisor says it takes 7-10 business days and the payment is due in 7 days. I originally called Dec. 18th. Help me out here please. All I want for Christmas is for my December payment of 60.00 to go towards December payment please. Thank you. Pamela Bean Merry Christmas.

Credit One Bank credit card

they sent an approval notice to my home address which stated I was approved for a $1500.00 credit limit.I filled it out online only to get for $400.00
credit limit which is actually only $325.00 due to them subtracting a $75.00 fee and then sending a billing statement to my home address stating that I need to pay the balance or 25 a month by Jan 1-2018..How can they make you pay a balance on a credit card statement when the credit card was never activated.I will NOT and I refuse to pay this! It is unlawful and against the law to charge a person for something thats not even active.No wonder why they are getting smacked with so many lawsuits..I want this card that has not been activated by me cancelled out ( entire account) and I also want proof that it has been cancelled

Credit One Bank $78. charge $300 limit report to credit bureau 13 days receiving card

Hello,
I spoke with a CreditOne Bank Credit Specialist about the New Card I recieved to build additional credit to my good credit history.

Upon recieving the New Card I was granted a $300. limit but charged $78. Fee right off top, Along with my $40. spendings, The Card was reported as having a 41% Spending amount on it in 13 Days without giving me sufficient time to make a payment before the first Report to the Credit Bureaus when they approved me on November 20th, That alone caused me Credit score to go from 653 to 554 due to the Fast Report.

CreditOne Bank Specialist Advised me for "New Card Holder Customers" they DO NOT Report to the Consumer Credit Bureaus until a 30 to 60 Day period has taken placed.

I am requesting for my first consumer report be removed and reported in a timely maner as Company Policies report in the 30 to 60 day time frame to give me the appropiate time to make and continue making good payment history as a "New Card Holder"

MY name is Brenda Rodriguez and I'm sending this message because I called capital one fraud and told them about a phone call I received regarding a lower interest rate from someone claiming to be from your company. Credit One Bank they cancelled my account saying they returned my payment.

On the 8th of November I paid Credit One Card my payment of $25 and was confirmed, Then on the 16th I received notice that Credit One did not receive the confirmed payment and now I needed to pay $50 this was paid again and confirmed again. Then I get this letter in the mail saying they returned the first payment of $25 due to unable to locate. My question is if you cannot locate my account where did you return the payment? But wait there is more, the last sentence in the letter I received today was advising me that there was a returned payment of $25 and if there are any future returns would result in account closure Do you even have to ask, the day I receive this letter, I check my account and sure enough it is closed. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The best resolution to this matter would be to just shake hands on it and I will never do business with them again. Their part is they will not try to collect on the closed account. From this day forward it will be like we never did business together. No turning me over to collections or any repercussion's to my credit score Because I was paying my bill on time and was not given the consideration of explanation. My Packard is with my employer and I assure you it is locatable. There is no excuse for not handling my account properly and here at the start of holiday season. Shame on Credit One for being so callous.

I am having trouble with my e-mail logging I try to log it won't work . I try to go to reset a new pass word nothing happen it won't let me thru... I try to call for help but no one is there for live conversation.
Can anyone help . How do you correct a ploblem with credit one bank if you can't talk to anyone

Credit One Bank customer service/ website

I can never access the website. I've changed usernames and passwords, tried different browsers and keep getting the same result. When I do speak with customer service, it's always someone I have trouble understanding. When I ask to speak with someone in the US, I'm told that I cant be transferred. This is not right and I don't want to do business with this company if I'm unable to communicate.

Please stop calling me. I spoke with a representative (Matasha ) a little while ago and explained to her I was in the process of filing bankruptcy and currently still am. Credit One Bank unethical behavior!

This cc company is ridiculous! They have drafted $60 from my account for my payment, twice and proceed to call me and my wife 4 times each a day for the past two weeks while my wife is at work and I am asleep (I work third) to tell me my payment is due, that's been paid, twice! That is, so far this week 32 calls between the both of us since monday and so far today (11/10/2017) since I have gotten home from work I have had 4 calls and my wife 3. Then these [censor] suspend my online account so I can't even get online to look at anything. Is this harrasment? I've cut up the card! I'm done with these [censor] - so, now that I can not get online to pay them this will hit my credit and ill have to pay for this companies downfall!
Credit one bank credit card company is not worth the time! If you are trying to build or help your credit find someone else to help besides these [censor]!

I can't even contact anyone due to making payment for someone else and him having the card. He is currently overseas. So recommendations for making a payment and not by snail mail? Credit One Bank I made an express payment on october 16 and was told funds wouldn't be available until the following monday, oct. 23.

I am outraged. CreditOne Bank does not stand by its policy. I made an express payment for 439.95 (9.95 express payment fee) on October 16, 2017. I checked my account and saw that it had not posted. I checked by bank account and saw it had cleared. I called CreditOne Bank and we spoke with my bank on a three way call. The bank manager told the representative that it had posted/cleared. The representative who was offshore stated that the manager did not provide enough information. This is unreal! I will never do business with CreditOne Bank ever! I encourage all to stay away from this bank. They are worse than Wells Fargo.

Credit One Bank fit firm phyto ceramide eye solution and jws*lifesvitalyserum

on 9/29/17 I ordered an eye serum and a face cream. The advertisement was on Facebook. I ordered with the understanding that they will only charge the shipping of $4.95 and it was a free trial. There were no indications that you would be charged $89.95 twice after 14 days. Now they have access to my credit card and I am very upset. I called Creditone office and they claimed that I have to send a hard copy of the complaint. This takes too long and it will cause me more bills! I had to search for this complaint form on line because your website does not provide such service. If I had used my PayPal card, they would take care of it in one day and meanwhile put a stop to this party getting anymore money. They would not waste time asking for hard copies. See attachments. I need this stopped ASAP, as I learned that this is a fraud that has happened to many!

Credit One Bank credit card

I received a notice from Credit One bank about a month ago telling me that my account may have been compromised..so they would be sending a new card..with new account number. I received the new card..activated it..and disposed of the old one. I've made one payment online already to my account using the NEW account number. THEY are now telling me that my account under the OLD number has been charged off..and it is reflecting on my credit! THEY are completely dis-organized..and have EVERYTHING completely screwed up! I've given ONE day to correct the matter, or I'm filing a complaint with the CFPB...as well as engaging a private attorney. Knowing their track record..they will NOT correct the problem. They're incompetent .

Credit One Bank visa card account

I haven't been able to make contact with anyone to discuss the overcharges on visa account. I make monthly online payments every month by way of standard payment; however creditone continually charges me $9.95 for express payment. They have no way to email or actually speak with anyone about this problem and they never reply to any of my 3 written complaints. I request a refund of all 10 "express payment" fees. They also charge me random credit protection fees every month which I never requested, ranging from $8.36 to $16.87 cents monthly. I do not receive monthly paper statements so I can't e-mail you support documentation. I only want to speak with someone to discuss this situation

Credit One Bank made payment - put a block on

I went through bankruptcy in June and thought I would try to rebuild by credit by using 1 card. CreditKarma suggested this card and low & behold, I was approved with a $500 credit limit. In the short month I've had it, I have made 1 payment for $174.15 and continued to use the card w/no issue. I then go to make a another payment of $176.57 (paid the additional $9.95 to make it happen over night) and they put a block on my card. I didn't find out until i went to check out at the grocery store (super embarrassing). So they tell me I need a bank verification letter. This happens on Friday 9/29 and they mail it? So I went to my bank (SunTrust) and get the verification letter, faxed it in but now it will take days to lift the block because the department how looks at these things is not available on the weekend. How is this protecting me? They take the payment but then don't allow me to use the card - this is such a sham. What they don't want is for you to pay off your balance because they don't make ANY money of you. They also blocked me from accessing my acct online and via the app. I am paying the remaining $17 I owe and closing this horrible acct. How is this even ethical?

Credit One Bank online account access

I am currently in Gimpo, Republic of South Korea with my wife visiting family. I need to access my CreditOne Master Card account so I can pay monthly billing. I am unable to connect to http://creditonebank.com. The error in Chrome/MS Explorer displays "Timeout" or "Unable to connect". How can I connect to CreditOne so I can continue monthly payments on time? Please reply to todd.[protected]@gmail.com.

Credit One Bank customer service outsourced

I have experienced on numerous occasions Credit Ones unwillingness to direct feedback. The outsourcing of your customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. In the past, I have asked to be transferred to the U.S. and after much wait/hold time was transferred. Today I had the misfortune of contacting a call center from India where I was on hold 39 minutes and spoke to several people for a total of 3.75 minutes. I asked to be transferred to a U.S. customer service representative and was given lie after lie about their inability to do so. Senior manager "Alex" explained it is against policy for him to give his last name but gave ID# 50332. I lodged a complaint reference #286684 and requested to courtesy copied on an e-mail for that complaint. He refused, once again stating policy. My experience with Credit One is undesirable, I have complied with Credit One's agreements even as my history is excellent with you and you still refuse to review my credit with you for credit line increases without charging me for bogus ones. I have in the past accepted those terms but no longer will. When I have paid off Credit One I will close my accounts and no longer do business with you. I am extremely frustrated that you do not list a customer service number for anyone in the U.S. to resolve issues nor do you list an e-mail contact. This is the only place I have found anything resembling a forum to lodge a complaint. 9/14/2017

Credit One Bank endless, misleading spam emails

I have been on my own for a few years now so of course when any person does they want to take the next step towards adulthood and apply for a credit card, well I messed up and applied for this card got denied (which is understandable since i only recently started off on my own) but since then Ive gotten and still continue to get endless emails, even when I unsuscribe, misleading me to believe that my credit is now good enough for their card but isn't. I don't know how many times i have to unsubscribe or have to ask to be taken off of your mailing list, if i'm not good enough for your card then fine, but why continue to email me making me believe that I am, if my credit isn't good enough then it's definitely not going to be good enough the very next day, so please STOP EMAILING ME.
