If you are looking to use Credit is Wealth or Dennis Zawaba be aware he is not running a legitimate business. I along with several other people have been taken for a ride from his company Credit is wealth and Ceo Dennis Zawaba his website Credit is Wealth is a scam a Scheme and does not deliver on any of the items he claims. Dennis Zawaba not only sent me an approval letter for $500, 000 with all the rates and terms Dennis Zawaba also pulled my credit and I signed e-docs for this loan and he has failed to provide the funds. All his speakers he had at his seminar have separated themselves and some have sent letters of apology. The people that were to get paid for referral fees have been left with nothing but the bad rep and no money and have also separated themselves from Dennis Zawaba and Credit is Wealth. My goal in these postings is to call to attention the scam that Dennis Zawaba and Credit is Wealth is conducting and hopefully save a business or person not only money but also time from the bad business Dennis Zawaba and Credit is Wealth is doing. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Dennis also ripped us off, promising us the same. We gave him $2, 500.00 for "processing fee" to help us receive business lines of credit in the form of two credit cards at $25, 000 each. We took out a loan at a high interest rate to give this cash to Dennis. He assured us the loan would take no more than 30 days and we would have the money way before the 1st payment came due for the loan. That time came and went and here we were paying this loan. Dennis ignored phone calls and emails and shut down his business and website. He sent out a group email saying refunds would be sent out. This has never happened. He is now on line again with a new scam. I have contacted all of the media but the story isn't juicy enough. We have filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General and the D.A. I just want my money back and to make sure Dennis does not screw with anyone's dreams EVER again!
I find these posts extremely interesting. Dennis Zabawa got his start in the financial services business from be back in mid 2006. By the beginning of 2007 I released him from his duties with my company after receiving a call from the attorney general in Colorado. He had fraudulently filled out documents AND signed them on behalf of clients without their knowledge. Thats just for starters. I could go on for days.
Finding Dennis is going to be tough but I'm more than happy to assist anyone in anyway I can bringing this scoundrel to justice. It isn't just the civil end. He should be put in jail for his criminal activities. I may be reached at drh5977@msn.com Please put Dennis Zabawa in the subject line.
I concur with this post. I have been taken by Credit is Wealth and Dennis Zabawa. I got involved with him regarding one of his debt consolidation programs back in December 2008. I received an email Feb 2nd 2009 explaining that since the program didn't go through I would be getting my money refunded. This was to take 3 to 5 business days. It is now March 10th 2009 and not only do I not have my refund. Credit is Wealth's website is down, Dennis is not returning calls and Sherry one of the processors has been fired along with the other girl. I'm personally filing a lawsuit against Dennis, and I don't care if it turns into a class action suit.
