I may of 2008 I acquired new credit card processing equipment thru Vault Payment Solutions with a 48 month lease through Lease Finance Group. At that time, I had a lease with lease Finance Group for older equipment. Vault Payment Solutions agreed to pay off the old lease when the new lease was signed. They never have paid. I continued to pay on the old lease. Despite numerous calls to Vault Payment Solutions. Finally after talking several times to Ryan Sauvageau and being continually promised that the old lease would be paid off...nothing happened. Mr. Sauvageau even called around the 1st of October to tell me that a check had been mailed but apparently it never arrived, got lost or perhaps vanished into thin air. He then called on the 4th of October and said that another check had been sent on the 3rd of October. Here it is the 7th and still no check. Mail service to and from Portland, OR to Medford, OR is never more than one or two days. I called Ryan on the 5th and left a message saying I had not recieved the check. Once again, there was no return call. I have filed a complaint with the BBB along with sending complaints to the Merchant Services company and also to Lease Finance Group. We're not talking abou a huge sum of money here...they owe me about $240 and they promised me to pay Lease Finance Group the balnce due on th old lease which in only about $180. I wonder how much complaining they might do if I owed them money and never paid! Word t the wise...Vault has got to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now that I have cancelled my account with Electronic Payments, I was told by Electronic Payments that Vault would charge me $700 for a cancellation fee. Well...I have now filed Chapter 13 and Vault will get nothing. I would highly recommend that you do not do business with Vault. They do not return phone calls and do not stand up to their promises.
