Creative Vacation Solutions Fraud, lies, scam artists

Below is the text of an email that comprises my complaints against this company:

Creative Vacation Solutions
777 South Flagler Drive, Suite 800
West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Attention: Scott Kirk

Dear Mr. Kirk:

I am hereby asking for my $1, 287.00 back on contract #CV71480 and my $1, 287.00 back on contract #CV72969.. I demand that you refund my $2, 574.00 for the above two contracts. Some of the reasons are listed below:

Regarding Contract CV71480
1. Mr. Tony Schultz of CVS, lied to me for the sole purpose of obtaining upfront money from my credit card and never had any intention of selling my timeshare.

2. Mr. Schultz of CVS took money out of my credit card account before I had even received the contract and the information I was told by Mr. Schultz is NOT the same as what is in the contract. I was told that if the current offers did not close within the 120 day time period that he said it normally takes to close the deal– I would get my money back. I was also told that if the deal closed – I would still get my money back.

3. Mr. Schultz of CVS took money from us fraudulently.

4. CVS did not live up to the statements that were made to us regarding the sale of my timeshare.

5. CVS did not provide me with any proof that there ever were any offers, especially the offer in the range of $39, 800 that Mr. Schultz said he already had and "needed my up front fee for before he could process them."

6. Mr. Schultz of CVS intentionally suggested that the price of my timeshare be at an unrealistic high price so that if I or another company sold it, CVS knew that no offers would come in within the 20% original list price thus eliminating their obligation to refund my up front fee.

7. I want copies of all alleged offers and counter offers presented on my timeshare including the offer mentioned above that Mr. Schultz said he already had and used to entice and lure me into doing business with CVS.

8. I also want the originals of any and all bills that as Mr. Schultz stated "CVS had to use my $1, 287.00 for prior to being able to process any deals for the sale of my timeshare", including but not limited to clearing the Deed, title searches and anything else that was allegedly paid for by my $1, 287.00. If, as your staff has repeatedly told me, that "it is mandated by law in Florida that this has to be done up front" then all of that paperwork belongs to me and I want it.

9. Mr. Schultz of CVS fraudulently obtained my $1, 287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS continued these fraudulent, deceitful and unlawful practices throughout the alleged sales finalization process of which I never saw any offers.

Regarding Contract CV72969
1. Christina of CVS, lied to me for the sole purpose of obtaining upfront money from my credit card and never had any intention of selling my timeshare.

2. Christina of CVS took money out of my credit card account before I had even received the contract. The information I received from Christina verbally is NOT the same as what is in the contract. I was told that my timeshare was sold at $39, 800.00. (Essentially it was sold with no offer ever being presented to me for acceptance. I informed Christina that the amount was acceptable to me and to go ahead and process the sale.) Christina of CVS also fraudulently informed me that there were two bonus weeks that the buyer was willing to rent at $3, 000.00 each for a total of $6, 000.00. All I needed to do was process a contract for $1, 287.00 to cover the listing fee. (What listing fee? There was never any need to list the rental!) She continued to inform me that the buyer would be paying the fee for this contract along with the fee for the other contract at closing.

3. Christina of CVS took money from us fraudulently.

4. CVS did not live up to the statements you made regarding the rental or sale of my timeshare.

5. CVS did not provide me with any proof that there ever were any offers, especially the offer in the range of $39, 800 that Christina said it sold for and "needed my upfront fee for before she could process them." Christina also did not provide me with any proof that any weeks were ever rented by any buyer.

6. I want copies of all alleged offers and counter offers presented on my timeshare including:
a. the offer mentioned above that Mr. Schultz said he already had and used to entice and lure me into doing business with CVS
b. the offer mentioned above that Christina said she already had.
c. the rental agreement signed by the buyer for the rental of two bonus weeks at $3, 000 for a total of $6, 000.00 mentioned to me by Christina for the purpose of extorting another $1, 287.00.

7. I also want the originals of any and all bills that as Christina stated "CVS had to use my $1, 287.00 for prior to being able to process any deals for the sale of my timeshare", including but not limited to clearing the Deed, title searches and anything else that was allegedly paid for by my $1, 287.00. If, as your staff has repeatedly told me, that "it is mandated by law in Florida that this has to be done up front" then all of that paperwork belongs to me and I want it.

8. Christina of CVS fraudulently obtained my $1, 287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS continued these fraudulent, deceitful and unlawful practices throughout the alleged sales finalization process of which I never saw any offers.

Refund my $2, 574.00 now!

Respectfully,
Charles C

They scammed me too. Thanks for the new contact number. This company took almost 2000 dollars from me. They promised that there was a buyer for my timeshare which turned out to be a total lie as im sure they said to a lot of people.

Creative Vacation Solutions fraud, lies, cannot contact

Received a call from Robert Adams, they have 3 preapproved buyers, guaranteed sale in 120 days or money back. Well 120 days have passed, my $1, 866 is gone and so is Creative Vacation Solutions in West Palm Beach Florida. I can no longer get their web site to open, no one, Jessica, Tiffany, Scott Kirk, Robert Adams all of them have fallen from the face of the earth as they do not call me and when I call their [protected] number I get "your call is not allowed" puachi. I have contacted the fraud division of West Palm Beach and also the Dept of Agriculture with no response from them. Anybody got any ideas how to get my money back?

I have the same problem in the amount of $1, 926. I have contacted the BBB Florida as well as the Attorney General and the police deparment in West Palm Beach. I am waiting for them to call me back. They seem to be aware of what is going on.

I live in NYC. I wonder if we could all get together to start a class action suit. I do not know how to go about this and do not know any attorneys perhaps you do.

Creative Vacation Solutions took my money but sold nothing

On June 8, 2009, I entered into a contract with Creative Vacation Solutions (CVS) to sell 1 week at my timeshare at Crafts Inn in Wilmington, Vermont. I went with them because Global Timeshares went belly up with my $999.00. CVS said they would get back my money from GT as well as sell my timeshare. On June 8, 2009 I put $999.00 on my credit card which they said I would get back later (as well as the $999 from GT. On July 6, 2009 I was told that the contract was signed and the deed and title were clear so I would be getting my check by courier very soon. On 8-24-09 I spoke to Patrick and he said he would have someone call me. On 9-4-09 Glenda told me the buyers just needed to have their financing okayed and that they had 45 days to do this. On 11-30-09 I received paperwork to fill out and another charge of $999 to sell my 2 banked weeks. I had not told them to do this as I was going to use them for myself, but CVS said the buyers wanted them along with buying the timeshare or the purchase was off. I called again 12-09-09 and was told everyone was at a Timeshare Convention. I called again 12-16-09 and was told everyone was at a Timeshare Convention. When I commented about the 2 week convention, I was told that that was normal for the industry. I called again on 12-23-09 and was told that the sale would go through on January 12, 2010. Right now everyone is off for the Holidays. I want my timeshare sold or I want my money back.

Global Timeshares info is

This is probably one of the biggest set of scam artists out there. These are the same people that have run Global Timeshares, resort condos plus, worldwide timeshares among some of their company websites. They start a new website every now and than so they can go back through their old customer databases and try to sign those people up again after about a year. They are located at 111 Gatlin Ave. Orlando, FL 32806, they used to be at 8046 Presidents Drive #B Orlando, FL 32809. The new company is listed under Kelly McNally and Marcel Hidalgo, but the real mastermind behind this scam is Joe Rogewitz. Their Telemarking license number is TC3664, with their old one being TC2806 anyone who has been scammed needs to go and file a complaint at the website of http://www.800helpfla.com/complnt.html . The corp info is listed under Resort Advertising Professionals, Inc. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. IF YOU PAID THEM, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY AND FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE AG'S OFFICE AT http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Economic_Crimes

If you go here http://csapp.800helpfla.com/cspublicapp/businesssearch/businesssearch.aspx

Creative Vacation Solutions Fraud

I was informed that they had a buyer for my timeshare. The buyer was already approved for financing and that I would have my money within 45 days. That would have been in June 2009. It didn't happen. They buyer's financing would take 60 days, at which time it was denied. Buyer "B" was also denied - what a surprise. So now they are searching for another buyer. When I look at their website I find that my listing isn't even listed. Companies like this who are preying on trusting people should be spending time in prison.

In reading the Florida Attorney General's office website, Creative Vacation Solutions has been indicted for fraud and could no longer do business as usual. In calling CVS for a refund due to this information, I was told by Erica that they were not indicted and she would not have answered the phone if they weren't open for business. She told me I would never get a refund because they have lawyers to protect them. I spoke with her a few days earlier regarding an apparent lie from Nichole Williams promising a refund if a "current sale" didn't go through. Surprisingly, Nichole didn't return a phone call. I called for five months and she never returned a call. Erica told me my current phone call was "de ja vue" and I wasn't getting a refund. I called the Attorney General's Office and spoke with a real live person and was told there WAS AN INDICTIMENT and told me if I wanted I could put in a consumer complaint, which I did. NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CREATIVE VACATION SOLUTIONS!

I was contacted by phone by CVS stating that they had a buyer for a timeshare we had in Las Vegas, NV. For only $999 they would prepare and process the paperwork. I gave them my Credit Card Number and expected a check within 45 days, as promised. After 45 days I called them and the deal had fallen through, even though the "buyer" had been pre-approved. They had a secondard buyer on the hook and to give them another 45 days. When I asked to speak to my origianl contact I was told that he (Ryan or something like that) was no longer with them. I waited through a few more 45 day periods and filed a complaint with the Florida AG and contacted my credit card company for a reverse charge (which I did get). Practically within hours after the AG filed charges, I got a call from another outfit that said they felt so bad that I had been swindled by CVS and they wanted to refund the $999 by putting it into ANOTHER Credit Card account that they wanted me to give them. Before I could tell him where to shove the refund (which I already got from my CC company) he said, "I have an emergency and have to go now. I'll call you back." I had visions of the law pounding on his door with a warrant but can't verify. Anyway, I got cheated out of describing this jerks ancesstry to him because he never did call me back. I think his company was called something like Creative Vacations Procedures. He seemed to have detailed knowledge of CVS. I'm guessing the same person I talked to at CVS. Anyway, the best advice I'v received through all of this crap is, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UPFRONT. Offer to double their commission taking it out of the proceeds of the sale. See how fast you get a dialtone.

This company contacted me on several occasions. I agreed one time, but decided against it and canceled within 48 hours. They did refund my money, however continued to contact me on several more occasions.

When I finally agreed, based on the fact that they assured me they had a buyer for my timeshare in Kissimmee, FL, and that they needed me to put $1, 287 on my credit card. This $ was for title search and escrow fees. I put the amount on my MasterCard on 7/09. CVS also told me not to pay my maintenance fee, assuring me that they had a definite buyer and would be back in touch with me within the next few weeks.

I still haven't heard back from them in spite of my several phone calls to them, combined with a fax to them requesting they contact me and inquiring as to what happened. In addition, I am overdue on my maintenance fees and have been assessed overdue charges to my home resort.

I was contacted by this company to sell or rent out my timeshare. They told me that they has an offer. They even called me back with an offer from a couple and they even sent out a contrat. The person that handled my conversation and contract was Jared Kirschner. I have just tried calling to see what was happening and of course no answer. I really am upset that I trusted these people and they have taken my money and ran.

This company has taken my money told me they had a buyer and never got back with me. Would try to call and the number would just ring. I have just heard about the lawsuit against them and would like to get my money back if possible. Can anyone give me a number to call (attorney general office or give me his name) tried to find on internet and it brings up this. They took my money on 6/10/2009 and I would like to get it back since they did not do what they said they would do. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I guess they don't really care that the Florida State Statute 501.601 basically outlines how and why virtually everthing this company does is illegal. I partially blame this problem on the legal system. The lawyers will protect them. Not because this company is in compliance with the law, but they can put up enough smoke and mirrors that basically makes it a pain to prosecute. The credit card companies usually become the victims and it is not worth their time and effort, so the cycle continues.

Regarding CVS. I learned about this information below from another CVS victim. It looks like Scott Kirk may be doing the "Spread your cheeks" waltz in prison with Bubba after all.

"The BBB said that enough people complained to the Florida Attorney General about them that he has filed a lawsuit seeking an injuction to stop them from doing business and requesting full restitution on behalf of all consumers they victimized. I am glad I am not one of them. This Justin fellow is going to get an earfull if he calls me again. If anyone is interested in viewing a copy of the suit, it is available online at:

Check it out for yourself - I did. If CVS or any of CVS's AKA names owes you money - CONTACT the Florida Atty. General. This suit was just filed on 10-28-09. I am proud to say that all of my complaining and the 19 page document I sent to the Florida Atty General and the Florida DOA may actually help to bring these slimeballs down. I got my money back - now go and get yours back so we can bankrupt these ###.

I was told they had a buyer for my time share .they wanted 1388.54 dollars for title search. I told them they had a deposit from the buyer of 3900.00 this is what they told me so I said to use some of the deposit for the search. they couldn't do that .So I guess I still own my property and my 1388.54 . this is a pure scam they call their self world wide creative solutions.

I recently got a call from someone named Don Johnson asking me if I was still interested in selling my timeshare in Virginia. When I asked him what company he was with, he said, "Creative Solutions". When I asked where he was located, he said, "Lakeworth, FL". Then he went into his sales pitch. I told him I had my timeshare listed with another company. Without telling him the company's name, he said they were probably a fraud and his company would get my money back from them for me. His sales pitch was they had a buyer waiting and would only need the cost of a "title search" of the deed. What made me suspicious was he said the cost was a percentage of the selling price. But he could not tell what the percentage was. He said he would have his "sales" (another red flag) manager get in touch with me. When he called I let the call go to my voice mail where he identified himself as "Justin from Creative Vacation Solutions". I looked up Creative Vacation Solutions through the Better Business Bureau. I found they are not an acredited business entity (what a surprise) and have an "F" rating. I also found out from the BBB that enough people complained to the Florida Attorney General about them that he has filed a lawsuit seeking an injuction to stop them from doing business and requesting full restitution on behalf of all consumers they victimized. I am glad I am not one of them. This Justin fellow is going to get an earfull if he calls me again. Creative Vacation Solutions Timeshare Sale

I have read the complaints listed on this site and as I tell my husband all the time you can't please all of the people all of the time. I had no problem with this company. Everything they said they would do they did and in a timely fashion. I had paid out several thousands of dollars to listing companies to sell my time share and never once heard back from any of them. Creative not only sold my timeshare for $6, 000 more than asking price, but also got me a refund on most of the money I had paid to the listing companies. I cannot say enough good things about them from their sales reps down to their customer service. I have 2 more timeshares and when the time comes to sell them this is the company I will use.

I made an error with the new name. CVS is now known as CREATIVE VACATION ASSOCIATES. It is owned and operated by CREATIVE VACATION ASSOCIATES LTD. The US address is the same and the phone numbers have not changed. However the ownership and jurisdiction has changed to:

Creative Vacation Associates Ltd
46 Eggleston Drive
County Durham
Consett DH8 7UB
United Kingdom

This is their way of answering the Florida Attorney General's indictment and staying in business at the same time. Beware!

01/04/2010 - We are one of the many people scammed by Creative Vacation Solutions. Like all of you say, they promise they have your property sold and you will be receiving a check within a few weeks. We even had some unused points that would be expiring Oct. 30, 2009, which they were told about. Robert Roy said he had a person that was interested in buying some points and we would receive a check within two weeks also. Those two weeks went by with no contact from Robert even though we had been trying to contact him. We have called Customer Service at least a dozen times, wrote Scott Kirk a certified letter but did not receive a call from him. After they received our letter, Customer Service called. She promised to get back in touch with us shortly. That was about two weeks ago. We have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau of Florida. THEY ARE A SCAM - DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Creative Vacation Solutions Scam to Timeshare Sellers

I was also scammed out of $1, 287 after Creative Vacation Solutions contacted me stating they had a buyer for my time share in March of this year. They had somehow received my information from another company where I also paid $900 (which is another complaint) to market and sell my timeshare. I was told they had located a buyer that was willing to pay $17, 500 for my a$15, 000 timeshare. After charging my credit card, I would call each week to find out the status and they continued to say it took 30 days for the process, which turned into 6 weeks, etc. To top it off, Ricardo Brittle (if that's his real name) called me on occasion to let me know the process was still being negotiated with a buyer from Canada. As of today, 5 months later, no buyer, no sale, and no one answering the phones at CREATIVE VACATIONS. Just another company that takes advantage of people in a down economy. I hope the Attorney General in Florida has access to this website, but if not, this same letter will be sent to their attention.

Creative Vacation Solutions rip me off

So I'm the sucker. I brought time share. I admit, it sounded so good. well. the dumbest thing I have ever done. I paid off my time share and now can not give it away. Cannot even donate this crap. I would sell it for $3.00. I was contacted by Creative Vacation Solutions today and some how by a slight miracle they would be able to sell my time share for almost twice as much as I wanted. But I had to pay about $1, 000 up front. I had to give my credit card number and it would be done in 3 months. Since my mother didn't raise any fools, I told them to email me the contract. they would - and call me back in 15 minutes. I said ok. I googled the name and just like they say - if something sounds too good to be true it is. Hey...you can have my damn time share for free. How's that? call me now.

Just got off the phone with the "director of sales", John, and he was really pressuring me to give him my credit card number to pay $1886.00 up fron to sell 6 weeks at my time share for $2, 850/wk. He already had the buyer who was financed by Bank of America. My $1886.00 was going to be reimbursed as well as the money I was out that I paid Universal Marketing 2 yrs ago! I asked why I couldn't just send him a check then he could send the contracts out to me and he said he couldn't do that because "I" would not be protected by a check. My credit card would protect me though, so if I decided not to go through with it then the fee on the card could be cancelled. Fortunately I'm a skeptic because I was already taken for $700.00 by Universal Marketing and told him I would call him back Monday after I discusssed it with my husband. And even better than a skeptic I'm a Google freak! Thank God you were all here. Watch out...These guys are smooth talkers.

I received a call from Creative Vacation Solutions today and they tried to convince me that my timeshare in Myrtle Beach was worth over 12, 000! What a load of crap! They wanted me to pay them 1200 up front for them to do a supposed title search that I would get back when the property sold.

I may have been born late but it wasn't yesterday! They tried to direct me to their site assuming that I was just gullible enough to only view what they wanted me to. They didn't know that I was doing a web search on scams and complaints against a company with that name. Well surprise! I found this sight and am so glad I did.

I asked the name of company owner and was told a man with the last name Kirk. Isn't it interesting that the company of "similar name", was owned by someone with the same last name. That's when he went for his boss to try to diffuse the downhill turn of his sale.

People, think this stuff through!

Creative Vacation Solutions Time Share Resale

Creative Vacation Solutions has repeatedly called telling me they have a buyer willing to pay $19K for my $15K timeshare. They wanted to send me a "binding contract" to review with my lawyer assuring me that at closing my title search money would be returned. Before I could get the contract, they wanted my credit card number. Is that transparent or what? This outfit is scamming people left and right...NOT ME. Go to the web and search their name. The very 1st hit is a reported serious scam. I wish this and all the others could be "outed" on TV investigative report. I'm sure they will keep calling me with new tactics.

All they did when they called me was talk about "the law" and all the regs that make them honest. Bull --- Why doesn't AARP or some of these oversight agencies either pass legislation or enforce what exists in order to stop the scamming that goes on in this industry. You would think the honest ones, if there are any, would want it stopped in order to protect their own reputation.

Most of them are licensed by the State of Florida.

I just wanted to share a complaint against Creative Timeshare Solutions. They started contacting me about a month ago telling me that they had 3 buyers for my property. They initially asked me for $1600. I ignored their calls. Then they started calling me telling me that they have a buyer and they have the down payment. They asked me to send them $1287.00 before I could even see a contract. I called 411 who could not give me a number on any such business. Then I contacted the BBB. Before I could tell them anything, they read back to me everything that this company was asking me to do and they were 100% accurate.

When I told them about the complaints at the BBB, they got upset and gave me a sarcastic remark. DO NOT give this company your money. IT IS A SCAM. Don't fall for their lies. They will take your money. It's crazy to send somebody your money and you haven't even laid eyes on a contract.

Alice - I did NOT get any oney back from the credit card company - I dealt strictly with the time hsare sellers. I threatendn them and sent letters every day by email and fax. I threatend to contact the sta4e Atty. General in Florida, AARP, and every other senior citizen or military organization I belong too. I also check them out at WWW>BBB>CCOMO and used that as ammo against them. Do NOT give up ! You must be a hard ### with them and do not take their BS. I even threatend to take out ads in the paper aginst them. So far it has worked with Copeland Mktg., Escape To Paradise, TSBO and several others that were also BS-ers.

Do some research on line and if you need some help - contact me at tjsmolich@yahoo.com or call me at [protected] and I can give you some samples of what i did. NEVER GIVE UP ! Of course you must remember - I am a retired Marine and Viet Nam vet and I do nOT take crap from anyone - that is the mentality you must have to deal with these a**holes. pardon my French.

Creative Vacation Solutions Awful experience

I was called and told that they have a buyer for my timeshare, but I had to come up with $1, 886 which I did, put it on Discover, they sent me a nonofficial looking Contract, I signed it and sent their copy back and never heard from them again. I've been calling them for weeks and finally Thursday, April 16th. Kimberly, Customer Service, returned my call and reassured me that they were a legal company and the transaction should be complete within 2 more weeks.

I've called Discover and they are investigating the Company for me too.

I lost my husband of 48 years on Feb. 21, this year, and I'm not thinking too clearly these days, I feel like a fool to have been scammed but I was excited cause we wanted to get rid of our timeshare for years. Worst investment we ever made.

I spoke with a David Sullivan, [protected] or his cell [protected]. I also spoke with Andria, quality assurance dept. rep, [protected] and last Kimberly, customer service rep, [protected].

I also was scammed by Creative Vacation Solutions. I heard the same song and dance that everyone has talked about. Everytime that I call, and if I didn't call I wouldn't hear anything from them, they tell me to call back in 2-3 weeks. Troy Barnes is the employee who informed me that he would be selling my time share. Now, when I try to call him, he does not answer his phone. I asked for a refund, but I was denied. Any advice?

To Tom

Only hoping that the unexpected charge of $1287 is covered by the credit card issuer's fraud protection as potential fraud. I'm trying to remain positive but also feeling somewhat scammed already.

I was told they (CVS) wouldn't charge my Visa until I signed and returned their contract. (But they wanted my card info before sending the contract to me) I still have the papers they sent Fed-Ex. I still don't like the terms of it... There's NO fraud protection offered by CVS that I can see...

Recently I checked my CC statement.
They took the $1287 immediately. They've stopped calling me so it's time to return the favor...

I agree with you about the rip-off artists BUT I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have listed my timeshare with them since 5-6-09 and have had 3 alleged offers on my timeshare since then with a 4th allegedly pending. I use the word alleged because i have not seen any paperwork from them on any offer so i have no way of knowing or proving if there ever was an offer.

I also have not had anyone who says that they successfully sold their condo thru CVS, send me anything as proof that they actually did get their property sold.

I, as I assume most of you are, trusting people at heart and do NOT want to believe that CVS or any other company is operating a rip off scam. So far, they have been very cordial and have kept me updated on the status of any alleged transactions. Again, I ssay alleged because I have NOT seen any paperwork. As a positive thinking person based on the facts I have on a particular topic I am assuming that they are moving forward on selling my condo.

I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt to sell my condo for 120 days as I said i would, until my listing period is up on 9-6-09 before I decide what my next step is. So far the only negative thing I have to say about CVS is that I have not seen any paperwork on any transaction to prove the transaction actually took place.

When, (notice I said when, NOT if), they sell my timeshare condo - I will let everyone know and post whatever proof anyone needs to see. I wil also give CVS the most glowing recommendation anyone could possibly write.

If however, I find out they are trying to scam me ...

Stay positive and good luck on your selling of each your condos.

I to was called by Universal and Creative Vacation Solutions. I have sent a message to the Kentucky Attorney General and will now send one to the Florida State Attorney General. Why do these two companies even exist? What's it going to take to actually shut them down? If you know where there offices are why can't the state of Florida simply cease everything and we all can be done with these rip off companies. America shouldn't have to stand for this kind of company ripping off it's own people.

Creative Vacation Solutions Fraud and lies

Almost a year ago I tried to sell my tahiti village timeshare with Universal Marketing Solutions with a man called Jay Bernard and 6 months went down the road with my $1300 down the toilet. I have charged back my credit card from my Amex and fortunately got my money back but then a couple weeks ago I got a call from another group of scammers called Creative Vacation Solutions. I told them there spiel and pitch sounded the same as UMS and hung up on them.

I did some research on the internet and found out that one of the owners of UMS Jennifer Kirk her relative owns Creative Vacation Solutions and also found out that the Department of Agriculture has put a cease and desist on Creative Vacation Solutions and slapped a huge fine on their ###. Whatever you do do not pay or give out your credit card to Creative Vacation Solutions!

Here is an ad below that I places on Complaints Board and a Group I created months ago to fight back at CVS who scammed me and many many others. Fortunately, I raised enough hell with them and the Florida authorities that I got my money back. Notice the email I got yesterday from their customer service dept. relating to that ad with my response back to them right below it. I must have really hit a nerve with them . If anyone has been scammed by these "SLIMEBALLS" at CVS - do NOT hesitate to contact me and I will help you with what ever I can. Let’s do what we can to put them out of business.

These cretins scammed my parents. When I called them on it, to give them a chance at redemption, and to request a bit more information about the transaction, the reply was a simple 3 word statement, "go f**k yourself". That is a direct quote and I have the email to prove it.

When I replied that I didn't appreciate that and only wanted to get my parents more info about their transaction the response was, "you're parents are idiots".

This has just transpired over the past couple of days so I am trying to keep them responding with these ignorant replies in case I need to show someone how these people really are.

My wife & I listed our timeshare with CVS 2 years ago and still haven't heard one word form them. Our credit card was chareged $1886, the credit card company showing no consideration for a good customer dismissed our dispute and in short said tough s___. The credit card company was Southwest by Chase. CVS doesn't answer the phone or if the answering machine comes it will not ans has not returned any calls. Jim V
